BEING THE CHOSEN ONE IS SOMETHING ANAKIN OFTEN BRAGGED ABOUT. But he was reckless and irresponsible⎯ That wasn't someone the order wanted to save them in the end. So, as a way to maybe he'll learn some sort of responsibility; they made Anakin Skywalker the Senator for the Jedi.

Were they crazy for that decision? Yes. but did the order not have much of a choice when it came to the Jedi Knight? No.

So, Anakin was made Senator of the Republic and the Jedi, speaking for them in meetings and other things. This made Anakin proud of himself because he was the first ever Jedi to be a senator, and he didn't have to follow the rules since they didn't count for him anymore. so, the Jedi knight openly dated Padme Amidala with no repercussions.

But what the Jedi Knight didn't know, as a senator, was that he could be forced into a political marriage to make his image look better.

RHENA VOLMARK WAS A REBELLIOUS PRINCESS OF KINGS LANDING ON THE PLANET EROS. Her father, King Avalor, wanted his daughter to marry since she hadn't yet and the people of the Grand Council started to question his control over his daughter. His wife, who despised her stepdaughter, immediately convinced the king to marry her off against her will.

So, when Avalor heard that they made a Jedi Knight a senator⎯ he wasted no time in offering a political deal with Anakin Skywalker who was not very big on marrying someone who wasn't the Padme Amidala. Nonetheless, he was forced to accept and soon he and Rhena would be married on the planet Eros at Dragon Stone.

Rhena and Anakin couldn't stand each other, the twenty-two-year-old jedi hated the ground that the twenty-one-year-old princess walked on. the two of them couldn't agree on a single thing, often having multiple disagreements with one another despite their supposed happy marriage to the public eye.

The pair would soon learn though that they had much more in common then they think and would learn to accept their fate in their marriage...
