Namor took a breath, glancing down at his daughter. "That is up to my daughter." He said.

Aquarella pursed her lips in thought, and Shuri looked at her with hopeful eyes. "Well, you can't go down there in that." Aquarella decided, gesturing to the dress and K'uk'ulkan finally came to conclusion that the dress was the same dress Aquarella designed for Kyra. "Hypothermia will grip you almost instantaneously. Your blood will become toxic, and the pressure of the ocean will break every bone in your body." Namor said darkly.

Aquarella looked at him with raised brows, "Why you extra like that?" Rella deadpanned in Mayan and Namor chuckled at her. "Or you can wear a suit," Namor said in a lighter tone. Namor walked off getting "side eye" looks from both princesses. "So unserious," Rella mumbled.

"We have some of them. Come on." Namor called. Aquarella picked out some clothing from her room and had Shuri change before bringing her back over to Namor.

Aquarella rolled her eyes with a chuckle as Namor grabbed one of the suits and opened it. Aquarella jumped into the water, her tail almost immediately replacing her legs and Shuri watched in awe, having never seen Aquarella transform fully before. "What are you waiting for? Get in," Aquarella deadpanned. Shuri snapped out of her daze and stepped into the suit, Namor making sure it was fully locked in so it wouldn't break mid way and kill the princess. Although that wouldn't be so bad for Rella.

Aquarella tested her tail, quickly getting used to it. Her purple eyes glanced over to the princess who had just got into the water after Namor. "Stay close," he ordered. Shuri watched as both he and Aquarella dived under the water, Rella's tail purposely splashing Shuri in her suit. Shuri rolled her eyes as Rella's antics.

Aquarella was first to make it down, giving a cheesy smile at Namor who just rolled his eyes, hating when she beat him every time. They stopped at a rock and Namor put his hands in it, making the Talokan hand sign, sorta like how Wakanda made an 'X' on their chests. A water kind of tunnel was formed and Namor and Aquarella looked at Shuri who had looked in fascination.

Aquarella went first, quickly being pulled down to the depths of the ocean. Shuri was next and lastly was Namor. They quickly caught up to Aquarella but both Namor and Aquarella got competitive and attempted to out swim each other. "Ha! Beat you!" Aquarella laughed. Namor shook his head and slung her over his shoulder, causing Rella to let out a laugh. "Stay mad! I'm faster and stronger and better!"

Namor shoved her onto a whale and she let out a yelp as it dragged her. Eventually she managed to get off and swim beside it, keeping one hand on the baby whale. She noticed Shuri in front of Namor and gestured the whale to swim other there. She let go as the whale swam over them and up. Aquarella smiled, "Whoa," Shuri expressed in shock.

Aquarella went back into the tunnel and they followed her as it took them to Talokan, Capital City. The Talokanils turned to their two royals and made the hand signal, it was similar to an open clam shell. Aquarella and Namor both responded with the signal, greeting their people. "Come," Aquarella gestured, swimming towards the children.

They all swam towards her, two of them hugging the princess and she smiled. She was always more fond of the children or younger teens rather than the adults. "Go say hi," Aquarella said to the little girl.

She nodded and swam towards Shuri, she waved at her happily and Shuri smiled. "Hello."

"Play catch?" The younger girl asked, holding out the ball to Aquarella. "Later, yes? I'll be back soon darling." Aquarella said, the girl nodded in understanding and waved goodbye as Aquarella swam back to her father.

Aquarella and Namor stood near Shuri as she looked at the huge device that brought them light. It was a massive source of pure vibranium brought to Talokan city by Namor to function as their own sun, with help of Amphitrite. Shuri looked over it in awe, fascinated by it. "It's beautiful," Shuri said, drawing Rella's attention. "It's made of vibranium."

"Yes. In the depths of the ocean, we brought the sun to my people." Namor said, smiling as he thought back to Amphitrite helping him build the machine.

"We?" Shuri glanced at him in confusion.

"My mother," Aquarella spoke before Namor could.

"I know you wished me to spare the life of the scientist. But now you see what I have to protect, and what Amphitrite has to protect." Namor stated. Shuri looked back at Aquarella who looked as though she was speaking to the fishes. Aquarella shooed them away with a chuckle and swam back to Namor. "We should go back up now." Aquarella said to her father who gave a nod of agreement.

