FELIX continued to stare into nothing as he sobbed, his body weak with pain, both mental and physical. His eyes fixed on the bed frame not too far away as he unconsciously lied on the floor.
His vision blurred. His stomach growled and ached with hunger. His back hurt uncontrollably and made every muscle around it numb with pain.
Soon enough, black dots began to form into his sight, and his heart raced with fear. Knowing that he was going to pass out, his soft sobs turned quieter, then almost inaudible.
His voice weakened, his hand grabbed the portrait that he held before falling to the floor as a reminder that the words would be forever engraved into his mind, marking him with guilt that would last a lifetime.
She was here suffering without you, the voice in his head spat, and what were you doing? You were busy cheating on her and getting blackmailed by your ex.
He gulped at the words, his racing heart stumbling to a halt. His eyes slowly closed and the pain in his body slowly turned numb until he passed out.
No. No, he wasn't cheating. And yet he didn't deserve her.
He didn't know how much time had passed before he woke up with a gasp, presumably only a few minutes later, and he sat up straight, pain rushing through his back.
Not only he has been starving himself. He has also been skipping his medicine, in order to punish himself.
He slowly stood up, grabbing the portrait from the floor to quickly set it on the nightstand, then making his way to the king-sized bed in the center of the room.
Suddenly, the idea of sleeping on a bed after sleeping in the car for rather a long time seemed as appealing as ever.
He sat down on the bed, making the mattress make a soft squish.
His stomach growled with pain once again, this time hurting more and lasting for a longer duration, making him immdiately shake his head.
No. He needed to lose weight. Not a chance he was going to swallow anything any time soon.
He reached for his phone, which was put in the pocket of his black, oversized hoodie, and began to scroll through his social media, his heart aching.
Lose weight.
You're fat.
You're ugly.
You don't deserve her.
They don't love you.
Cut yourself.
The words kept repeating into his mind. Over and over again.
He knew all that.
He allowed tears to stream down his soft, depressed face, then let go of the phone and allowed himself to rest his back and lie on the bed.
His back ached, making him let out a deep groan.
He then closed his eyes and to his surprise, he could feel all the stress melting away as he drifted off into a deep slumber.

Mal waved at her friends goodbye before she unlocked the door to her car and entered, muttering sweet greetings to the chauffeur.
"Just take me home, please..."
The woman nodded with a soft smile, then turned on the engine and began driving.
Mal rested her head against the leather couch and sighed, feeling already exhausted after a long day of hanging posters around her old school.
A few moments had already passed before the woman muttered a small sentence of 'we're here'. Mal looked up to glance at the sight of her house, then smiled sadly.
She waved goodbye at the chauffeur before making her way towards her house, a feeling of exhausted delight filling her insides.
She had no idea why, but when she saw her brother's reassuring face, she could feel her muscles relaxing for some reason.
She could see his wide smile as he told her her friends had arrived.
She could see his wide, green eyes as he planted a small kiss on the top of her hand, sending words of reassurance over to her to tell her that everything was alright.
She could see his eyes collecting tears as he told her that her friends were waiting for her in her room, or maybe Jeongin's room.
She didn't understand...
What was going on?
She gave him a quick hug then hurried towards her room, her mind spinning with thoughts of what might be going on.
Her head felt woozy and her entire body tingled. Unfamiliar heat filled her heart and left it aching with want as she opened the door to her room.
And spotted him lying on her bed, as peaceful as ever.
Tears immediately collected in her eyes as she covered her mouth, stopping the gasp from escaping. She let out a soft sob while admiring his familiar figure.
His dyed-blond hair. His closed dark brown eyes. His slim, skinny body. His exhausted yet relaxed expressions. His both arms, one was lying beside him on the bed, and the other one was resting weakly on his stomach.
"S-Sunshine?"
It was only then when she allowed herself to get out of the room to break down into tears.
