After their first date, Jack took Missie to the Riverwalk, then drove around the backroads of Canaryville. As he put the chevelle in park, the brunette turned to face him. "So, what do you think?" Jack smiled
"I grew up here, but I don't recall visiting this part." Missie smiled. "Jack, this is beautiful. Now I know why you loved coming here."
"When my dad was passed out drunk, and that was often, I used to take Kathy next door to the neighbors after mom went to work, and come up here and think. we took every opportunity we could to get away."
"Jack, I'm so sorry." Missie smiled. "I can't even imagine what you and Kathy went through. All I can do is empathize."
Jack turned to face the brunette, and smiled at her. She was truly amazing, as he had never met anyone like her. What he felt for Missie, was something he had never felt before. "I've never met anyone like you."
"Well, I certainly hope not." Missie laughed as Keith Whitley's Homecoming '63 began to play.
Jack smiled as he turned up the volume. "I love this song. Keith Whitley is my favorite."
As the song continued to play, the two sat in the chevelle, admiring the lights of the city. Missie turned her head, and her lips were just mere inches apart from Jack's, then the two shared a passionate kiss
"You're amazing, Melissa." Jack smiled
"Thank you, Jack." Missie smiled. "So are you. You know, I'm not one for country music, but this song is pretty good. What do you say we make this our song?" she smiled as she rested her forehead against his, and caressed the side of his face
"I'd love that, Missie."

𝐁𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐄 walked into the office and went to the break room to grab a cup of coffee. As she made her coffee, Farrah and Sophia walked into the break room and grabbed a coffee cup from the cupboard to make themselves a cup of coffee as well.
"Hey babes, how's your morning?" Farrah smiled
"Well, spending half the night working on payroll, I'm exhausted. but on the bright side, tomorrow's friday." Brooke said as she stirred creamer into her coffee
"Thank goodness. You have plans for the weekend?" Sophia asked as she stirred creamer into her coffee, then the girls walked to brooke's office.
"Not that I know of." Brooke said as she sipped her coffee, then turned on her computer. "Why? You two have something in mind?"
"Not really, unless you girls and Brit wanted to go to New York for a few days." Sophia said, sipping her coffee. "By the way, have you told the uncles about Cobra Kai yet? You know uncle Bobby will lose his shit."
"No, I haven't really said anything. I guess, I'm just afraid of how they're gonna react." Brooke said. "Especially uncle Bobby."
"Well, we won't say anything either, as it's not our secret to tell, but, we better get to work. Love you babes. Let us know what you want for lunch." Farrah said
"Love you too." Brooke smiled as she began to organize her files, and turned on her music
As the brunette continued sorting through files, her phone began to ring, interrupting her music. She looked at the caller id, which read Drew ❤️ "Hello?" the brunette answered
"Hey, I hope this isn't a bad time to call." Drew said
"Not at all. I'm just sitting at my desk organizing files." Brooke smiled. "What's up?"
"Do you have plans this weekend?" Drew asked
Brooke smiled brightly and felt her cheeks heat up. "No, I'm free. What do you have in mind?"
"Well, I just realized we haven't had our first date yet. the guys at here said there's this really cool place called Golf N' Stuff. Would you like to go tomorrow night?" Drew asked as he nervously waited for Brooke's answer
"Sure, I'd love to." Brooke smiled
"Okay. I'll pick you up at 7, would that work?" Drew asked
"That will be perfect." Brooke smiled. "I'll text you my address.
"Okay, I'll see you tomorrow night." Drew smiled
"See you tomorrow night." Brooke said, then hung up.
"So you and the hottie from the country club are going out tomorrow night, huh?" Farrah smirked as she walked into her cousin's office, with a file in her hand.
"I told her no eaves dropping." Sophia laughed. "She thought it would be hilarous."
Farrah rolled her eyes. "Hush." she turned to her cousin, and gave her the file. "Here's all the statements of the materials we've ordered. We're happy for you babes. Anyway, where are you going?"
"Golf N' Stuff." Brooke smiled.
"After the date, you two can go to the look out." Farrah teased
"That will be enough out of you." Sophia laughed. "But we are happy for you honey. See you later hon!"

