Dona: Thank you so much dear.♥️♥️

Navya: I'm going to interview you so, can we start your interview?

Dona: Yeahh I am already excited to start the interview.

Navya: Tell me something about you??

Dona: A Bong girl who acts both Introvert and Extrovert in Nature.  I am a Music lover and love to read Romantic novels a lot. Kinda messy person and I love to make new friends. Not a very foodie person but loves to eat Biryani yum.

Navya: I love biryani too..

Dona: YO! High five!

Navya: Hi-fi👋
When did you start writing? How long have you been writing?

Dona: The first time when I started writing was when I was in Class 10 and it wasn't actually a story...it was a love letter that I wrote to my Crush and then I felt the magic of words hitting me and I started writing some short stories (random plots that came in my mind) though I wasn't that great at that time (abhi bhi nahi😶) but yeah the love of writing just suddenly hit me up! So it's been 2 years that I have been writing.

Navya: You are truly an amazing writer.

Dona: Thank you dear for appreciating my work...I couldn't even update actually due to my class 12 studies but I am working on some new stories...hoping that they will be fine☺️

Navya: How do you deal with the emotional impact of a book (on yourself) as you are writing or reading the story?

Dona: While writing I have to be in that zone so before writing any emotional scene, I just watch YUDKBH or listen to some sad songs which really helps me a lot 

Reading an emotional scene is too tough for me, I just keep on crying and thinking about the scenes and when I think a lot, it all flashes in my dreams so even a small emotional scene really become heavy for me.😅
Even when I cry a lot while reading emotional scenes or even when it's an emotional but happy moment I cry that time too!!

Navya: Even me yrr...when they reunite uff that feeling and those happy tears can't describe them in words.

Dona: I guess we have many Similarities😂

Navya: We genuinely have a lot of similarities😆 Next question!!
In your opinion, what are the most important elements of good writing??

Dona: The most important element for me in writing is expression. I stay very accurate towards the characters' expressions, their choice of words and the point of view. And then organising the story in a proper manner which will make the book impressive is also important for me.

Navya: How do you come up with the titles and plot of your books?

Dona: Ahhh... deciding a title is a really tough one you know but I specifically love to give any song lines for my books but that too is difficult coz you need to find the perfect title for the book which us match with the storyline of the book.

Navya: What do you like to do when you are not writing?

Dona: When I am not writing, I am basically reading in Wattpad and studying of course. I even do some editings for my Fanpage too in the free time.

Navya: I love your editing.😁

Navya: Have you ever been on any sports teams? If so, what sport?

Dona: We used to have Physical Training in school where we used to play different types of sports but if u ask for competitions and all, no I have never participated as I am not that great in Sports.😅

Navya: What’s your favourite spot to visit in india? And what makes it so special to you?

Dona: Umm... my most favourite spot is Rabindra Sarobar which is exactly near River Ganga in Kolkata as I haven't been out of Kolkata much except that I visited Chennai  once but yeah Rabindra Sarobar is my most favourite coz the Fresh air of  River Ganga along with the  positive vibes of the environment really refreshes my mood

Navya: Wowww.. After listening to you, I really want to go there.

Dona: Yeah definitely whenever you visit Kolkata make sure you visit this place😉

Other than Samaina / Ashdeep any other Favourite artists and favourite songs?

Dona: Other than Samaina I love Parth Samthaan and Niti Taylor. And my list of Favourite Song continuously changes but yeah the songs that I am currently listening nowadays are "Bheegi Bheegi Raaton Mein" "7 Rings" and "Positions"

Navya: Position is my current favourite song too. Other than Samaina I had a long list of my favorite artists.😁

Dona: Ohh! I just love Pani right now and oh I forgot to mention about Shraddha Kapoor.. she is also love yrr❤

Navya: Shraddha Kapoor is so cute.
What is your dream job in future?

Dona: My dream job in future is either to be a Psychologist / Nutritionist / Reporter. I am still confused about what I should exactly want to do in my life but these are the options that I chose for myself that can fit me.

Navya: Ohhh...woww. I'm even going to study psychology..

Dona: Arey yrr I feel like we are soul sisters! I would have given you a hug if you were in front of me 🤗. We have so much in common.

Navya: Muje pata tha sab ka yeh hi answer hone wala hai😂

Dona: Exactly coz they are the jaans of YUDKBH

Navya: Why does taiji always drink tea at belas house?

A. she is lazy to make tea

B. She never buys tea powder when she buys grocery

C. She wants to keep an eye on Naina and Preeti.

Dona: A. She is lazy to make tea.. humesha unhe headache hota hai... kitni lazy hai yrr😂😂

Navya: Shoe looks good in which type of hair?

A. Long hair

B. Short hair

C.Without hair

Dona: C. Without hair bohot acchi lagegi phir to Sameer aur sab ladke usse aankhein phad phad k dekhne.😂😂

Navya: Pura collage hi dekhega usse.

Dona: Exactly usse to attention chahiye hota hai jo ki usse free mein hi mil jayegi... zyada kuch efforts karne ki zarurat nahi padegi.

Navya: Why did taiji and tauji have a kid so late?

A. Tauji was busy solving cases 

B. They were doing family planning

C. Taiji didn't wanna spoil her jawani by having a kid at a young age.

Dona: Ab yeh to kuch atrangi sa question puch liya😂

Navya: How do you feel "Yeh Un Dinon ki baat hai" is very similar to your life?

Dona: Nothing is actually similar except for my bua who acts like Taiji a lot😓 (except the beatings that Naina sometimes used to get) she is so dominating literally I get irritated a lot 😔 Other than that I haven't had the luck to experience anything like YUDKBH.

Navya: Ek aise taiji to sabki hi life mein hoti hai..

Dona: Haan re! Jo sabki life ko hell karne pe tuli hui hoti hai.

Navya: Meri choti dadi essi hi hai..
Other than that Naina's life not too similar but thodi si toh hai hi..
Favorite phase from the show? And why is it your favourite?

Dona: Favourite phase has to be the school phase as the craziness, fun all of them had was just something which every generation is going to enjoy the most😘

Navya: Sach bolo muje na yeh show wapas dekhna hai abh bohut time ho gaye meine yeh dekha hi nahi abh kal se episode 1 se sabh shuru..

Dona: Haan definitely dekho main bhi dekhna shuru karungi just after my exams get over.

Navya: All the best for your exams diii..

Navya: Is there any specific scene you want to change in the show if YES what will be the scene and what will you change in it??

Dona: I personally don't want to change any scene because the magic the writers wove will get erased!

Navya: I have no words but... I can say this my favourite answer😍😍

Dona: Aww....I Feel so overwhelmed darling...thank you so much♥️

Navya: As we know Samaina ke pass Dushmano ki kami nahi thi, if it is dadi, mamaji, mamiji, taiji tauji..etc.. if you had a chance to kill one of them who would it be and why would you kill him / her?

Dona: I would kill Mamiji for sure she was so annoying and would always put down Naina and her family's respect.😠

Navya: Which is the funniest scene you like in yudkbh?

Dona: Drunk Naina wala scene is a scene that I really enjoyed a lot...still remembering about, a laughter cracks up on my face😂

Navya: What advice would you give a new writer, someone just started to write??

Dona: I believe in simple and straightforward writing and not beating around the bush and also being creative and thinking of some out of the box ideas.☺️One more thing is not to keep too many characters in a story as then it will then become a pressure of the writers to concentrate on everyone and also for the readers who will get confused.
