THE GENTLE PITTER PATTER SOUND OF THE RAIN WAS HEARD THROUGHOUT THE VILLAGE when it was interrupted by a woman's rapid footsteps. The woman was running to a nearby church as she was carrying a basket. She ran as fast as she could to the church. She arrived as she settles down the basket in front of the church. She opened the basket to reveal a baby, as she kissed it goodbye. She knocked the door before she was taken away by the darkness from the ground.

'Stay safe, my little owl..' She thought.

Father Orsi heard the knock and opened the door to find a healthy baby in the basket, crying as the droplets of rain hit the child's face. "What is this young girl doing here?" Father Orsi asked as he carried the basket inside the church. Your cries died down as Father Orsi looked at you with a pitying look.

'Why were you left here? Especially in the rain?' His thoughts were interrupted by giggling softly as his looked soften at the sight of the baby girl giggling. He saw something written at the cloth as he looked over with curiosity.

"Y/n" was written on it.

"Y/n, is that your name??" Father Orsi asked you as you giggle in response. He smiles softly before standing up. "Well then, Y/n. Welcome to the church!" He exclaims. He then notices something glistening at the basket you were in. A gold bracelet with an owl on it was seen as he looks at it, eyes wide.

'This must have cost at least more than 1,000,000 yuls!!' The priest thought. 'I wonder if she came from a royal family..' The priest's thoughts were cut off as the baby girl wailed loudly. He quickly went to the infant and cradled her.

I KNOW I KNOW- I said I would post this after I finished one of my stories, Assassin's Blood- But- I can't help it- So um- I hope you enjoyed the chapter. I'm supposed to study for Quarterly exams but I'll study tomorrow. Ok I'll go now-