Back in the cave, Aquarella pulled herself out of the water, sitting at the edge with her tail still in the water. Shuri stepped out of the suit and Namor took it back to where it was before. Shuri walked over to Aquarella and sat down beside her, looking at her tail with squinted eyes. "So your mother is Amphitrite, obviously, and your father is Namor. Does that mean she is queen of two nations?" Shuri asked, assuming Namor and Amphitrite must've been married.

"No, they're not married. My mother used to be married but not anymore, he passed away a few years ago. But, it does make me princess of two nations." Aquarella smiled at the last part, loving that she had control over two of the most powerful underwater nations ever. "It explains why Tea kept this city a secret. She wanted to protect you and your father." Shuri concluded.

Aquarella couldn't help but let out a scoff, "Far from it. They absolutely hate each other. She says I was a blessing but we both know I was definitely a mistake." Aquarella said with a small shrug.

"You're not a mistake, Aquarella." Shuri mumbled after a few seconds of silence. "Why are you being...nice?" Aquarella asked, feigning confusion as she looked at the princess. "Truth be told, I don't know. But seeing you with your father and those children, you looked at peace. And the way your face fell when your father told that story...I can understand why you dislike me, and the surface world." Shuri said.

"Why do you think I dislike you?" Aquarella asked, genuinely curious as to what Shuri thought. She knew why Shuri didn't like her, she just didn't know what Shuri thought she disliked her for.

"Because I called you a freak, and I was scared of you when there was no reason to be." Shuri said, tears threatening to spill. She wished she could go back and change everything that was said and done that day.

Aquarella used her fingers to wipe the tear that fell and she took a breath, trying to keep her composure. "Yeah, yeah that hurt me." Her mind drifted off to those thoughts she had when she was younger. Being told she was a freak and disgusting completely tore her up mentally. "I know it's far too late, but I do sincerely apologize for all that stuff I said to you. Your mother told me how much it affected you, and I never intended to hurt you. I was young and stupid and there's no excuse for it."

"It's in the past, I'm over it. I've gotten through it. I don't need or want an apology from you." Aquarella decided, turning her tail back into her legs, she stood up and made her way over to Namor who was leaned against the wall listening to their conversation.

"Ba'ax a ma'alo'ob, in chan concha marina?" K'uk'ulkan asked, pulling her into his chest and pressing a kiss to her forehead. "I'm okay. Let's just wrap this up please." Aquarella said, getting a nod from him. (Translation: You okay, my little seashell?)

Eventually they were all sat down on the steps, Aquarella next to Namor with her head laid on his shoulder. "You are the first person from the surface to come to Talokan. Please take this as a token of our gratitude." Namor held out the bracelet that once belonged to his mother. Aquarella pursed her lips as Namor had tied the bracelet around the princess's right wrist.

"It was made with the plant that saved Talokan. You are young, Princess. When you as I do, you realize, we all lose everyone we love." Namor said. Aquarella's thoughts drifted off to her younger sister Soulina and she sighed softly.

"But when I lost my brother, it just felt different. He suffered in silence. When he finally asked me to help him, I couldn't. How does that make sense?" Shuri questioned. Namor glanced at Aquarella who shook her head, not having an answer. She was still trying to answer that herself. It was just like when Soulina passed. It still affected Aquarella 'till this day. "That the ancestors would give me gifts and skills, to help me save my brother, and I couldn't? Why?"

"I don't have an answer for that question. My ancestors would often say, "only the most broken people can be great leaders"." K'uk'ulkan said, directing it at Aquarella as well. Shuri looked at him from her gaze on the water, "I admire what you have built here. And how you've protected your people. But as Princess of Wakanda, I will not stand for you killing that young woman." Shuri said.

Aquarella shook her head of irritation, hating how moral Shuri was. "My nation will not rest until I'm returned. I'm not leaving without her. We need to find a peaceful way to resolve this." She said and both Aquarella and Namor knew it wasn't even about the scientist anymore.

"It is no longer about the scientist. For centuries, the surface nations have conquered and enslaved people like us. Over resources. Since the day I buried my mother, I have prepared my people for the time they will come for us. And that machine is sign that the time is now." Namor said, but Shuri saw something in his eyes that told her this was more than the machine.

"It's not just the machine, is it? They took something from you, didn't they?" Shuri asked. Aquarella took a breath hoping K'uk'ulkan wouldn't say anything.

