It was once said that danger could be found in the most unlikely of places, that there were those who couldn't help but draw these sources of danger towards them. A type of danger that the bare mortal eye cannot see even if they look hard enough and even if they did most would not believe their eyes. The people who draw the danger in however, they are most likely the ones with ichor flowing through their veins, the blood of the gods. Demigods is the formal term, a child which is born from a god and a human, incredibly powerful in their own right if they ever end up reaching adulthood.

Most often young demigods also known as half bloods, rarely reach the ages and those who are the lucky few are often targeted and hunted still. The ones who are lucky are those who reach Camp Half-Blood, nestled within a small valley it is a place where no monster, nor mortal can pass through its borders. It is the only safe place where Half-Bloods can train and grow, before they decide to leave its borders for the outside world or if a quest has been granted.

As one generation of half-bloods leaves having made its mark on the world, another one has begun to step into its place. One that could be more powerful and stronger then the one before it, as they could truly change the strange world they live in for the better.
