          Theodora Amarantha Vincent was born to a family of three older sisters, a mother riddled with OCD and a closeted father. And since the rest of her family were more concerned with their own messes and troubles, Theo's independence was at stake. She didn't want to be independent.

          But she was forced to, growing up with dirty knees as she found comfort in the outside.

          It was there she became best friends with the infamous duo of Bucky Barnes and Steve Rogers. They brought the girl into their shenanigans, one heap of trouble at a time.

          She was raised half with them, and half by her real family. Her sisters growing up fast and leaving home.

          When Theodora turned sixteen, the childhood friend Bucky suddenly felt more than a friend.

          He was trouble and wit wrapped in comfort and home. He was her home, since the days they made mud pies and the first time he hugged her close swimming in a small river they found.

          Bucky Barnes gave her a goodnight kiss that night, promising that he would always be her home.

          They spent their years as a three, collectively facing everything that came their way.

          It was tested when Theodora's famously massive house was set alight, burning in the dark of the night. And Theo's whole family perished that night, their bodies beige burnt to a crisp so where they were unrecognizable.

          But Bucky was her home, and he made her feel okay again.

          But what happens when you're home isn't there anymore.

          And when Bucky Barnes left to defend the innocent of war, he never came back, and that is where her fall began.

          Theo does not know what she is.

          No one does.