"Not something from me. Someone from my daughter, and her mother." Namor corrected even though it wasn't the truth, and Shuri looked down, feeling bad for bringing it up. It was clear Namor or Aquarella didn't bring it up for a reason. "May I ask who?"

Aquarella shook her head and dived into the water, leaving the conversation to go see Attuma or Namora. Namor sighed, understanding why Aquarella hated the topic. "Aquarella's younger sister, Soulina. She wasn't my daughter, but she was a special young girl who was taken from us way too early." Namor begun to explain, and Shuri listened closely. "Soulina?" Shuri mumbled under her breath, the name sounding familiar to her.

"She was a mermaid, similar to my daughter except she had no siren song. Uh, when she was just a teenager, she was bubbly, always smiling no matter what. She always saw the light in things. And one day, she wanted to see the surface world. So, Aquarella snuck out with her, and took her to an island. Unfortunately that island was being staked out by surface people. The minute they seen Soulina and Aquarella, they struck. Aquarella tried everything she could to protect her but it was no use. Soulina was shot and it was something you cannot heal from."

"I remember waking up to my daughter's screams. She ran in, blood everywhere with Soulina's body in her hands. Her mother got there and even with her power, she couldn't heal Soulina. She died in Aquarella's arms and Rella blames herself for it everyday.
That day changed my perspective on everything."

"Soulina was always willing to give others a chance. It's what I loved most about her. But seeing my daughter's face that day, I realized that giving people a chance to change never turns out in your favor." Namor finished. Shuri looked down, she couldn't help but feel sorry for Aquarella. Maybe that's why she was so cold and rude to everyone but the children. She was just broken inside and used a cold demeanor to push everyone away and hide her true feelings. She wanted to scream until the pain stopped.

"I need to know if Wakanda is an ally or an enemy. There is no in-between."

"So you plan to wage war on the entire world, and you want Wakanda to help you?" Shuri questioned, looking at Namor who held a serious face. "That's madness."

"There isn't a nation that wouldn't plunder Wakanda, if given a chance. If we make an alliance, we can protect each other by striking them first. Then, when the threat of these nations has been eliminated, the scientist will be returned to Wakanda."

"And if Wakanda does not accept, what then?"

"The scientist will die. And Wakanda will be the first nation to fall," Namor stated.

"An attack on my people?"

"Yes. I want you to listen to me. Wakanda cannot win a war with Talokan. It is why your father made an alliance with Atlantica. Because he knew, Wakanda could not win against them."

Aquarella suddenly flinched hearing the sound of the seashell they had given to Wakanda to call them. She and Namora shared looks and swam back to the cave.
Namora came up to the surface, then Aquarella and Namor and Shuri looked at her. "You have been summoned, K'uk'ulkan." Namora informed.

Aquarella stepped out of the water as Namor continued what he was saying to Shuri. "We heard you that night, with your mother at the river. You said you wanted to burn the world. Let us burn it together."

"Take her back," Namor said to Aquarella before diving into the water, Namora following her cousin.

Aquarella gestured Shuri to follow her, not even bothering to speak. Shuri followed the siren, still thinking about what Namor said about Soulina. "Whatever he said about her, I dont want your pity." Aquarella stated, not bothering to look back at her as she entered the cave.

Selya looked up from what she was doing, having been attempting to explain what each fruit was to Riri but it was a bit complicated with the language barrier. Riri was still very patient with Selya though. Selya smiled and stood up, going over to Aquarella and Shuri. "This scientist is very nice. She tells me her favorite music and I try teaching her what each fruit was and what it tastes like. She likes the dragonfruit." Selya rambled happily. Shuri couldn't help but smile at her bubbly personality even if she didn't know what she was saying.

"That's nice. I will be right back, okay? Keep watching them. If they try anything, you kill the scientist first." Aquarella ordered, Selya noddedat sat down on the stool as Aquarella walked out, giving one last glance over Shuri and Riri.

"So, what happened?" Riri asked, walking over to Shuri.

Shuri waited till she knew Aquarella was gone and began to speak. "He wants to go to war with the surface world, and asked me to help him." Shuri explained, glancing down noticing Riri was in some new traditional Talokan clothing. She figured Aquarella must've made her change, having hated American clothes.

Riri took a breath and sat down on the hammock trying to wrap her head around it all. "I need to think," Shuri said.

