"where's koo?" aera tilts her head, clutching her hands inside the mittens, staring at jimin with her dark, round eyes anticipating an answer from the elder brother.

"he's sleeping," jimin smiles in return, patting her head over the beanie and secures the scarf around her neck as she's about to go outside in the snow. "let's go now, riri's all ready like a good girl," he crouches down, opening his arms and aera moves between them, hugging him back with a smile as she nods her head.

"oppa made riri so pretty today," she giggles, kissing jimin's cheek, keeping her hands on his shoulders, tilting her head to show him her innocent smile.

"riri always looks pretty," jimin nuzzles his nose against aera's, chuckling when she suddenly kisses him again, this time on the lips, "alright, i see a very happy baby here. what's up?"

"we'll make olaf!" aera claps her hands, jumping in her place, then points at the window, "it's so beautiful outside. riri will go and play and hug the snow and make olaf with oppa! it'll be sooo funnn! yayyy!"

"yes, let's go," he stands up, holding aera's hand as she skips her way beside him, talking about how they will need a perfect carrot to make the snowman's nose, some sticks and mittens for his arms and hands, a hat and a scarf to make him look a gentle(snow)man just like olaf.

as they pass jungkook's room, aera stops on her track, glancing at the door and tugs on jimin's hand, pointing at the door. "koo's not coming with us?"

"i don't think so," jimin shrugs, "he was tired after returning from the company last night. he stayed back in the studio for some editing stuff,"

"what's that?" aera asks.

jimin stares at the six-year-old and nods to himself, wondering why he even tried explaining it to her when he knows she won't understand and most certainly doesn't even know what editting, production or direction is. he shakes his head, carrying aera up in his arms and goes near the door, gesturing her to call jungkook.

"koo! wake uuuuuppp!" aera shouts, hitting her hand on the door, "kookieeee! ge'uuupppp! we' going to playyyy!" jungkook doesn't respond and aera pouts, turning to jimin with a sad face, "he's not listening, oppa,"

"he must be still asleep," jimin says, "leave him, let's just go and have fun. kookie can join us later, yeah?"

"mm," aera nods, wriggling lightly to get down, wanting to walk on her own today, unlike many days when she would cry to be carried by her brothers, especially when they were supposed to pass the crowded paparazzi that would just keep taking pictures and screaming along with the fans. as much as the boys would stand and let them take the pictures, aera didn't like the crowds, especially the one that keeps yelling and shouting.

even though it had been almost a year since she was introduced to the fandom, aera still couldn't get used to the crowds of armys and media gathered everywhere they would go. and she often went viral for that. pictures of aera clinging onto the boys screamed out cuteness to the fans as even the boys would just chuckle, assuring her that they're gonna go away from the crowd soon.

armys did try to adapt to the child, trying to be quiet when she would whine or throw a fit, overwhelmed by the crowds of people. the brothers were more than just grateful to the fans for them to be so understanding and never taking aera's presence in a negative way. and no matter how much they thanked the armys for it, it was never enough.

the most famous video of aera was the one that a fan boys posted from the airport in seoul when the just landed with aera. she must've been too sleepy to react as jungkook kept holding her with one arm all the time, using the other arm to wave at the fans. aera's eyes were closed, resting her head on jungkook's shoulder and clutching on the fabric of his jacket with her tiny hand.

then she woke up and looked around with a pout, making the crowd hush down almost instantly, not wanting her to end up crying. jungkook however, was quick enough to lay her head back down and whisper something in her ear, rubbing her back gently. as though it were some magic words, aera went back to her sleep, not minding the crowd anymore and jungkook gave a smile to the fans, showing an okay sign while the hyungs chuckled.

although the video clip lasted only for half a minute, the chaos it created over the internet was unforgettable. the same video almost everywhere until jimin himself had mentioned the incident on his live and laughed a good one, calling jungkook over to ask him to tell the fans what he told aera that day that made her so calm out of nowhere. jungkook just grinned at that, winking at the camera and refused to let the secret out so easily as he claimed that it was between him and his sister.

one of the most famous incidents with aera was also just from a few days back when jungkook posted a video of her singing 'do you wanna build a snowman?' along with anna while she was watching frozen with jungkook and her five feet olaf plush. she had memorised the lyrics watching the movie so many times and could now sing alone even without the music or the brothers correcting her wordings.

even now as she gathers snow in her little red bucket with an orange shovel, concentrated on her work, aera sings another song from frozen, never letting jimin's smile die. his phone is recording everything and often speaks to her while she's working hard to build her own olaf like elsa.

