Bond points are granted when cats bond, and they are used to help cats level up their bond levels. A minimum of bond level 3 is needed to become mates, and a minimum of bond level 5 is needed to have kits.

With every 3 bond points earned, the cat's bond level will increase by one.

I will use a spinning wheel to determine a cat's family. All family members will start at bond level one, while the rest of the Kingdom starts at bond level zero.