"We ain't never gettin' outta here," Riri breathed out, crossing her arms over her chest. Shuri leaned down, taking a fruit from the bowl Selya was sat down next to. Shuri slowly stood up, turning her head as she noticed Nakia walk in, a gun in her hands aimed high. "Ey!" One of the female Talokanil warriors looked over, noticing her.

Nakia pointed her gun at the woman, "Drop your spear." Nakia said in Mayan.

"Kill the princess!" The woman went to throw her spear at Shuri but Nakia shot the spear, causing the woman to fall down unconscious as she hit her head.

Then Selya pulled out a knife and held it to Shuri's neck. Nakia pointed her gun at her, trying to see how to shoot her without hurting Shuri. "Drop the knife," Nakia spoke, knowing Selya was more hesitant.

"Leave, now. I don't want to hurt her, but I can't let her leave." Selya spoke. She absolutely hated hurting people, both physically and mentally.

"Let her go, and you don't have to die." Nakia said, knowing more people would be there within minutes which each second they wasted. Selya took shaky breaths, unsure what to do without Aquarella's word or Namora's help.

"Shuri," Nakia spoke and Shuri looked at her after having glanced at Riri.

"Move your left arm," Nakia spoke in Xhosa so the woman wouldn't understand.

Shuri did as told and Nakia shot the Selya in her abdomen. Shuri kneeled down to the woman in concern. "Are you okay?" Nakia asked Shuri, then asking Riri who nodded, partially concerned for Selya who had been very kind to her.

"Give me your beads!" Shuri demanded at Nakia, hovering over to woman who was slowly dying. "Let's go!" Nakia rushed.

"Give me your beads! I can save her!" Shuri raised her voice. And she knew Aquarella wouldn't take too kindly to this seeing how close she had been with the woman.

"Shuri, I don't know who this lady is, but we need to listen to her!" Riri rushed out, looking around frantically. She didn't want to be there when Aquarella returned. She didn't know how the sea princess would react.

"Listen, I hit her with a sonic round. It is lethal from this distance. There's no chance-"

"You don't understand. This will mean war!" Shuri argued back.

"We have to go!" Nakia spoke again urgently.

Nakia stood up, pushing Riri behind her when she noticed Aquarella rush into the cave. Her head tilted, she glanced at the hurt Selya and clenched her jaw in anger. Her face went solid, her eyes flickered and Nakia charged up her gun to a higher blast and shot at Aquarella before she could open her mouth to sing. "No!" Shuri exclaimed, covering her hands over her mouth as Aquarella fell against the wall with a grunt of pain.

Nakia grabbed Riri and Shuri and led them out of the cave. Aquarella breathed heavily, looking at Shuri in anger as she held her stomach. Nakia pulled Shuri away before she could get a word in.

Aquarella immediately mustered up the strength and ran over to Selya. Not a second later did Namora and Attuma rush in. Namora immediately running towards her wife in concern. "What happened?!" Namora asked Aquarella, placing her hands over Selya's wound.

"Wakandans," Aquarella replied, wincing as she held her side. Fortunately for her, she would be able to heal, it was one of her many gifts. Attuma kneeled down next to Rella, looking to see if she was healing properly.

They all looked up hearing heels click against the floors of the cave. Aquarella's eyes widened seeing her mother beside Namor as they rushed in. "Take her to the room!" Namor ordered. Attuma carefully picked up Selya and took her over to the medical room with Namora who was clearly distraught.

"Oh now you're here! Where have you been, huh?!" Aquarella spat at her mother in Aquan, clenching her jaw each time she took a breath from her wound that healed slow. "Too busy having fancy dinners at Wakanda with the Queen?" Aquarella scoffed, glaring at Amphitrite.

"Enough, act your age. You're being a child." Amphitrite scolded, as Namor helped his daughter to her feet. "Says the one who doesn't even care about her own. Why don't you go take Shuri to Atlantica. Maybe give her my room while you're at it since it seems like you care about her more than your own daughter." Aquarella pushed past her mother and to the medical bay to see Selya.

Amphitrite sighed hopelessly and Namor looked at her, pulling her from her thoughts. "Can you heal her?" Namor asked, referring to Selya as he knew Aquarella could heal herself.

"I'm not sure." Amphitrite stated. Namor sighed and walked to the medical bay, leaving Amphitrite by herself.

Namora held Selya in her arms, pressing their foreheads together and somehow Selya managed to put a smile on her face even in her condition. "I love you, my sweet Mora." Selya held her hand on Namora's cheek with a soft smile.

