December 21st, 2018. (Friday)

Ever since Johnny called back home to his mother in Italy, he's been spending a lot more time with Ponyboy. He was excited that he would get to stay in America with him. Of course, Johnny would miss home sometimes but his soulmate was here, that's all he needed. His mother said to him that she would do the same thing if it was her soulmate. Johnny was in the right.

"So, Ponyboy," Johnny questions. "What do... What are soulmates supposed to do once they've found each other? Is there something certain we do? Do we go out and do stuff?" Ponyboy shrugs his shoulders in response.

"That depends on how long you've known your soulmate and what they like to do and stuff," Ponyboy says. "But usually soulmates do couple stuff." Johnny looks at him oddly.

"What is 'couple stuff'," Johnny asks, putting air quotations with his words. "Is that an American thing or do other countries do it too?" Ponyboy hums a little and looks at him.

"I'm pretty sure other countries do it too but just differently and stuff like that," Ponyboy says. "But in America, 'couple stuff' means you go on dates and kiss and hold hands and stuff."

"I wanna do couple stuff with you," Johnny says, a wide grin spreading on his lips happily. "Please, Ponyboy? I wanna do American 'couple stuff'." Ponyboy smiles at the older boy.

"What kind of couple stuff do you wanna do, handsome," Ponyboy teases him softly. "We can do whatever you want." Johnny hums happily.

"I wanna go on a date with you and hold your hand and love on you," Johnny says happily. "Can we do that? Please, please?" The older boy looks at him happily.

"Of course we can, Johnny," Ponyboy says. "Go get your shoes on and let me tell Darry that we'll be out for a little while. Okay, Johnny?" Johnny nods his head and stands up from Ponyboy's bed.

Johnny walks out of Ponyboy's room and grabs his shoes, putting them on. He waits by the door happily, a wide grin on his face. Ponyboy walks out and goes to find Darry in the laundry room. The boy hums.

"Johnny and I are gonna head out for a little while," Ponyboy says. "Is that okay with you?" Darry looks at him.

"Be back here by 8:00 PM," Darry says. "You got about four hours. If you're late, you're in trouble mister." Darry smiles teasingly.

"Okay, 8:00 PM," Ponyboy says. "Thank you so much, Darry."

Ponyboy walks over to his happy soulmate and he puts his shoes on as quick as he could. The boy grabs his hand and gives it a squeeze, giggling.

"Are you ready for some American couple stuff," Ponyboy asks teasingly. His boyfriend nods his head quickly in response, swaying back and forth on his heels.

"Yes!"

"Then let's get going!"

I'm so so sorry that I haven't updated in over a month. I haven't had a lot of motivation for it and I've just been busy with school plus taking care of myself since I've been sick for a long time.

There will be a part two to this chapter but hopefully, this little filler makes up for something. I'm really sorry again and I hope you enjoy this.
