"Ugh this is terrible." Keefe groaned, and threw the now crumpled paper behind him.
Time was running out, and Keefe still didn't have an idea for a song. He didn't even know if it would work, but he figured it was best not to worry about one more thing.
Ro rolled her eyes. "The tuxedo you're going to wear, or your attitude? Both need some help at this moment."
Keefe glared at Ro, who smirked back at him.
"I was talking about the song for Sophie." He muttered.
"Keefe. You're a singer. You're meant for this!" Ro exclaimed.
"Yeah, but that's different..." Keefe defended.
He had to admit, writing songs was not his forte. He had different people write his songs, and on top of that his songs didn't mean as much as they do now.
And this time it mattered . So much.
"Yeah you're right. The only difference is that you're actually trying this time." She snickered, attempting to cover her mouth with her hand.
"You're hopeless."
"That's what I'm here for, Sencen." Ro said, sighing.
Keefe ignored her, and continued to rack his brain for ideas.
What could he say, express how he felt, all in one song?
"You could start by writing an apology of sorts in that song of yours." Ro noted.
An apology.
Keefe picked up his pen and started to write an apology. It wasn't perfect, but it was a start.
"There we go, Keefipoo learned to write an apology!" Ro clapped her hands.
"Don't call me that."
"It's either that, or 'Mr. I'm a bad boyfriend and can't pick a good tux'." She said, air quoting her sentence with her fingers.
"Keefipoo sounds great." Keefe murmured.
"Thought so." Ro said, stifling a laugh.
Rolling his eyes once more, Keefe returned to writing his song. He didn't have much time left, which added on to his list of worries.
"What if she doesn't like it?" Keefe blurted.
"Then she didn't like it. You can't make her like it." Ro shrugged.
"Right..." Keefe faltered.
Ro sighed. "Look, I know blondie wouldn't just ignore the fact that you wrote her a song. She might not apologize right away, but she'll definitely see your effort."
"Yep, A for effort." Keefe said, sarcasm dripping from his words.
"You know what I meant."
Keefe sighed, and looked over what he had written down.
Would she even like this? Even consider my apology?
"She wasn't hesitant to shut me out the other day, when I visited her." Keefe argued.
"Maybe she wasn't ready. You really broke her." Ro countered.
What if she isn't ready this time? Keefe almost asked, but held it back.
"I think I need a breather. I'll be outside." Keefe said, standing up.
"Go for it, Sencen. You need it."

"Fitz! Are you ready yet?" Biana yelled, while applying her eyeshadow.
"Almost!" Fitz yelled back, his voice distant.
Biana put her eyeshadow pallete down on her dresser, and stepped back, looking at herself through the mirror.
"Looking good, Biana." She whispered, twirling around.
She smoothed down her short, white dress one last time before grabbing her purse, and heading out the door.
Closing her door behind her, she yelled for Fitz once more. "Fitz! How are you not done yet?"
"I'm coming, stop rushing me." He said, walking out of his bedroom, hastily buttoning his suit.
She rolled her eyes. "Took you long enough."
Biana quickly headed down the stairs, her brother following behind. Once she stepped onto the first floor, she grabbed her heels, waiting on the last step and put them on.
"Hurry up, Fitz. We only have an hour left, and we still need to pick up Sophie." Biana said, checking her phone for any text messages from Sophie.
There weren't any. Biana didn't expect any. She figured Sophie was freaking out in her room about the plan. But Biana wasn't confident about the plan either.
She hadn't met Aria and Jade in person, but they didn't sound peachy. And having to face them, and their wrath wasn't either.
You shouldn't be intimidated by them. They don't frighten you.
She didn't know what she should think of them at this point. Although, calling them she-demons from hell was pretty accurate.
After what felt like hours, Fitz finished tying his shoes, and they were finally ready to leave.
Everything will go to plan. Everything will be fine.
Driving to Sophie's house also took longer than expected. Biana didn't know if it was the fact that Sophie's house was far, or Fitz and his terrible driving skills.
The siblings finally pulled up at a large, white colored house. It wasn't as big as her own, but it was enough to make one jealous.
Biana hopped out first, and hurried to the front door. At least, she tried.
"Wait, I should go first. It's how the plan is supposed to go." Fitz said, grabbing her hand.
Biana shrugged. "Suit yourself. I'll be right behind you."
Fitz got out of the car first, and Biana followed after him. She eyed the house, wondering is Sophie was watching from one of the grand windows.
Everything is alright. Everything will be okay.
Fitz knocked on the door, while Biana stood behind him. Surprisingly, the door was answered relatively quickly.
A girl, most likely either Aria or Jade, opened the door. Her ash brown hair was twisted into an intricate braid down her back, and her gold eyeshadow made her hazel eyes stand out. If she wasn't all bad, Biana would have admitted that she was pretty.
The girl's face paled at Fitz, and her mouth opened slightly. She definitely liked the view.
The look on the girl's face quickly changed from gawking to a flirty pose. It made Biana sick.
"How can I help you? You're—" she was cut off by a familiar voice.
"Biana, you came! Oh, uh, I see you've already met Jade." Sophie said, eyeing Jade almost nervously.
"You know him?! How?" Jade pointed at Fitz, obviously jealous.
Sophie stuttered before replying. "I-uh. Yeah... he's my date. To the dance." she said the latter quieter than the rest.
Jade looked like she was going to blow, for what reason Biana didn't know. As far as she knew, this brat didn't know Fitz for a full five minutes, and she's already slamming Sophie for it.
Biana spoke up before Jade could continue her rant. "We're here for Sophie, and Sophie only."
Fitz nodded along, almost amused by Jade's behavior.
Jade scowled at Biana, and she had the feeling Jade was jealous of her too. That idea made her sick.
"Well, we'll be on our way. Sorry for being a bother!" Fitz said, grabbing Sophie's had and leading her to the car before Jade could protest.
Biana smirked at Jade, and waited for Fitz and Sophie to be out of earshot.
Biana rolled her eyes. "He's my brother by the way."
She then turned around on her heel, and headed back to the car, not giving Jade a second glance.
