WILLOW AWOKE the morning after Hurricane Agatha hit the Outer Banks. She sat up, looking at her surroundings. The room she was in used to be Big John's, John B's dad, room but now that he was ... missing, John B let her sleep in there whenever she needed. Her and JJ didn't have a great home life so they tried to stay away as often as the could.

Willow picked up her phone and turned it on just to see she had no cell service.

"Great," She whispered. "No service, probably no power." She walked over to the light switch to test her theory. "Yup."

She stretched her back out before leaving the room.

"Morning, Jay," Willow muttered when she saw her brother grabbing a beer from the kitchen. She turned her head and looked out the front screen door to see John B outside, examining the damage.

"Agatha did some work, huh?" JJ shouted when he and Willow walked outside to see a big tree uprooted and John B pulling branches out of the HMS Pogue.

"Yeah, she did," John B shouted back.

"What ya thinkin?" Willow asked as the twins walked closer to their best friend.

"I'm thinkin that storm surge pushed all the crabs out on the marsh maze. All those drum are gonna chase the crab."

"What about DCS? Wasn't that today?"

"Nah, they're not gettin on a ferry," John B told her. "Come on, think about it. It's God tellin' us to fish."

"Frankly, I don't believe in God but I'm bored so, for you, I will."

Willow leaned over the side of the boat, JJ holding onto the collar of her shirt knowing just how clumsy she could be, watching the water move and the dolphins who ended up there cause of the hurricane while JJ and John B talked about the damages to the island and were greeting the people they drove by.

"Dude, look at this place."

JJ let go of Willow as she stood from where she was leaning over the boat. She put her hand up to her forehead, blocking the bright sun from her eyes as she examined the damage the hurricane had done.

"Agatha, what did you do?" JJ said.

"She is a crazy lady," John B added.

"You know, we're gonna be cleaning this all summer?" Willow sighed.

"That isΒ  my nightmare," John B told her.

"We have a safety meeting. Attendence mandatory," John B said as the group approched Pope.

"I can't. My pop's got me on lockdown," Pope told them.

"Come on, man," JJ cupped his hand and lifted it to his shoulder, imitatiing a walkie-talkie. "Your dad's a pussy. Over." Willow smacked his shoulder, seeing as Heyward was right behind Pope.

"Oh, I heard that, you little bastard," Heyward shouted.

"We need your son," Willow smiled. She was always great with parents but could never get through to Heyward but she kept trying.

"Yeah, and island rules. Day after a hurricane's a free day," JJ added.

"Who made that up."

"Pentagon, I think. We have security clearance. I have a card."

"I'll do it tomorrow. I promise. Tomorrow," Pope told his dad.

"You think -- No, no. Hell no. You doin' it right now."

"Get in the boat," John B whispered.

"Make a run for it," JJ added.

Pope dropped the hose he was holding and hopped in the boat, gripping Willow's shoulder for balance.

"Bring your ass back up her," Heyward said as Pope whispered to John B to go.

"I promise I'll do it tomorrow, Dad."

"I'm sorry!" Willow shouted over her shoulder as Heyward started naming things his son was gonna clean when he got back.

"Oh, top o' the mornin' to ya," JJ greeted as the boat approched Kiara who held a cooler in her hand.

"Good morning."

"Whatcha got?" Pope asked. "You got some juice boxes?"

"You know, just some yogurts and carrot sticks," Kiara joked.

"How about my kind of juice box?" JJ asked.

"Yeah."

Kiara handed each of them a beer as they took off into through the marsh.

"Bet you can't do this," JJ said as he stood up. "Tell the world. A party trick."

"Oh, god," Willow rolled her eyes, going to stand by Pope. JJ's stupid trick never worked.

"Hey, Pope, can you go a little faster?"

"Here we go. I'm movin'" John B said, taking Willow's hand when she held it out to him and let her drag him to the spot next to her. JJ stood on the bow of the boat and held his beer up and tried to catch the beer in his mouth but he never actually got any in his mouth, just all over himself and anyone behind him.

As everyone was telling JJ to stop, the boat hit something and it came to an unexpected stop that lauched JJ into the water. Willow ended up hitting her nose against Pope's seat.

"Shit!" She groaned as she held her hand to her nose, feeling the trickle of blood.

"You good?" Pope asked, looking back at her. She just gave him a look before holding her hand out to show the blood falling from her nose.

"Does it look like I'm good?"

"Is it broken?"

"No," She shook her head. "Just bleeding. You okay, Jay?"

"I thinkΒ  my heels touched the back of my head," JJ groaned, floating on his back in the water. "Pope, what did you do?"

"Sandbar. Channel changed."

"No shit."

"Ugh, this is probably gonna mess this whole place up," John B groaned.

"Hey, I saved the beer, though," JJ said.

"Drink it," Willow challenged him.

"No," Kiara glared at her causing the girl to just shrug."

"Guys... I think there's a boat down there," Pope spoke up as he looked into the water.
