The next day, Sabrina is sitting on the side of the bed. And Keelin is doing a check up on her, to make sure that the sedated medication has cleaned up the silver nitrate in Sabrina's body.

So, right now, Sabrina has an arm blood pressure machine on her right arm.

"Okay, blood pressure is normal and so is your heart beat rate." Keelin said, gently putting her stethoscope back around her neck. "You're good to go, but I suggest that you take it easy."

"Okay, thanks, Keelin." Sabrina thanked her with a small smile as Keelin gently unwraps the arm blood pressure machine from around her arm.

"You're welcome, Sabrina." Keelin said.

Keelin and Sabrina exchange small smiles at each other. And Klaus slowly walks inside.

"I'm good to leave, Klaus." Sabrina said to her husband.

"Alright, thanks, Keelin." Klaus thanked Keelin.

"You're welcome." Keelin said, and walks away.

Klaus and Sabrina exchange looks at each other.

"How's Freya?" Sabrina asked.

"Freya's fine. The others are worried about you." Klaus said, slowly walks up to her. "It frightens me that every time I almost come to losing you."

Sabrina looks at Klaus, getting up to her feet and slowly walks up to him. "I know, and sorry that it scares you. By the way, who brought me here to the clinic?"

"Kol and Rebekah did. They found you at the Laforge House." Klaus replied, and gently fiddles with her Mikaelson M necklace with his fingers. "Your necklace was how Freya located you."

"It's a special necklace." Sabrina said to her husband, Klaus.

"Yeah, it is." Klaus agreed with a small smile.

Klaus and Sabrina exchange small smiles at each other. And he lowers his hand.

"And also, by the way, there's something that you need to know about an ancient vampire princess." Klaus said to her.

MIKAELSON COMPOUND

That afternoon, In the main room, Sabrina is sitting at the U shaped table, looking at an old journal on the ancient vampire princess, Serene.

"Hello, Sabrina." Kol greeted his sister-in-law.

"Hey, Kol." Sabrina greeted Kol.

"What's with the old journal?" Kol asked, sitting down on the sofa.

"I got it from the Talamasca Caste. It's Serene's journal." Sabrina replied to him.

"I've seen your prom dress. The one that Nik is fondly of." Kol said to Sabrina.

"Yeah, he's fondly obsessed with my former prom dress." Sabrina said. "How's Davina?"

"Davina's fine. She and I are married and she's waiting for me to come back home to her." Kol said. "You know, something, Sabrina, before I met Davina Claire, I was like Nik. Nik and I didn't really care about anything or anyone. And I used to think that Love was a weak point. But once I met Davina, I found myself in love with her. Just like Nik found himself in love with you."

"You're the wildest of the Mikaelson's." Sabrina said to Kol.

"And you're the benevolent Mikaelson." And also your my and Rebekah's favorite sister-in-law as well." Kol said to Sabrina.

Kol and Sabrina exchange small smiles at each other.

After-awhile, in the courtyard, Sabrina is sitting on the sofa, reading Serene's old journal, and with her laptop on the coffee table.

Suddenly, Serene is on the laptop screen, wearing a business suit with a skirt. There are four men standing beside her with the headlines "SERENE VELASQUE, CASINO OPENS"

Sabrina looks at Serene Velasquez as she speaks about her casino.

"You will love my casino, food and entertainment. And you can gamble at anytime you like without any worries of limits." Serene Velasquez said.

Sabrina becomes intrigued by Serene Velasquez and her casino. But even bewildered as though Serene has been awakened.

SLATER'S AND JESSE'S
APARTMENT

In the living room, Slater, Jesse and Sabrina are looking at the same video of Serene Velasquez.

"How is this even possible? I thought Serene was asleep." Slater said, bewildered.

"I can assume that the four men with her must've woken her up." Jesse said.

"The four men must be her bodyguards or something. And now, she's here in New Orleans and has a casino in the French Quarter." Sabrina said. "Okay, we're screwed."

"We're not screwed, Sabrina. We just don't know what she's capable of." Jesse said.

Sabrina's phone buzzes in her jeans pocket. She pulls out her phone and looks at it.

Klaus

Sabrina answers her phone. "Hey, Klaus."

"Are you quite busy with something?" Klaus asked her on the phone.

