In which, Lexie Grey marries Rowan Potter to keep her from being deported back to England.

ROWAN POTTER,
a blonde obgyn who comes from a long history of lawyers. daughter of eleanor and luke potter, sister of natalia potter, in a position she never hoped to be in. she was in need of a wife before her three months were up or she'd be deported, thanks to the speeding ticket she'd gotten. the only problem, she wouldn't let anyone help her. thank god for her best friends mark sloan, derek shepherd and meredith grey who had pushed lexie grey in the right direction. the woman in need of a saving grace.

a nobody intern, the bottom of the surgical food chain, new to the game that is seattle grace. grew up with smiley face posters, amazing grades, and a photographic memory. with one push in the right direction, she was set on becoming rowan potters fake wife. no matter the consequences. she had a small crush on the blonde, and had no problem being married to her. although all sights of feelings were out of reach, she was okay with it. the saving grace.

LEXIE AND ROWAN,
an attending and a intern. she'd continuously denied lexie's proposals, and lexie pulls away for a few days, only to come back and catch rowan off guard in the middle of the emergency room. lexie gets down on her knee and everything, an actual engagement ring in the velvet box. so rowan had no choice, she agreed. but when someone by gary shoots seattle grace mercy death, rowan gets shot protecting someone she'd grown close to—you guessed right—lexie grey. only then does she realize she's actually in love with the younger grey—will she admit so she can get married and say i do, for real?
