SUMMARY ——

Pauley Barrymore had lived in Hawkins for most of her life, well, not when she was a younger Pauley. A younger Pauley went by the name of "Paul" and was a boy — unlike the older Pauley who is now a girl that just so happened to leave Hawkins because of her life that felt as if it was slowly suffocating her if she didn't come out and just be herself. It was a super confusing and difficult process — Pauley ended up getting kicked out of her home but luckily her older brother, Andrew, went with her and basically became her new dad. Pauley started her full transition at the age of fifteen, she was now being homeschooled and living in a small apartment with Andrew. After two years — Pauley had transitioned as much as a trans person could in the eighties and that's around the time her brother dropped the news of both of them now moving back to Hawkins. Pauley was now eighteen and in her senior year — and she was not ready to fall in love with the "freak" Eddie Munson.
