Everly sat in silence for what felt like an eternity after Jackson and Jacob determined she passed out from a vision. A million emotions went through her head as she thought about what she saw happening in the near future. The Jones girl couldn't let it happen and she's planning on doing anything to stop it, no matter what it takes.
All around her, her friends and family sat in silence with her, no one wanting to break the silence surrounding them. While Everly kept her eyes glued to her intertwined fingers. Everyone was exchanging looks with each other, not sure what to do. It wasn't long after that when Sam let out a long sigh before walking around the desk to stand in front of Everly.
The Purest Heart forced herself to keep her head down, knowing that she would reveal everything if she met his gaze. The Jones boy knew exactly what he was thinking and hated how Everly felt she needed to keep things from him. "Can you please tell us what happened?"
"I would rather not," Everly muttered under her breath. Everyone instantly nodded in understanding. Everyone except for Sam. Before the blonde boy had a chance to question her further, Everly looked over at her other friends in the room. "Is Emma still in there with the Snow Queen?"
"Yeah," was all Jackson said in response, knowing he would ask her a million questions if he let himself say more.
It wasn't long after that when they fell back into silence and waited for Emma to conclude. Despite wanting to forget what happened, all Everly could think about was her vision. She wanted to tell someone, but she also felt like if she said it out loud then it was more likely to come true. After letting her thoughts bounce around in her head for another moment, the Jones girl slowly looked up from the floor to find Sam staring back at her. The look in his eyes made Everly's heart lurch. It was as if he was pleading for her to talk to him, which was something she hadn't seen since they left Neverland.
A long sigh passed over the Purest Heart's lips as she slid off the desk she was sitting on and gestured for Sam to follow her into Emma's office. Once the two of them were inside, Everly closed the door behind her while doing her best to ignore the stares from their other friends.
"What happened?" Sam asked after Everly turned around to face him.
The blonde girl hesitated for a moment, not knowing exactly how to start, before she opened her mouth to speak. "I saw...I saw Killian. We were outside this house I'd never seen before. He...he was tied to a fence with a garden hose. And then...then Rumpelstiltskin took his heart."
As soon as the words finished leaving her mouth, Everly felt tears forming in her eyes. It wasn't long after that when Sam wrapped his arms around her and pulled her in for a tight hug. He rested his chin on Everly's head while she placed hers on his shoulder. The two of them stayed like that for a long moment before the Jones girl broke the silence surrounding them. "I hate this."
"Hate what?"
"Having magic. I hate it. I feel like everyone looks at me differently. I feel like everyone's afraid of me. My mo...Mary Margaret has barely said a word to me since she found out what happened in the forest."
"No one is afraid of you. And if someone is, then that's their problem, not yours. You would never hurt anyone unless it was the very last option." Sam paused before turning Everly around to face their friends. "If they were scared of you, they wouldn't be here."

After the events of yesterday, Everly couldn't bring herself to meet up with Felix. So she went to Dead Man's Peak instead. As soon as she reached her destination, the Jones girl lay down on the grass and looked up at the clouds. It wasn't long after that when she started to doze off, only for her senses to reactivate when she heard someone approaching. A long sigh passed over her lips as she sat up and turned around to face Felix. The Lost Boy greeted her with a smile before sitting down next to her.
"What are you doing here?" Everly asked, causing a somewhat confused look to appear in Felix's eyes.
"Do you not want me here?"
"I do. It's just," the blonde girl hesitated for a moment as she thought back to what happened not even twenty-four hours ago, "I just thought you'd keep your distance."
The smile instantly returned to the Lost Boy's face as he lay down on the grass next to her. "What can I say? I couldn't stay away."
Everly looked up to find him staring back at her. He leaned in as she did. It wasn't long after that when she felt their lips touch. When they finally pulled apart, both of them had big smiles on their faces. Felix pulled Everly closer before they lay down and looked up at the clouds without a care in the world. How it should have been.