"hey, look here, princess," jimin says, sitting on the side and aera turns to face him, her expression asking if he needs something, which makes him laugh, "c'mere, what are you doing?"

"i'm making olaf," aera answers, not minding him recording her and takes her bucket full of snow to jimin, showing it to him, "this is my snow and we' have to make it— into... make into olaf!"

"we have to turn the snow into olaf?" jimin asks, getting a nod from aera. she dumps out the snow at the side, wiping the fake sweat on her forehead, pretending to be tired after working hard and sits down near jimin's feet. "ah is riri tired now?" he asks, keeping the camera on her.

aera nods, looking up at him, "oppa don't help me. so i'm doing all work alone. bad oppa!"

"oh— i'm so sorry, honey," jimin fumbles, turning off the video recording and smiles nervously, crouching in front of her.

aera stands up, dusting off the snow from her pants and picks up her bucket, giving it to jimin and takes the shovel herself, "i'll put the snow in it and you take it there, okay?"

"okay," jimin nods, glancing back but fails to locate the spot aera has been dumping the snow she collected all this time. when he doesn't know where to put the snow, he tells her to guide him and ends up sighing as aera herself forgot her spot— too busy digging out the snow which felt like a fun job to her— and made him dump the snow at three different places each time that he went. 

"alright, c'mere, i think we have enough snow," he says, dragging a pile of snow with his feet to make a small mountain next to where he stood and aera smiles, happy to believe that she gathered all that by herself. "now let's make riri's olaf with this,"

"yes," aera nods, leaving the shovel and bucket, bending down as she moulds the snow into a big ball with jimin's help. "you're doing so good, jiminie oppa. i' so proud of you," aera gasps, looking at jimin with a fascinated smile, which makes jimin arch his brows up, knowing that she's trying to copy him by saying the nice stuff he does when aera's doing something good.

"am i doing this okay?" he asks, pulling out his phone again to record this funny and adorable conversation with his six-year-old sister.

"yeah, you're so nice," aera praises, patting his head, "jiminie oppa is— bein' such a good boy. he's helping riri make olaf,"

"is that so? how do you feel?" he chuckles.

"happy! and proud! because you're my baby— you make me so happy!" she giggles, jumping in her place and ends up laughing when jimin wraps his arm around her, pulling her in a hug. he falls back in the snow covering many layers in their backyard, making aera cackle playfully, squirming in his arms.

"oppa," she calls, tapping on his chest as he stops and is dusting off the snow from their clothes, "let's go and call koo," her hand holds jimin's, standing up with him and pulls him inside the house.

"let him rest, aera. he can play with you later,"

"no, i want koo— and help me make olaf. he likes olaf,"

"okay fine," jimin sighs, following the little girl to the younger brother's room. the door is unlocked now, but jungkook is still under the covers. probably went back to sleep after waking up to use the bathroom or something.

aera peeks at his face, smiling at him and leans on the edge of the bed, "koo," her tiny voice whispers, poking jungkook's cheek, "do you wanna build a snowman?" she sings like anna, making jimin chuckle and pull out his phone with urgency not to miss this adorable sight of their little sister singing to jungkook.

"c'mon let's go and play," she hums, getting on the bed beside the sleeping boy and giggles, "i don't see you anymore. come out the door. it's like you've gone away~"

jimin presses his lips into a thin line, holding in one of the fondest smiles at his sister. aera tugs on the blanket, making jungkook stir in his place, turning to his side to face aera, "we used to be best buddies. but now we' not," she continued singing, leaning near jungkook and pouts, "i wish you would tell me why~"

"do you wanna build a snowman?" aera stares at jungkook, singing softly now and sighs, "it doesn't have to be a snowman..."

jimin chuckles at the little sister, restraining himself from saying anything as jungkook wakes up too, breaking into a smile on hearing the song she's singing for him. he opens his eyes slowly, fixing his lazy gaze on aera's smiling face and lets out a low chuckles, "hey," he says in a breathy, raspy voice not fully out of sleep yet.

"do you wanna build a snowman?" aera sings again, placing her hands on his chest as she climbs to sit on his stomach, "c'mon let's go and play~"

"is this riri or anna?" jungkook hums, pulling her down gently and kisses her cheek, nuzzling his face in the sister's jaw, making him giggle playfully. "hm? tell me is this my little riri or anna singing for me?"

"riri!" aera laughs, jumping in her place out of excitement and jungkook chuckles.

"then where's anna?"

"no, koo, anna is not your sissy. riri is your sissy. you don't love anna," she tilts her head and jungkook arches up a brow.

