A way to piss off Ekko;

Don't answer his questions.

...

"I don't have an answer to that, Boy Saviour." [Name] merely shrugged, crossing their arms and leaned away to obstruct from Ekko's glare. The white-haired boy merely gritted his teeth within frustration, while [Name] was smiling in a fake-innocent manner.

The silence surrounding them, was about to be shooed away by Ekko's annoyance. [Name] grinned slyly even more at this, raising a brow upon seeing Ekko getting riled up.

"Is something the matter, Ekko?" [Name] irked, swallowing down their urge to burst out into laughter. As Ekko was about to respond, Eurin came in and pulled [Name] to the side.

"Uhm, that's enough now. We wouldn't want something worse to outbreak here..." Eurin stated, glancing between the two. She always found it quite frustrating that the two would go out of each others ways to piss each other off daily, but just like everyone else: she too found a way to bear it.

Ekko let out a concealed exhale, through his nose and his shoulders relaxed only slightly. He knew he was just inputting his annoyance more to [Name's] satisfaction from how this was going. "Yeah, I need to do something right now."

And, with that; Ekko grabbed his hoverboard and headed out from the tunnel.

The silence was crackened down even more, by Eurin clasping her hands together to clear off the tension and usher everyone to go back to whatever they were doing. [Name] was about to slip away quickly, but Eurin quickly grabbed their right hand and pulled them back.

"Where do you think you're going, [Name]?" Eurin raised a brow, a stern look upon her face and frowned slightly.

"Uh, somewhere?"

"The only 'somewhere' you're going to is the Aid Room." To this answer, [Name] contorted a sudden look of confusion, but it was replaced with realisation upon Eurin grasped both of their hands in allegation.

"Just, look at your hands! Did you go out fighting again?!"

[Name] merely nodded, grimacing slightly and sufficed an anxious grin. "Yeah...But, it was my fault that those pricks were being...well, pricks!" They could only shrug, but their eyes widen from Eurin covering their mouth quickly from the sudden cussing.

"[Name]! You need to tone it down on the words, before the kids get on with these new words of yours."

"Pricks!"

"Pricks!"

"You're a prick!"

"Why, thank you. But, you're more of a prick, Arin!"

The two could only widen their eyes, sharing a look and Eurin could only deadpan at how it was already too late now. [Name] supressed a grin, pushing the other's hands from their mouth.

"Don't you dare laugh, [Name]." Eurin narrowed her eyes, letting out a small sigh and looked at their hands again with worry. "Right, we need to get these fixed up. C'mon!"

With that, [Name] was dragged off with the amber-eyed goblin.

...

"Stay sat there, I'll get the bandages." Eurin pushed [Name] gently down to side on the side of one of the first-aid beds, as she rummaged through the cupboards.

"Euri, you don't need to worry about my hands: they're still workable!" [Name] waved their hands around, grinning childishly at Eurin, who could only roll her eyes in result and brought out the first aid kit.

Her rummaging-fest had started again, searching for the bandages and finally, found them. The amber-eyed goblin shuffled over to [Name] and started wrapping the bandages onto their right hand first.

"Cool! I'm gonna look, like a warrior or something!" [Name] sent the goblin a bright grin, it wasn't usual to see [Name's] imaginative and childish side, from how it would be overshadowed by their stubbornness and irritation.

Eurin could only let out a small laugh, shaking her head and softened her eyes. She moved onto wrapping the bandages around [Name's] left hand. "You should be more careful, y'know. You're going to get a lot of people even more worried, if you keep causing trouble."

[Name] huffed, looking to the side and frowned slightly. "Not my fault that those people were being asses. They got what was coming for them."

Eurin's lips twitched downwards in displeasure from the answer she received, flicking the [Hair Colour]-haired [boy's | girl's | person's] forehead in response. "Even if they provoke you, don't initiate in return. You keep worrying me everytime you do this, you're lucky Ekko didn't seem to notice this."

[Name] crossed their arms, glancing at their bandages and frowned even more. "What's Ekko gonna do about it anyways?"

"Ban you from going outside again? Filling your day with chores to do?"

"...Fair points--" The scolding conversation was halted by a shout from outside.

"Firelights!" The voice belonged to Scar, and it seemed to be quite distressed in terms of how strongly-willed it was produce out.Β

"We should go see what's wrong." Eurin stated, making her way out and [Name] followed on.

...

As the two made their way out, they looked to see everyone huddling around a certain someone. Though, the crowd gradually dispersed and the two were able to see that it was a familiar white-haired boy on the ground.

Scar grunted, clearing his throat aggressively to force his own self to speak up,

"It's Ekko, he got hurt."
