"Are you going to be apart of the band?" Tomomi asked. The day had ended and everyone was returning back to their dorms. But for those who were doing the work study, there were extra classes after school. Meaning Midoriya, Uraraka, Asui, Oijiro and Kirishima had to meet Aizawa back in class for a few hours.
After the announcement of the School Festival, Class 1-A decided that they would do a music performance. Which was a way better idea than the Maid Cafe Denki thought of. Tomomi did not want to wear a french maid outfit.
Bakugou and her decided to hang out a little before meeting with the others to plan what song they were going to do. So the couple hung back behind their classmates and walked together.
Tomomi's arm was circled around his left arm while he walked with his hands in his pockets.
"I would rather drink nails with salt and lemon." He grumbled in his usually hostile tone of voice. Which made Tomomi deadpan and sweatdrop.
"You could at least pretend to-"
"Hero Course Class 1-A is doing a concert. For us"
Some students from general studies courses interrupted them. The couple looked over to see two of them talking about them. Remaining quiet, they wanted to know what they had to say.
"For us? What's that supposed to mean? Aren't they thinking too much of themselves?" the other student asked snidely.
Tomomi frowned a little while Bakugou remained quiet. "Seriously." The first one continued. "Even though they were attacked by villains, they went to the training camps nonchalantly and they were attacked again. They even had people injured and two of them were kidnapped."
Tomomi's frown deepened as she listened. Like they needed reminding of that traumatic event. Seriously, what was with other students blaming them for what villains choose to do? It wasn't fair.
"Thanks to that, we even had to go through a lot." He said. "Even though it's all their fault. They've got some nerves."
Tomomi sighed disappointingly. She's learned from Miruko that there will always be people who love to blame others for villains and the best thing she could do is ignore it.
But as she suggested that they leave, she looked at Bakugou and noticed the look in his volcanic eyes. Bakugou looked as if their words were really stabbing at him. And this wasn't the first time she'd noticed this look.
When they heard some students talk about All-Might's retirement, Bakugou's eyes looked defeated and hurt. And that made her upset. They were hurting someone she cared about. That, alone, could only be ignored for so long.
Looking at how bothered her boyfriend is, she decided that enough was finally enough. Bakugou has stood up for her before and a relationship was all about two. If he swore to protect her, she was going to do the same thing.
With a huff, she let go of his arm, straightened her school bag, and marched herself all the way over to them.
Bakugou blinked once he noticed that his girlfriend let go of his arm. He frowned in confusion as he watched her march over to those students.
"Excuse me." Tomomi said politely, interrupting their conversation.
The two students paused and turned to see Tomomi standing behind them with a pretty scary frown on her face. Which made them jump slightly. Given the fact that they were just talking badly about her and her class.
Tomomi took a deep breath, getting her anger level to fall a little. She folded her arms. "I would love to see you two deal with half of the things we've had to deal with and see if you like it." She started. "But then again, by the looks of you and your appearance, you would fold like a house of cards."
Her words came out harsh. Which made them, once again, jump a little. "It's not our fault that villains are deranged individuals who just so happened to target children every other week. And it's not our fault that idiotic, vapid, biased and very generic people like you can't see that. You're too busy worrying about us when you could better yourselves and whatever intelligence you have in your pea brains." She coldly stated. "Now I suggest you get better and be better before you open up your revolting mouths to ever speak on things you know nothing about.
"and if you ever......insult my class again...." Tomomi walked slowly close to them, which made them shake in fear. Her eyes were slightly glowing and her hair was slowly floating upwards.
In a menacing voice, she whispered to them, "I'll turn your veins into a snow globe and make it look like an accident." The two students nearly screeched in apprehension. Their faces turned ghostly pale as their bodies shook.
"And If you tell anyone I said this, no one will believe you." She continued on, allowing the air around them to turn cold. To let them know that she was not joking around. "Because who are they going to believe ..... Two 'students who bullied a poor and emotional victim' or a crying girl who's just gone through a world of hurt and is trying to move on from the pain? How's that going to look to the public?"
"W-We're sorry." One of them apologized, resembling a shaking leaf. "W-We didn't mean to say any of that, we swear!"
Tomomi leaned back and changed her face from cold to a warm and cute close eyes smile. As if she didn't just threaten to ruin their lives a moment ago. It was like a light switch.
"I am so glad we've had this talk and that we've come to an agreement." She said kindly, bowing to them. "I hope in the future, we can be friends. We do have to stick together in these trying times and remember, always go Plus Ultra~!"
