After Pond’s heartfelt proposal, they both sat down by the waterfall, dipping their legs into the cool, clear water. The peaceful sound of the waterfall filled the air, mixing with the rustling leaves and the soft breeze. Pond’s arms were wrapped snugly around Phuwin’s waist, while Phuwin leaned back into his embrace, feeling the warmth of his fiancé’s body against his own. They sat in comfortable silence, enjoying the moment, the soft orange and pink hues of the sunset slowly fading into the cool blue of dusk.
“It’s beautiful,” Phuwin whispered, his eyes fixed on the horizon as the last traces of sunlight disappeared behind the trees.
“Not as beautiful as you,” Pond murmured into Phuwin’s ear, his voice soft and filled with affection.
Phuwin smiled shyly, turning his head slightly to glance at Pond. “You’re getting cheesy, Puppy.”
Pond chuckled, pressing a kiss to Phuwin’s temple. “Can’t help it. You bring out the cheesy side in me.”
They stayed like that for a while, watching as the sky darkened and the stars slowly appeared. The moonlight cast a soft, ethereal glow over the surroundings, bathing everything in a silvery light. It felt like they were in a dream, the world around them fading away, leaving only the two of them in their perfect little bubble.
As the night deepened, Phuwin suddenly stood up, turning to face Pond with a playful smile. “Come on,” he said, holding out his hand. “Dance with me.”
Pond blinked, surprised by the sudden request, but he couldn’t resist Phuwin’s smile. He stood up and took Phuwin’s hand, letting himself be pulled into the moonlight.
“There’s no music,” Pond pointed out with a soft laugh.
“We don’t need music,” Phuwin replied, his eyes sparkling in the moonlight. “We have the stars, the moon... and us.”
Pond smiled warmly, his heart swelling with love for the man in front of him. He gently placed one hand on Phuwin’s waist, the other holding Phuwin’s hand. Phuwin wrapped his free arm around Pond’s shoulder, pulling them closer together as they began to sway gently to their own rhythm, the soft sounds of nature around them serving as their only soundtrack.
They moved slowly, their bodies perfectly in sync as if they’d done this a hundred times before. Their eyes never left each other, both of them smiling softly, lost in the moment. The moonlight danced across their skin, casting a soft glow that made the scene feel even more magical.
“I never thought I’d be dancing with you like this... under the moonlight, in the middle of nowhere,” Phuwin said quietly, his voice barely above a whisper. His eyes were full of emotion as he looked up at Pond.
Pond tightened his grip on Phuwin’s waist, his thumb gently brushing over Phuwin’s hand. “Me neither... but I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. This... this is perfect.”
Phuwin smiled, his heart swelling with love. “You’re perfect.”
Pond chuckled softly, leaning down to rest his forehead against Phuwin’s. “No... you’re the one who’s perfect, Phuwin. You make everything in my life better just by being here.”
Phuwin blushed at the compliment, his eyes softening as he looked into Pond’s. “You always know exactly what to say to make me melt.”
“Good,” Pond teased, his lips brushing against Phuwin’s as he spoke. “Because I plan to make you melt for the rest of our lives.”
Phuwin let out a soft laugh, his heart feeling light and full of joy. He leaned up slightly, capturing Pond’s lips in a tender kiss. The world around them seemed to disappear as they kissed, their lips moving slowly, savoring the moment.
When they pulled apart, they rested their foreheads together, their breaths mingling in the cool night air.
“I love you,” Phuwin whispered, his voice soft but full of emotion.
Pond smiled, his eyes filled with nothing but love for the man in his arms. “I love you too, Phuwin. More than anything.”
They continued to sway under the moonlight, their hearts beating in sync as they held each other close. The night was quiet, the stars twinkling above them, and the waterfall gently flowing in the background. It was a moment neither of them would ever forget, a moment where everything was perfect, and all they needed was each other.
In that moment, nothing else mattered. They had each other, and that was all they ever needed. They were both lost in their own world, the peaceful moment wrapping around them like a warm blanket.
Suddenly, the first droplets of rain began to fall, light at first, but quickly becoming a steady shower. Phuwin gasped and looked up, his eyes wide as the cold water splashed against his face. Pond , immediately worried, tugged Phuwin's arm gently, dragging him towards the balcony.
"Come on, Phu, let's get inside. You'll get sick again," Pond urged, his voice laced with concern. He held Phuwin protectively, trying to shield him from the downpour.
But Phuwin just smiled at him, a playful glint in his eyes. "No, I want to feel the rain," he said, slipping out of Pond's holdand running back into the open, arms stretched wide as he embraced the rain with a joyful grin.
"Phuwin!" Pond called out, standing at the edge of the balcony, watching in stunned in silence as Phuwin spun around in the rain, smiling at the sky like a child filled with wonder.
Phuwin turned back to Pond, his eyes sparkling. "Come on, Pond! Don't you want to enjoy this moment?" He laughed, his voice carrying over the sound of the rain. "It's beautiful!"
Pond's breath hitched in his throat as he watched Phuwin in the rain. The moonlight cast and etheral glow over him, making him look almost otherworldly. The white shirt Phuwin wore clung to his body outlining the perfect contours of his slim waist and toned frame. His skin, kissed by the rain, shimmered under the moonlight, making him look like an angel descended from the heavens.
Pond swallowed hard, his heart thumping wildly in his chest. Phuwin's face was drenched, rainwater running down his cheeks collecting on his lips. Those lips..... soft and wet, the way the water droplets kissed them sent Pond's mind into a spiral.
He couldn't tear his eyes away, mesmerized by the way Phuwin looked... like a dream he never wanted to wake from. Every detail of Phuwin's body, every moment, was driving him crazy inside, filling him with emotions he could hardly contain.
Phuwin noticed Pond's intense gaze and smiles softly, tilting his head. "What are you staring at, hmm?"
Pond shook his head slightly, his voice thick with emotion. "You... you're beautiful, Phu."
Phuwin's heart flutterd at Pond's words, the sincerity in his voice making his cheeks warm despite the cool rain. He took few steps toward Pond, his drenched body glistening under the soft glow of the moon.
"You always say that," Phuwin teased, his voice soft, but he could feel the love in Pond's gaze.
"That's because it's true," Pond replied, his voice almost a whisper. "Every time I look at you, I feel like I'm seeing something unreal. Like... like I don't deserve this."
Phuwin's smile softened, his heart swelling with affection. He closed the distance between them, the rain still falling heavily around them, and cupped Pond's face with his hands, his thumbs brushing over Pond's cheeks.
"Don't say that," Phuwin said quietly, looking into Pond's eyes. "You deserve everything, Pond. You're the one who makes my world brighter."
Pond's breath hitched again, his hands instinctively wrapping around Phuwin's waist, pulling him closer until their bodies were pressed together. The wet fabric of their shirts stuck to their skin, and Pond could feel the warmth of Phuwin's body despite the cold rain.
"I love you," Pond murmured, his voice thick with emotion. "I love you so much, Phu."
Phuwin smiled, his fingers gently tracing the lines of Pond's face. "I love you too, Pond. More than you'll ever know."
They stood there for a moment, just holding each other as the rain fell around them. The world seemed to slow down, everything fading into the background as they lost themselves in each other's eyes. Then, without another word, Pond leaned down, capturing Phuwin's lips deep, passionate kiss. The rain continued to fall, but they didn't care. All that mattered was the warmth of each other, the connection between them that nothing could break.
