Ever since she got casted in Marvel, Leah hadn't been so sure about this life thing her dad kept talking about. All life ever gave her was betrayal, pain and anger. Sure it had its perks- she had a father who cared, friends who loved her and success that she never thought was possible for her. She had everything and yet at the same time, it felt like she had nothing.

She wasn't depressed or anything- just lonely and somehow, over the years as she watched her father find a perfect life with Susan and having more kids- she only wished she could have the same one day. 

Leah was glad that Avri and Exton had such an amazing mother. Leah was glad she had both Susan and Deborah in her own life considering the fact that her mother was not the best person to be around but as selfish as it sounded- she wanted more.

While growing up, Leah's mom had blamed her for everything. Her mom didn't hurt her- at least not physically but wasn't there a saying about sticks and stones breaking bones but words killing a soul?

 Leah's soul was very close to being destroyed when Chris Evan's walked in.

No, Leah didn't hate her life.

She just regretted most of the things she did.

It had become a routine now- every night she would sit alone with wine in her apartment and imagine a life where she didn't make mistakes.

Tonight was the same.

She tried to focus on the movie playing on her big tv screen- something called 'before we go' or something but her mind was distracted.

She stood up as the movies' credential's started to show and decided to get her glass a refill when her bell rang.

Tiredly, she looked up to check the time.

12:39 am

Confused, with her now filled glass of wine she opened the door, expecting it to be her Dad or Dylan at most.

He did like to come over at nights to watch movies with her.

But what Leah saw almost made her drop her glass in fear.

"I-What are you doing here?"

The person looked back at her, a wicked smile staring at Leah as if challenging her to say the wrong thing.

"Well aren't you going to give mommy a hug, Aurelia?"
