The meaning behind this song is about girls are more than there looks. Women are people too, and there is so much more to them than just their looks. Women are strong, powerful people, but when you see a picture of a "Pretty Girl" you don't think about anything but their looks.

It's definitely a feminist song, but it's more like don't treat all these girls like these fragile little flowers, & also don't treat all the girls like they are inhuman. By her talking about the good sides and the bad sides to her personality it's to show that even though she tries to look good she's far from perfect. In society women have this expectation of perfection, and it's a girl power song for sure :)