She posed, forming the peace sign with both of her hands. Flashing them a pretty smile before walking away. Successfully striking trepidation in their souls.
Bakugou, having heard and saw it all, was shocked at what she did for him. He knew how intimidating she could be. But it still shocked him every time.
Tomomi walked back to him with a smile on her face as she circled her arms around his arm again. "Whew~ I'm glad I got that off my chest." She said, peering at Bakugou. "I was thinking we could stop by that ice cream place near the dormitory. I hear that they have chocolate ice cream~"
Bakugou stared at her for a bit longer before suddenly letting a small grin grace his lips.
He suddenly patted the top of her head, making her blush red at his action. He left his hand on top of her head as she looked up at him adorably. Her eyes widened a little and everything.
She wondered what she did to earn that? Also, this was the first time he's done something like that ever. But it made her feel warm inside and very sheepish.
He said nothing as he began pulling her with him towards the direction of the ice cream place. Leaving her in confusion and curiosity.
After a few hours, Tomomi got dressed in comfortable clothing and finished homework early. Most of the afternoon, her friends had been discussing their performance. The last time she heard them talking about it, they successfully got Bakugou to play drums for the band.
And as much as she wanted to help, her mind wasn't really in it. And it seemed like all of the positions were filled already. She, herself, could place the guitar, piano, and she dabbled in ukulele here and there.
So she only wished them luck as they began practicing.
Tomomi made her way into the kitchen as they continued to discuss more about everything, absentmindedly singing to herself. ( this is what she was singing and how she sounds )

"Remember Me
though I have to say goodbye,
Remember Me
Don't let it make you cry
For ever if I'm far away,
I'll hold you in my heart ~"
"What is that?" Jirou asked, suddenly hearing the most beautiful singing voice she has ever heard.
"Hear what?" Kirishima asked. They were in the middle of wondering who was going to sing the lead when Jirou shushed them. "What are you talking ab-"
"Listen!" She whispered, trying to listen more. So everyone remained quiet, listening with her.
"I sing a secret song to you
Each night we are apart
Remember me~
Though I have to travel far
Remember me~
Each time you hear a sad guitar
Know that I'm with you
The only way that I can be
Until you're in my arms again~
Remember me~"
"Whose beautiful voice is that?" Aoyama asked as his eyes sparkled in awe.
"It sounds so strong and so sweet, at the same time." Mina added as she blushed lightly.
"It's coming from the kitchen." Jirou quickly detected, suddenly shooting up from her seat and walking over to the kitchen. Everyone quickly followed her, just as curious as she was.
The closer they got to the kitchen, the louder the voice could be heard. And once they got there, they were shocked to see whose voice it was.
In the kitchen, there was Tomomi. Singing while making herself a mug of ginger tea. It was like they could imagine little birds flying around her, plants and flowers covering the entire area, and the sun making a spotlight on her as she stirred her beverage.
"If you close your eyes and let the music play
keep our love alive, it'll never fade away~"
She sang perfectly, smiling a bit as she went. Jirou's eyes widened. This was perfect! She was perfect!
"She's the one!" Jirou whispered as she watched her sing. "She's perfect!"
Tomomi suddenly looked up and saw that the entire class watched her from the entrance of the kitchen. She blinked at them, wondering why they were looking at her like she was some disney princess. "Oh......Did I distract you all? My apologies."
"When were you going to tell us that you knew how to sing?!" Denki exclaimed, staring at her with stars in his eyes.
"Oh...." Tomomi mumbled, blinking again. "It was always a hobby, I didn't think much of it."
"Tomo-chan, your voice is beautiful~" Uraraka complimented in awe.
"It's like you're a siren or a princess in those Disney movies." Momo added.
"Your voice is perfect for the band!" Kirishima said in excitement. "It's so beautiful~"
"Tomo, you have to join the band." Jirou said with urgency, walking over to her and holding both of her hands. Practically begging her to join. "Please, you have what we're missing."
Tomomi looked at her with widened eyes. She was a bit bewildered by her sudden urgency. She was fine with just being a spectator. She didn't think they would even need anymore people.
But she couldn't say no to Jirou's pretty face. Also, she would be helping her friends out. "Um.....Okay." was all she said before everyone began cheering and Jirou pulled her into a hug.
Tomomi giggled, hugging her back, listening to everyone shout out cheers and everything.
Perhaps this music performance could be fun after all.
Sorry this was kind of short, it's like