"is that so?" he asks, glancing at the elder brother and holds in his laugh, "is anna not our sister? i thought it's her,"

"nooooo! it's meee! riri! here!" aera sits up, pointing at herself as she looks worried with her brother's words, falling into thinking that jungkook actually thinks of anna as his sister instead of her. that is crazy! "koo, i'm be your sister! look we have same eyes and lips and nose and hair, i'm— i'm riri... i'm you..."

"you're me?" jungkook laughs and this time jimin fails to keep it together as well. both the brothers laughing at aera's little panic stricken state where she can't even explain properly.

"don't laugh..." aera pouts, looking confused at the elder brothers, "i'm just a baby..."

"aw, c'mere," jimin puts his phone away, sitting on the bed and hugs aera tightly, pecking her lips gently with a smile, "riri's our one and only baby sister, okay? you don't have to worry,"

"promise?" aera pulls away, looking at jungkook too, "riri love you so much. no other baby sister will not love you like riri,"

"really?" jungkook sits up, "show me how tight riri can hug oppa," he grins, opening his arms and aera hurries on to his lap, hugging him with all her strength that it strains her facial expression, lips pressed into a thin line and brows wrinkled as she's pitting in the effort to show jungkook that he won't get a better sister than her.

"is that all?" the brother jokes, getting a whine from aera. she stands on her knees, pushing him back and sits on his chest as she leans down, hugging him tighter this time. jungkook laughs at her, patting her back lightly, "yeah, now this is a real tight hug,"

aera smiles on hearing that and looks at his face, "let's go and play now," she says, "let's make olaf, koo. there outside— it's so pretty!"

"let's go," jungkook pecks her lips, getting up from the bed. "give me five minutes i'll put on something warm, then we'll go make olaf alright?"

"okay," aera nods, sitting on the bed and waits like a good girl. she looks at jimin, pulling his hand to make him sit as well, "oppa, sit down. koo's coming in five minutes. then riri, koo and jiminie oppa will make olaf in the snow okay?"

jimin smiles amusedly, "okay," he nods, sitting with her. he pulls out his phone and aera peeks on the screen, watching him click on the colorful camera icon. then he swipes and clicks on the screen a few more times which aera doesn't understand and leans closer, reaching out for the phone.

"hm?" jimin pulls back for a second, not wanting to disturb the procedure going on in the phone.

"game..." aera mumbles.

"i'm ready," jungkook walks out then, dressed in a warm set of hoodie and sweatpants with a jacket over it. "let's go,"

"let's gooo!" aera jumps down from the bed and jungkook picks her up on his shoulder, heading out of the room with the eldest brother following them.

as jungkook helps aera build the snowman, jimin takes the time to get them some hot chocolate ready and a cup of warm coffee for himself. his phone rings as he calls jungkook and aera over to come inside for it's been more than an hour that aera's been playing in the snow and might catch a cold with her beanie thrown somewhere in the yard full of snow.

"hyung, your phone," jungkook says, picking it up and smiles, "it's hobi hyung," he says before answering the call, "hey, hobi hyung, how are you?"

"jungkook?" hoseok says, "hey, i'm good. how are you all?"

"we're good. jimin hyung's busy telling aera to put on her beanie, so i'll just put you on speaker,"

"oh yeah, sure," the elder laughs, "hey jimin,"

"hobi hyung, hello," jimin smiles, "how's your practice going?"

"it's going fine. i just saw your story, jimin. it's so cute! now i miss riri and i'll come over after i'm done with work," hoseok exasperates, making jimin laugh.

"what story?" jungkook pulls out his phone, opening instagram and clicks on his brother's profile, humming as he finds the video of aera singing while waking jungkook up to build a snowman with her.

"that's me," aera leans onto jungkook's arm, giggling at the video and points at the screen, "i look so cute, right koo?"

"i look more cute don't you think?" jungkook says.

"hm, but i'm more cute,"

"why?"

"because i'm jiminie oppa's baby!" aera jumps in her place, laughing as she runs to jimin and sticks her tongue out at jungkook, "you no' his baby!"

"aw, this little angel," hoseok cooes, "i'm coming over right now. the practice is almost done,"

"alright," jimin chuckles, "riri can show hobi oppa her snowman right?"

"yes! his name is olaf, hobi oppa. he's so cute!"

"i'm sure he is. riri made him afterall," hoseok says.

"yes, i gave him a scarf and sticks and carrot and eyes!"

"that's good,"

"hobi oppa, come fast. we'll play and dance!"

"on my way now that riri's calling hobi oppa," hoseok chuckles, "bye guys, see you in a bit,"

"see you," jimin says.

"hyung, get some snacks please," jungkook says.

"and chocolate for riri!" aera adds, grinning at the phone.
