Third Person's POV

Sumihiko stood frozen in shocked.

He felt like the words has turned against him, The doctor nodded and ordered for the nurses to bring Y/n to the surgery room to remove the flower inside of him

"N-no!.. Wait!" Sumihiko yelled as he pushed through the nurses and ran inside the ICU where Y/n is

His eye widened as he saw y/n lying down on the hospital bed with numbers of wires attached to him

The nurses was about to follow Sumihiko to get him out but Tamayo stopped them

"Let the boy be, I have a feeling he's the one." Tamayo smiled, the nurses stopped and waited outside the door

Inside the ICU, Sumihiko slowly approached Y/n.

Every beep from the monitor makes him more nervous and scared.

When his beside his bed he could clearly see the veins from the flower starting to appear on his face

Sumihiko bit down his bottom lip as he starts to cry, he kneeled beside Y/n's bed and held his cold hand

He holds it tightly not wanting to let go.

"Y/n... I'm sorry! I'm.. I'm so sorry!" He cried as he placed the back  Y/n's hand to his face

"It's all my fault.. I did this to you.. If only I told you what I truly feel back at your place this wouldn't happened... But instead.. I ran away.. I'm sorry" He started to sob as his tears pour down like waterfalls

Outside everyone can hear the cries of Sumihiko, Everyone was on tears except for the doctor and the nurses

Yoshiteru balled his fist as he blame himself for not being able to save Y/n

'If only I helped him in the first place.. This wouldn't happened to him.'

The heart monitor was getting slower and it started to scare Sumihiko

He stood up and his eyes was focused on the monitor, his heart rate was dropping rather quickly

"N-no.." He muttered as he looked back at Y/n with worried in his eyes, he can't lose him..not now that he's willing to tell him how he really feels

"Y/n.. D-dont leave me please.. I.. I don't know what I'll do if I lose you" he said almost in a whisper

The heart rate keeps dropping until suddenly everything stopped and the lines became flat

Sumihiko's heart dropped once he saw that y/n's heart rate dropped to zero

"No!.. Help!.. Please!" He yelled

The door burst opened and doctor Tamayo came in rushing with a few nurses behind her

One nurse was pulling sumihiko out of the room, but he's struggling to get free

"No! Let me go! I can't leave him.. No!" He kept struggling his arm reached out to Y/n

He could see how Tamayo pumped his chest several times but nothing keeps happening

"Y/n! Don't you dare die on me!...Y/n- I said let me go!" There were already two nurses trying to pull sumihiko out

Tamayo kept on doing CPR on Y/n but nothing seemed to be working

"Come on, Y/n.. Don't give up on me" She muttered, she was slowly getting out of breath

Sumihiko was almost at the door, before he could go outside he yelled at the top of his lungs

"Y/n! I love you!, I really really really really love you!.. So please don't die!" Sumihiko gave up and let the nurses take him out the room

Once he's out he immediately fell on his knees as he stared at the door being closed in front of him.

Back inside the ICU, Tamayo was in the verge of giving up since they've been doing this for almost ten minutes now and nothing seemed to happen

She stopped and sighed heavily as he stepped back to check her watch

"Time of death-" she was stopped when suddenly they heard the monitor starts beeping again

They all looked at it with shocked expression

"a miracle.." One nurse muttered as she immediately checked the vital signs of Y/n

"E-everything's going back to normal! He's alive!" She said

Tamayo smiled and ruffled Y/n's hair

"You got me nervous there." She said before going out

Sumihiko heard the door opened and he immediately stood up, his eyes were Starting to get puffy from crying non-stop

Y/n's mother approached Tamayo, her hand clasped together

"H-how is he?" She asked

"He's fine, He's in stable condition now tho he still haven't woken up yet.." Tamayo said

Everyone felt a weigh lifted up from their shoulders upon hearings the news

"A-are yo still going to continue the surgery?" Ume asked, Sumihiko perked up

Tamayo was about to answer when suddenly a nurse came outside catching everyone's attention

"Doctor.. The veins.. They.. They disappeared" Tamayo's eyes widened as she quickly ran inside the room

Sumihiko didn't waste no time and ran inside as well ignoring the calls of yoshiteru and aoi

Inside he could see Y/n lying on the bed, the traces of the veins coming from the flower inside of him was now gone

Tamayo stopped the nurse who's about to take Sumihiko out the room

She motioned for sumihiko to come closer to see Y/n which he did, each step made his heart beats rapidly

When he's already standing beside Y/n's bed Tamayo motioned for the others to leave the room leaving the two alone and talk to the parents of Y/n

Once sumihiko was now alone with Y/n, he pulled a chair and at on it

"T-thank god you're alive.." He cried again, he buried his face on the bed and starts to sob

"When you wake up.. I promise I'll love you and take care of you!.. I-I'll be always by your side.. I-I promise you that!.. So please.. Wake up already" his voices starts to fade, he gripped the sheets of Y/n's bed as he continued to cry damping it

He continued crying until he felt a hand was placed on top of his head making him to look up, what he sees made his heart jumped in joy

It was Y/n.. Smiling at him..