It was a typical Friday night in the valley, and Cutting Crew's I Just Died in Your Arms played as Brooke stood in her walk-in closet trying to find an outfit. One side consisted of her blazers and skirts for work, the middle consisted of casual outfits, for shopping or whatever she chose, while the right side consisted of dresses
Since it was a date to Golf N' Stuff, Brooke opted for a simple, yet classy peplum pointelle white sweater, jeans, white manolo flats and a headband. She kept her makeup natural as well: light brown, almost nude eyeshadow mascara and perfectly defined brows.
Outside, Drew pulled into the driveway, and admired the home. Sighing deeply and attempting to control his rapid beating heart, he grabbed the flowers he bought for Brooke.
Inside, Brooke strolled into the living room, where Missie sat in the reclining chair, reading a book and drinking a glass of red wine. Missie glanced up and smiled at her daughter as she took off her reading glasses and set her book and reading glasses on the end table.
"You look beautiful honey." Missie smiled as she stood up from the reclining chair
"Thanks mom." Brooke smiled, then checked her lipstick in the mirror, then turned to her mother again. "You don't think this is too plain?"
"Of course not." Missie smiled. "You look absolutely beautiful my darling."
The door bell rang, indicating Drew had arrived. walking to the door and trying to control her rapid beating heart, Brooke answered the door to drew in a nice v-neck and jeans, and holding flowers in his hand. "Hi." she smiled brightly
Drew gave Brooke the pure look of love and adoration, a look Missie noticed. "Hey. You look beautiful."
Brooke smiled as she opened the door further, "Thank you. Please, come in." she stepped aside to let him walk past her. "Drew, this is my mother, Missie. Mom, this is Drew Mccarthy."
"It's a pleasure to meet you sweetheart." Missie smiled, extending her hand for a handshake, which Drew shook. "Welcome to our home."
"Thank you, Mrs. Pearson. It's a pleasure to meet you as well." Drew smiled, then turned to Brooke, giving her the red roses. "These are for you. I wasn't sure what flowers you liked, so I picked these up for you."
Brooke smiled brightly as she graciously accepted the flowers. "Thank you so much." she smiled as she turned to her mother. "Mom, would you mind putting these in a vase, and placing them on my nightstand for me, please?"
"Not at all sweetheart." Missie smiled as she carefully took the roses.
Brooke grabbed her small crossbody bag from the coat rack. "You ready?"
Drew smiled and nodded as he opened the door for Brooke, then gently closed it behind her the two walked down the walkway, and to his car, where he opened the door for her. Once she was situated in her seat, he gently closed the door. He got in the driver's seat with the both of them putting their seat belts on.

"Wow, this place is great." Drew said as he held the car door open for Brooke, and she smiled as he closed the car door. "Check out that slide though, huh?"
Brooke glanced at the water slide and smiled brightly. "Yeah. We'll come back and do that next time. C'mon." she said as she motioned her head toward entrance of the arcade and took his hand in her own.
Drew furrowed his brows in confusion, then glanced down at the beautiful brunette next to him. "Wait, why next time? We can't do it now?"
"I mean, we could, but then we'd get soaked." Brooke laughed. "We need bathing suits. Have you ever played air hockey?"
"No." Drew said as he held the door open for her.
"Well, come with me. I'll show you what you've been missing." Brooke laughed, leading him inside the arcade
After purchasing tokens for the games, the brunette led Drew to the air hockey table. It was a game where she was unbeatable, but right now, it was a battle of who would win. After a few minutes, Drew won and Brooke smiled her bright smile at him.
After their game of air hockey, they played pac-man, donkey kong, shoot away, basketball, and skee ball, all at which brooke beat drew.
The next thing they did was drive the go-karts, then jumped on the trampolines, in which Brooke landed on top of Drew, they had to resist the urge to kiss one another.
"So what now?" Drew asked as they stepped off the ferris wheel
Brooke turned her head, and smiled when she saw the photo booth. "I have an idea. C'mon." Taking his hand in her's, she led him to the photo booth.
They got in a photobooth and held hands. The first picture was of Brooke and Drew smiling at the camera, then the next one was of Brooke smiling at the camera with Drew smiling down at her, the next one brooke and Drew rested their foreheads against one another's and closed their eyes. For the final photo, both of them just looked at each other with loving smiles on their faces. The photo booth printed out their pictures, and Brooke happily grabbed them and gave Drew his photo strip, as she put her's in her wallet.
Finally, they took their tickets to the booth and Drew let her cash them in for a prize. He watched as her beautiful blue eyes lit up and scanned the various animals before landing on a beautiful pink bear. "I want that one." Brooke smiled
The worker took the stuffed bear off the rack and gave it to her. She smiled at Drew, who returned the smile, and they walked away smiling, with his arm wrapped around her waist.

