1) Welcome to the TVA

Loki grabbed the tesseract and teleported himself away. The avengers had just decided to pull a time scamp so he would use that to his advantage and escape the ridiculous cuffs that he was put into.

Unfortunately things didn't work out the way he wanted them too and he ended up falling from the sky and he landed on sand. At least the chains and cuffs were off. Although now he had sand in all sorts of places.

"Well that didn't look very flattering."

He sat himself up a touch and looked at the beautiful woman in front of him. She wore a scarlet outfit with a crown on her head that resembled his horns, but much smaller, flat, and red. Actually not like his horns.

"Who might you be? I assume you're not from here, but I've been tracking the amazing device for some time now." The woman picked up the tesseract and that got Loki to get up.

"Loki, the God of Mischief. And you may not know me but something you should know is-" He held out his hand and the tesseract shot to his hand.

"This is mine."

The woman chuckled. "That's a questionable choice. But I'm not the one you should be worried about God of Mischief." She said. That caused Loki to give a look of confusion since there was no one else around them.

"Oh? Then who should I be worried about?" He asked. "The Scarlet Witch." She replied, any sign of light in her face now gone. "And who is that?" Loki asked.

"Me."

"But you just said-"

Before he could finish talking, a blast of red magic shot at him and he jumped out of the way. The Scarlet woman disappeared from his line of view so he quickly made the tesseract disappear as well. Suddenly he felt his limbs tighten and he was lifted up with a grunt.

"Give me the tesseract or I will pry it from your dead corpse."

Loki struggled but the witch held him firmly.

Suddenly, a yellow door appeared and Loki felt the magic grip on his loosen just a touch. He looked down towards where the door was and saw multiple soldiers step out of it.

He felt himself being lowered from the air back to the ground, but he was still held an inch above the sand with everything feeling restrained.

"Can I help you?" The Scarlet Witch asked. She definitely had an attitude problem.

"This is a standard sequence violation." The woman who seemed to be in charge claimed.

Loki heard the crackling of magic so he assumed the witch was about to attack them. Oh well, at least he was already restrained and had what she wanted so he wouldn't be harmed.

The three surrounding guards that weren't the main soldier held up stick thingies that were supposed to look threatening? They were pointed a the Scarlet Witch, not Loki.

"The branch is growing at a stable rate and slope." The woman continued.

"Sorry we happen to be a bit busy." The witch stated.

Suddenly, Loki felt himself land on the ground, but he was very much unable to move. His feet were basically melted into the sand. At least it didn't hurt as badly as one would think, he was just stuck.

"Two variants identified." The woman said, looking at a small device.

"I beg your pardon?"
"Excuse me?"

Both Loki and the witch said simultaneously.

"On behalf of the time variance authority, I hereby arrest the two of you for crimes against the sacred timeline. Hands up."

The sticks that the soldiers held suddenly began glowing. The only reason Loki was worried was cause he was pretty sure he was sinking into the sand.

"You're coming with us."

The Scarlet Witch stepped next to Loki, probably looking more intimidating from the front than the side from what Loki could see. Magic stirred in her hands and she kept a calm look as she stared at the four soldiers.

"I'm sorry, who's 'us'?"
"I beg to differ."

Once again Loki and the witch spoke simultaneously. The woman replied while making her own glow stick.

"This is your last chance variants."

Loki chuckled. "It's been a very long day. I think I've had my fill of idiots in armored suits telling me what to do. So if you don't mind, I'd say this is actually your last chance."

That probably would've been more intimidating with drama music behind it or haven him not be knee deep in sand.

Thankfully the witch backed him up and shot a blast of magic at the soldiers. Two were knocked down but the main one and another dodged. The main woman ran up and smacked Loki then the witch with her glow stick, causing both of them to feel like things were happening much faster.

The woman was moving super fast for a moment before things went back to regular speed and Loki fell back while the witch stumbled over herself.

However when Loki regained himself, he now had some collar over him. Now he was into some kinky stuff but not from a person he met two seconds ago.

One of the guards who got up after the magic blast grabbed him and the other grabbed the witch. The third stayed back and Loki heard the main woman go "Reset the timeline."

Loki turned his head to see what she meant, and all he saw was a small device being put where he was once trapped, then the world start disappearing as the device turned purple.

Loki was shoved into the orange doorway that magically appeared again, and the tesseract appeared from out of his Asgardian robe.

He turned and saw the witch eyeing it, but the glow stick woman picked it up instead.

The three guards left and the witch and Loki were brought in by the other woman. Loki's magic didn't seem to work and it seemed by the look on the witch's face that hers didn't work either.

"What is your actual name miss Scarlet Witch?" He asked, looking at the woman. "Wanda." She replied simply. Huh, he would've assumed that he would've had to push for a name. At least it was easy.