A few minutes passed since Everly and Sam's conversation and the former was feeling a lot better. They went back to sitting with their friends and waiting for Emma to come out. All of them wanted an explanation of what was going on. They wanted more information about the Snow Queen's plans, something that Jackson couldn't give them. They were hopeful that Emma would be able to give them answers. Unfortunately, their hope didn't last much longer.
A sudden loud bang but through the air, causing everyone to jump out of their skin. No one said a word as they jumped out of their seats and ran to the interrogation room. Everly was the first to reach the doorknob before she yanked it open. Shocked coursed through her veins at the sight of a giant hole in the wall. The Jones girl just stared at it for another moment before her eyes fell on Emma.
"What happened?" Everly questioned before she noticed the terrified look on her sister's face, "are you okay?"
Emma hesitated for a moment, not sure how to answer the question. It wasn't long after that when the light faded from her hands before she whispered, "I think."
Before any of them could say another word, the Savior turned her back to them. She stared at the destruction she created for another moment before stepping through the hole. Everly's heart broke as she watched her sister look around with fear in her eyes, especially since that was how she felt only a few days ago. After letting out a small sigh, the Purest Heart walked outside with her friends right behind her.
"Hey! Are you guys alright?" someone called out, drawing everyone's attention away from the hole to find David, Mary Margaret, Killian, Henry, Rumplestiltskin, Elsa, and Belle running toward them. As soon as they get sight of the gaping hole in the building, they get concerned looks on their faces before looking us all over.
It wasn't long before they stopped a few yards away from them and stared at the gaping hole in the side of the building. The concerned looks on their faces did nothing but grow as they looked back over at us. Mary Margaret kept her eyes glued to her daughter for another moment before opening her mouth to speak. "We were so worried."
"Wait!" Emma told them while holding her hands out in front of her.
"Seems you didn't need my help after all," Rumpelstiltskin scoffed as his eyes continued to study the large hole.
"Swan, what did that monster do to the Sheriff's Station," Killian questioned while staring at the building before his eyes landed on Emma.
Everly couldn't help but wince at Killian's choice of words, knowing that would affect her sister more than anything. When she focused back on the scene, the Jones girl noticed Emma looking even more terrified than before. Without thinking, Everly reached out to comfort her sister, only for the Swan woman to back away from her.
"The monster who did this was not the Snow Queen," Emma announced, earning confused looks from everyone in front of her. It wasn't long after that when she let out a sigh and uttered three more words. "It was me."
"You're not a monster," Everly declared as David and Killian started to walk over to Emma, only for her to back away from everyone.
"Just keep your distance," she warned while holding her hands out in front of her, causing them to stop in their tracks, "I don't know if I can control myself. I don't want to hurt anyone."
Emma looked around at everyone one last time before turning around and walking away from them. However, she didn't have it very far when Killian rushed forward and grabbed her wrist.
"Let me go!" the Swam woman shouted while swinging her arm through the air.
Emma's unstable magic caused Everly to be thrown across the lawn before she landed with a thud. The Jones girl did her best to shield herself from the sparks emitting from the surrounding lights, completely unaware of Sam sprinting toward her. When his hand wrapped around her upper arm, Everly couldn't help but jump, only to instantly calm when she realized who it was. The Jones boy sent her a small smile as he carefully helped Everly to her feet. "Are you okay?"
"Yeah," the Purest Heart responded before her attention fell on a light pole beginning to tip over. Her heart stops as she watched it fall towards Killian. Everly was about to use her magic to push him out of the way, only for David to beat her to it. However, there wasn't enough time for the Nolan man to get out of the way, resulting in him getting hit in the shoulder and falling to the floor. Mary Margaret instantly rushed to his side and helped him up before looking over at Emma with anger in her eyes.
"Emma!" she yelled, causing the blonde woman to tense as she stared at her mother with an apologetic and scared look in her eyes. It wasn't long after that when Emma turned around and sprinted to her car, ignoring Mary Margaret's shouts as she went. "Emma. Emma, wait! No please come back! It's okay! Emma!"

Everly woke with a start, not even remembering falling asleep in the first place. She was surprised to find herself no longer at Dead Man's Peak but in her cove. Confusion flowed through every inch of her veins as she tried to figure out how she got back home. It wasn't long after that when she spotted a folded piece of paper on a rock nearby. Evelry just stared at it for a moment before she grabbed it and unfolded it. A smile soon appeared on her face as she read over the note from Felix.
We both fell asleep at Dead Man's Peak. I needed to get back to Pan before he got suspicious so I brought you back to the cove. I hope you don't mind. Stay safe.
Everly had told him a few weeks ago where she was hiding. She trusted him and knew he wouldn't tell a soul. She needed him to know she trusted him. The former Lost Girl wanted him to know that he was always welcome here and that he had an option other than Pan. Everly wanted to make sure he knew he had a Safe Haven on Neverland.

They searched the town for hours and looked every place they thought Emma would hide, only to come up short every time. Despite wanting to look for the Savior even longer, they decided to call it a night. Jackson and Jacob went back to their house while everyone else went to the loft. Mary Margaret instantly from where she was placing Neal down for bed after hearing the door open.
"Did you find her?" Mary Margaret asked after walking around the crib to stand in front of them.
"No," David sighed before sitting down on one of the stools at the counter, "we looked everywhere. Which means only one thing."
"She doesn't want to be found," Killian added, not even bothering to hide the sadness in his eyes.
"I've been through this. And I saw the same looks on my loved ones' faces as Emma just did," Elsa explained before pausing to look at each one of them in the eyes. It wasn't long after that when her attention focused back on David and Mary Margaret. "I saw fear."
"David, we failed today. When our daughter needed us most, she looked in our eyes, and all she saw was fear," Mary Margaret told her husband after looking away from Elsa to meet his gaze, "this Snow Queen has some mirror that turns us against each other. Well, she doesn't need it. Look at us. We're doing it to ourselves."