"So tell me more about you." Drew said as he sipped his cola. After playing arcade games, he and Brooke decided to head to the concession stand, and get refreshments.
"Well, my twin brother and I are originally from chicago. After my father passed away six years ago, my mom and brother, as well as my aunts and cousins relocated to the valley to be closer to my grandparents, as my mom moved here in the 80s." Brooke said. "My mom runs the museum with my aunt Beth who's her best friend, and my aunt Kathy, who's my dad's sister. My uncle Daniel owns LaRusso auto, and my aunt Ali is a pediatric surgeon in Denver, while my cousins are designers at Armani, and I'm a human resources specialist at Armani. I don't get to do all the fun designing stuff, I have to do the payroll all that fun stuff."
"Yeah, I remember you telling me that." Drew smiled. "I'm really sorry about your dad. I also remember you telling me how close you two were."
"Yeah, he was my favorite person in the world." Brooke said. "He's the main reason I went into human resource management, because he also was in human resources management. Tell me about you."
"Well, like you, I'm very family oriented, but unfortunately, my parnets passed away when I was young, so I was raised by my uncle, whom I'm very close to." Drew said
"Drew, I'm so sorry." Brooke said as she reached across the table and took his hand in her's.
Drew held her tiny hand and played with her fingers. Realizing her hand is so small, compared to his, he decided he liked it. Her hand fit perfectly in his, and like it was made for him to hold. "Hey, it's okay. I realky like you and I enjoy your company. I love being around you. You make me feel like I'm home."
"I love your company as well." Brooke said
"Befire this can get anymore melancholy, tell me, what's your favorite movie?" Drew asked
"You mean like of all time?" Brooke asked, and Drew nodded. "Titanic. What about you?"
"Rocky." Drew smiled. "Favorite food?"
"I mean, it's more of a side but, french fries." Brooke smiled. "There's this great diner called Sal's and they have the best fries around. When my cousins, our best friend, Brittney, and I have a girl's night, we always get the fries and shakes.
"I love french fries." Drew smiled

"This is the best night i've had in well.. ever." Drew said as he and brooke left the arcade
"Well, I guess we'll have to do it again." Brooke smiled brightly
"Definitely." Drew smiled. "Is it horrible to say I don't want the night to end?" he asked as he admired the brunette in front of him
"No, not at all." Brooke smiled. "You wanna go somewhere? I know the perfect spot."
"What do you have in mind?" Drew smiled
"Just trust me, you'll love it." Brooke smiled
After driving for about 30 minutes and Brooke directing him towards Encino, Drew came up to the secluded Encino Hills lookout and parked as Brooke smiled. "This is it. This is where I come to be alone, if I've had a hective work day." she smiled as the two got out and sat on the ground to look at the lights of the city
"How do you find all these places?" Drew asked as he draped his jacket over the brunette who was slightly starting to shiver.
"Thanks." Brooke smiled. "My mom told me this was the it place for people to go back in the day. We also had a place similar to this in Chicago. Call me biased, but I think the one in Chicago is better, but that's just me."
The two shared a moment of comfortable silence. Drew laced his hands with Brooke's and as he leaned in and placed his lips on her's. Drew had been falling for Brooke, but he didn't know if she felt the same way.
"I meant what I said back at Golf N' Stuff. I really like you Brooke." Drew smiled
"I really like you too." Brooke smiled as she gently rested her forehead against his. "We can take things slow and see where it goes, if you would like."
"I'd like that."

After spending time at the secluded lookout, Drew took Brooke back to her Encino residence and walked her to the door. Taking her hands in his own, Drew broke the comfortable silence. "Goodnight, Brooke."
"Goodnight, Drew." Brooke smiled
"Would you like to go out again sometime?" Drew asked
"I'd love that." Brooke smiled
A comfortable silence fell over the both of them. Drew leaned in and gently kissed the beautiful brunette's lips. "Goodnight." he said as he rested his forehead against her's.
"Good night." Brooke smiled. She gently leaned in, and pressed a gentle kiss to his cheek and smiling at him as she closed the door.
Falling against the door with a starry look in her beautiful blue eyes, Brooke smiled as her eyes twinkled. "So, how was it?" Missie asked
Brooke turned around and smiled at her mother, who was sitting on the couch. "Oh, hey mom."
"Hey sweetheart, get over here and tell me about the date." Missie smiled as she patted a seat on the couch
Brooke sighed as she sat down next to her mother. "Well, it was amazing. We went to Golf N' Stuff and of course, he beat me at air hockey, and I beat him at the arcade games." she smiled
"Someone beat you at air hockey?" Missie said, raising her brow. "You're like your aunt Ali. You're unbeatable."
"I know. I guess I was just too busy looking at him." Brooke chuckled. "The kiss we shared... I mean, I've kissed other guys before, but this kiss..."
"It was different?" Missie said
"Yeah." Brooke said. "I don't know how to describe it mom. We agreed to see where things go, as we both like each other alot."
"Sweerheart, I'm so happy for you." Missie smiled, holding her daughter close to her.
"Thanks mom." Brooke smiled. "Anyway, I'm headed up to bed. I love you mom."
"Love you too, sweetheart."