"Hold on, Selya. Just hold on a little longer, please. Please." Aquarella begged, tears spilling from her eyes. Namor kneeled down next to Aquarella, pulling her into him with sad eyes. Amphitrite entered the room, and Aquarella looked up at her. "Can you heal her? Please, mama. Please, I'm sorry. Please just heal her. Please," Aquarella pleaded.

Amphitrite wanted to break down hearing her pleads. She sighed sadly and pulled off her crown, she pulled off one of the jewels and it glowed in her hand. She picked up the grinder and grind the jewel causing it to turn into a liquid. Amphitrite kneeled down next to Selya and Namora moved her hands from Selya's wound. She poured the liquid onto the wound and a purple protective seal formed on her wound, stopping the bleeding and making Selya pass out.

"She will be okay. Two of my guards are on their way here to take her to Atlantica where they will heal her. She will be asleep for at least three days. You may go with her if you like." Amphitrite spoke to Namora in Mayan. Mora nodded, giving Amphitrite a grateful look and she offered a small smile.

Aquarella let out a relieved breath and Amphitrite turned to her. "You want me to speed up the healing?" She asked, inspecting Aquarella's wound that hit her rib area where the corset was just above, if Nakia aimed higher it wouldn't affect her but she aimed low enough for it to nick Rella's skin.

"No, it's fine. It'll be done soon." Aquarella mumbled.

Attuma took Aquarella to a separate room and Amphitrite followed, wanting to make sure where remained safe. Namora looked up from her gaze on her sleeping wife and onto K'uk'ulkan. "They came...while you spoke to the Queen? We should not have trusted her. The Princess has seen our home. What is stopping them, from coming for Talokan?" Namora spoke, anger filling her tone.

"I will."

Not seconds later did the two guards arrive and take Selya, Namora going with them. "Attuma, take Aquarella to get some rest. Stay with her." Namor ordered, after going into the room. Attuma nodded and picked up Aquarella gently, letting her lay her head on his chest as he carried her to her room.

Amphitrite and Namor walked to his office room and he leaned against the table. None of them spoke for a few seconds but Amphitrite was the first to break it. "Are you kidding me, Namor? Taking my daughter to Wakanda?! What has gotten into you? Getting my daughter potentially involved in war?!" Amphitrite exclaimed angrily, visibly pissed off with him.

"Our daughter, she's my child too." Namor corrected, getting an eye roll from Amphitrite. "Oh cut that shit out, when have you ever actually been a parent to her? You let her do whatever she wants, act out, sleep around, go to the surface world! I do everything in my power to protect that girl and you just throw it all away the minute she comes over here," Amphitrite argued.

"You want to talk about my parenting? I let her do what she wants because you don't! She needs to explore the world, she needed to grow up and you weren't letting her. She didn't feel safe with you. The way you treat the princess of wakanda is the way you should be treating your own daughter! You don't listen to her problems, you don't let her make mistakes, and you don't let her learn. All you care about is your image!" Namor walked towards Amphitrite who was looking down in thought, thinking about what he was saying.

"You're right, I do care about my image. But I care about my daughter more, I just wanted to protect her, keep her safe from that world after the incident. You weren't the one waking up every single night to screams of terror for five months. You didn't have to hold her until she fell asleep and still be there when she woke up. You didn't have to stay awake in her room every single night making sure she wouldn't kill herself! You didn't have to remove every sharp object in her grasp, fearing for her life. You didn't have to, Namor, because I did. So don't you ever criticize my parenting, because I was there for it all."

Namor nodded softly, holding back his tears as Amphitrite let a few fall. "I didn't know all that. I apologize, I wasn't there for the both of you. And I apologize for not contacting you about her moving here. You had every right to know she was safe and with me." Namor said, walking towards Amphitrite. Using his finger to lift her chin she looked him into his eyes, "I'm still mad at you for getting her involved." She stated.

"I know." Namor leaned closer, their faces just inches apart. She knew it was wrong but at that very moment, she didn't care. Amphitrite leaned forward first, pushing her lips against his into a slow and passionate kiss. His hands hooked onto the back of her thighs, picking her up with ease as she wrapped her legs around his waist. He set her on the table, pushing everything off as she pulled him back in.

Aquarella rested her head on Attuma's shoulder, tracing the scars on his stomach with a sigh. "Do you think they're gonna kill each other?" Aquarella asked, glancing up at him.

