• He is hot-headed around everyone except for Thomas and Alby. He just knows Thomas so well that he won't get angry as he has already predicted Thomas's weird ideas and Alby is a real leader in his eyes, so he won't raise his voice at him.

• Has a gigantic ego, though it's secretly just a coverup for his insecurities.

• Very afraid of lighting, because of both WCKD's tasers and the hit he took on their way to Jorge.

• Heavy trust issues.

• It is out of character for him to be submissive and easily intimidated.

• Whenever he is bragging about his own abilities, he's secretly giving himself some sort of pep talk as no one else ever gives him that.

• He has protective instincts, especially for those who are weaker or younger than him.

• He reacts dramatically to minor problems. And on the phone, he would always yell as if something crazy happened.

• He is almost unable to give real compliments and is more like: "Not bad, Thomas. Guess you didn't mess up for this once." Kind of backhanded, you know?