"Not really no, why?" Sabrina said.

"It's still the afternoon and I would like to resume our date at the Mikaelson safe house if you're up to?" Klaus asked her.

"Okay, I'm on my way." Sabrina said, and hangs up her phone and looks at Slater and Jesse. "Guys? I have to go, but I'll be back."

"It's okay, Sabrina. Go be with your husband. I'll update you later." Jesse said.

"Alright." Sabrina said, gently closing her laptop and gets up, walking away.

MIKAELSON SAFE HOUSE

Later on that afternoon, Klaus and Sabrina are outside, sitting on a blanket with the same picnic basket.

"Are you sure you're okay?" Sabrina asked Klaus, sitting on the blanket, cross-legged position.

"I'm fine." Klaus reassured her.

But Sabrina gives her husband a knowing look expression on her face. "Niklaus?"

"Niklaus? I must be in trouble, Love." Klaus said with a small smile.

Sabrina giggles softly to herself and gently breaks her beignet in half. "This time..." she trailed off, handing him half of the beignet. "... take it with your hand."

Klaus looks at the half beignet and looks at Sabrina, who squints her eyes at him with a serious expression on her face.

Klaus gently takes the half beignet and eats it. And he chuckles and then, he starts to laugh,

Which makes Sabrina a bit confused. "What?"

Klaus proceeds to laughs, and causes Sabrina even more confused.

"What?" Sabrina said with a chuckle.

"The serious look on your face and you squint your eyes at me. You try to be serious, but you can't." Klaus said.

"Oh, so, you think I can't be a serious person?" Sabrina asked her husband with a small smile, taking a bite out of the half beignet.

"No." Klaus said.

Sabrina gasps, a bit shocked with a small smile. And tosses the half beignet at Klaus's face.

"Oh, crap." Sabrina said with a chuckle, getting up and runs away.

Klaus gets up and uses his vamp-speed to catch up to Sabrina, and gently wraps his arms around her waist as they both playfully chuckles.

Klaus and Sabrina exchange small smiles at each other and they kiss, passionately.

MIKAELSON COMPOUND

That evening, Klaus walks inside the courtyard and sees Elijah, Rebekah, Kol, and Freya.

"Where were you?" Elijah asked.

"I was out." Klaus replied to him.

"With Sabrina." Elijah said.

Klaus looks at Elijah, having noticed a tone in his voice. "Is there something that you would like to talk about, Elijah?" He said, folding his arms.

"We have enemies within the French Quarter, and we cannot defeat them when your mind is not focused on the task." Elijah said.

"I am focused, Elijah." Klaus said to him. "All your life, you spent a thousand years, trying to set me back on the right path to reclaim my humanity. To redeem me from all of my sins and misdeeds."

"Niklaus? We cannot defeat our enemies if you have Sabrina on your mind." Elijah tells him, which shocks Klaus. "Now, I know that you love her with all your heart and soul, that's all I ever wanted for you, but as of right now, you've been too relaxed and unfocused." Elijah pointed out.

Klaus and Elijah exchange mildly looks at each other, but Klaus knows that Elijah's right.

"Elijah?" Rebekah said, looking at Sabrina.

Elijah follows Rebekah's gaze at Sabrina, who just walked inside the courtyard.

Sabrina looks hurt at what Elijah had said with a file box in her arms.

"Sabrina?" Rebekah said.

"I have a file box from the Talamasca Caste containing information about Serene Velasquez if you guys are interested." Sabrina said.

"Of course." Elijah said, slowly walks up to her and gently takes the file box from Sabrina.

Elijah and Sabrina exchange looks at each other as he slowly walks away from her.

And Sabrina walks away with Klaus walking after her.

"Sabrina, wait? Elijah didn't mean what he said." Klaus said.

And Sabrina stops walking and turns around to look at her husband. "Sure, he meant it, Klaus. But you know, Elijah's right. You've been too relaxed with me. And I'll just get in the way."

Sabrina walks away from Klaus.

"Sabrina?" Klaus said, but she keeps walking away from him. "Sabrina?"

Klaus turns around to look at Elijah, and Elijah looks at him.

"It had to be said, Niklaus." Elijah said to him, feeling remorse about what he said.

Klaus and Elijah exchange looks at each other.