Attuma couldn't help but chuckle, "Doubt it. They'll argue for a few minutes and eventually just end up making another child, or if you're lucky, they'll kill each other." Aquarella hit him with a glare and he winced dramatically, pretending her hits were deadly. "Wait. You think they actually still like each other like that?" Aquarella asked, low key thinking into what he said.

"Of course they do. You've ever been stuck in a room with them? The sexual tension is suffocating. It's like you and that girl you hated, the one who would visit Selya for adjustments on her clothes." Attuma explained in words Aquarella would understand. "Ohhh, oh you're right. Yeah I hated her but like I really liked her too, mainly just wanted to have sex with her. And luckily for me, I did." Aquarella smiled, getting a nudge on her shoulder from him.

"Ay, keep that to yourself. There is such a thing as too much information." Attuma scolded. Aquarella chuckled and rolled her eyes, "That's a lie. Let's not pretend you're so innocent. That image is forever imprinted in my mind, I am scarred for life." Aquarella argued. Attuma rolled his eyes, "It wasn't that bad. You're being over dramatic."

"Oh I'm being dramatic? You were fu-" Attuma put his hand over her mouth, stopping her from continuing. "Let's not revisit that."

"Yeah, agreed," Aquarella shivered in disgust.

"What's taking them so long?" Aquarella asked after a few minutes more. Attuma raised a finger to his lips and used his advanced hearing to listen. Aquarella raised her brows in curiosity, noticing Attuma grimace. "What? What do you hear?"

"Just...go to sleep. It's gonna be a while." Attuma said. Aquarella shrugged and laid her head on his chest, closing her eyes and letting sleep takeover her.

Amphitrite brushed her braids back down and buttoned up her shirt, avoiding eye contact with Namor. "Oh we're gonna do that again? Sleep together, pretend it never happened and go back to hating each other?" Namor crossed his arms over his chest, visibly upset by her sudden behavior when not minutes ago she was making noises so loud he thought the surface people might hear.

Amphitrite turned to look at Namor, brushing down her pants that would need to be replaced. "It's what's best for Aquarella. We can't be together, it won't work, it never will. The only good thing that came out of our relationship was our little girls. I don't plan on changing that, I'm sorry." Amphitrite decided, but he could see through her act. She wanted more, she hated being so alone. She wanted her family back to how it was.

But, he held himself back from arguing against her word. He knew she would eventually be back. And right now he didn't need her messing with his plans. "Can you do me a favor?"

Amphitrite nodded, "Depends."

"Take Aquarella to Atlantica with you. I'll call you when it's time for her to come back. You both need to solve whatever it is that you are disagreeing about. I have things to do and cannot put my full attention on her at the moment. When you arrive there, please send Namora back here, I'll need to speak with her." K'uk'ulkan requested.

"Of course." Amphitrite warmly spoke. "I'll have updates about Selya soon so I'll keep you informed. Same with Aquarella." Amphitrite gave a nod before walking out, headed towards Aquarella's room where she last knew it would be.

Pushing past the curtain she noticed Attuma and Aquarella fast asleep, him snoring and her drooling on him. Amphitrite held her laugh as she walked further into the room. Looking down at the table she took notice of the American clothing that she knew was Shuri's. She pocketed the Kimoyo Bead earrings, making note to return them to the princess. Lifting up the clothing, she pulled out an open sketch book, immediately frowning when she seen the well drawn sketch of her late daughter Soulina.

She flipped through more pages, most of them being designs for clothes to help Selya. Then she came across sketches of Atlantica, another one of Namor, Attuma, Namora, Selya and Aquarella that appeared to be a sketch of something that happened in real life. She flipped through another one, it was a sketch of a girl, she didn't know who but the name of the girl was written in the corner. It read- Kyra β™‘. Amphitrite skipped past it, assuming it must've been a friend of Rella's.

Nothing really could prepare her for what she seen on the last page. It was clearly in Aquarella's POV. Their were several boxes, almost like a comic book of each event that happened the night Soulina died. From sneaking out, exploring the island, Soulina getting attacked, Aquarella carrying her to Talokan, and lastly, Soulina dying in her arms. It was almost too real. Amphitrite took a shaky breath, wiping a tear she placed the sketchpad back and walked over to the right side of the bed where Aquarella laid.

Amphitrite carefully and gently picked up Aquarella. And she took her daughter back home.