"What is this place?" Loki asked, looking around as the two were pushed through a small hallway.

The woman didn't reply.

"Who are you, ma'am?" Wanda asked.

"Hunter B-15." She stated.

Loki must've seen the question as a distraction cause he ran as soon as Hunter B-15 spoke. He was then immediately back where he was moments before within a second.

He turned and saw Hunter B-15 with a small remote. He looked at Wanda for some help but she just stared at him.

He gave up on Wanda and went back to an attempt of escape, only to be brought back to where he was, only this time in a bit of a more painful position cause he almost fell over.

"I feel like you're making a terrible mistake-"

"Oh come on." The hunter said, pushing Loki along once more.

The three walked to a man with a cherry smile. He held up a clipboard but before he could get a word out, Hunter B-15 placed the tesseract in front of him.

"Log this as evidence."

His smile vanished and he looked at it.

"Could you at least tell me what it is?" He asked.

"It's the tesseract."
"Be very careful with it."

Loki and Wanda stated at the same time. Both of them looked to each other and stared at the other threateningly, as if saying ‘let me go first’ to each other.

The two were pushed forwards.

"It sounds dumb!" The counter man called as they marched forward.

The hunter pressed a button to open an elevator sort of thing and she shoved Wanda inside. The door slammed and Loki stared at the woman.

"Know this, cross me and there will be deadly consequences."

The hunter gave a small chuckle.

"We'll see."

Then the door opened back up and she shoved Loki inside.

He turned around and glared a the woman as the elevator doors closed. Suddenly a sound of a computer turned on and he felt something poking at his outfit.

"Hey. Hey!" He turned around to look at the robot thing. He slapped the machinery away from himself. "Absolutely not. This is fine Asgardian leather." He stated.

"hOld vErY stIll."

Loki watched the thing carefully and the robot held up a small.. device. Suddenly the device activated and wiped away Loki's outfit, leaving him in a bit of a shock feeling, being absolutely naked.

That witch was naked in here moments before apparently... Anyways.

"N- now hang on just a minute.." He stuttered.

Before anything else, suddenly the ground below him opened and he fell through, although when he landed he was in a uniform with TVA on it. Wow, branding issues apparently.

He looked around before his eyes landed on an actual person watching him. He flinched a bit at first, then the person began talking. "Please sign this to confirm this is everything you've ever said."

"What?"

A printer printed anther sheet of paper. "And this." The man said.

"Oh this is absurd."

Another sheet of paper.

Loki sighed and went over to the stack. He signed aggressively then returned to his spot, only to have the floor open again.

He landed in a new room, only to see some sort of metal detector in front of him. And a person with a clipboard on the other side.

"Please confirm to your knowledge that you are not a fully robotic being, were born an organic creature, and do in fact possess what many creatures would call a soul."

"What? 'To my knowledge?' Do a lot of people not know if they're robots?"

"Thank you for your confirmation. Please move through." The man wrote something on the clipboard as he spoke which Loki assumed was a checkmark on the 'not a robot' bullet.

Loki stepped to the machine and went to walk through it, but then froze up. "What if I was a robot and I didn't know it?"

Okay you couldn't blame him. He thought he'd been an Asgardian for all his life and only like a month ago had he found out he was actually a frost giant, you couldn't be mad at him for not knowing if he was actually a robot.

"The machine would melt you from the inside out. Please move along sir." The man stated.

"Okay... I'm not a robot so I'll be fine."

He stepped into the machine and a white light appeared on him, then disappeared. He didn't feel melted out. Guess that was a good sign. Suddenly a sheet of something appeared with colors on it that the man took.

"What's that?" Loki asked.

"Your temporal aura."

"What's that!?"

"Please through the door."

A new set of doors opened and Loki stepped in. He immediately spotted the witch, who he just now noticed had very nice ginger hair glowing under this TVA light.

"Take a ticket." He heard someone say.

"What is this a deli? No." Another person wearing the same uniform as Loki stated.

Loki stepped forwards and the man repeated himself.

"Take a ticket."

"There's only three of us in here." Loki said, gesturing it the nearly empty room.

"Take. A. Ticket."

Loki rolled his eyes with a sigh and grabbed a ticket before walking into the empty line space.

The witch stayed back and waited until he was next to her, which Loki wondered about because only a minute ago she was trying to kill him.

"This is a mistake! I shouldn't be here! You maybe but not me!" He exclaimed suddenly.

Suddenly the television screen across from them came on, basically on cue.

"Hey there! You're probably saying 'this is a mistake, I shouldn't even be here!'"

Wanda snickered at that.

"Welcome to the Time Variance Authority! I'm Miss Minutes, and it's my job to catch you up before you stand trial for your crimes."

Wanda and Loki both watched the screen now.

"Let's not waste another minute. Settle in, sharpen your pencils, and check this out!"
