-SEVENTEEN (Healing)

YOUR FOOTSTEPS ECHOED THROUGHOUT THE DUNGEON as you light a small flame for light. Sol was behind you while you both try to find the gate to the treasury. You both felt a strong pressure of wind as you felt shivers down your spine. 

"T-That wind... is so strong..." You stutter as the pressure of the wind you put an arm over your eyes so that you can see at least something.

"Y-Y/n, I think the gate to the treasury is there!" Sol told you as she points to the direction where the wind is coming from. You nod your head as you flipped the pages of your grimoire as you read out loud a spell.

"Kamigami no Maho: Hesutia no ro yuka! (Gods' Magic: Hestia's Hearth)" A white fire went around you and Sol, protecting you both from the strong pressures of wind.

"Woah..." Sol looked in amazement as she reaches out to touch the fire but you slap her hand away. "Sol, don't touch it. It's hot, it might protect us, but it doesn't change the fact that it's fire." You warned the tall charcoal-haired female. She nods her head, shocked by your stern voice.

You both walk in the direction of the wind, trying to find the essence of mana. Walking through the dark corridors of the dungeon, you felt nervous as Sol has a smile on her face.

"Sol... How do you do that?" You asked her. She tilts her head in confusion "What do you mean?" She questioned as you deadpanned. "How can you be so positive in a time like this..." You mumbled, but the tall woman heard it.

"I just think positively!" She responds as you made eye contact with her aquatic-colored orbs. You soon reached the gate as you remove your mana from the both of you, panting heavily.

"It takes so much mana..." You mumbled between your breaths.

"So how do we open this?" Sol asked you as you shrug. "Maybe it's by our magic?" You suggested to Sol as she nods her head. Just as she was about to use her mana, an attack came from behind. Your eyes widen from the sudden attack.

"Sol-!" You called but got cut off by another attack from the ground. You fell to the ground, back aching due to the impact. With all your energy left, you looked over to the attacker.

She had a Diamond Grimoire. 'She's from the Diamond Kingdom!' You thought. You looked over to Sol, her body having bruises and cuts from the attack.

'Fuck, I'm almost out of Mana. I can't attack anymore.' You pondered while looking at Raven-haired woman. Without hesitation, you tried to run to Sol but got stopped by a boulder in front of you.

"This is what the Clover Kingdom sent to protect the dungeon? They're so pathetic" The lady from the diamond kingdom mocked. "You should give up, missy. Leave your friend over there and save yourself." She continues as you grit your teeth at her.

'Leave her? As if you bitch!' You cursed at her in her thoughts.

"Did you know? I want to be Wizard Queen..." You shakily said as she raised an eyebrow at you.

"Does it look like I give a fuck?" She responded.

"So, when you said to leave her, did you really think I'll fucking listen to your bullshit?" You paused before continuing, "A Wizard Queen never abandons their people, so fuck off!" You yelled.

"I had enough of you, little missy! Tsuchi Maho: Jisuberi no iwa! (Earth Magic: Landslide's Rocks!)" She yelled as large boulders were forming as she threw one towards you. Adrenaline kicked in as you dodge, running to Sol. Dragging her, you quickly hide to one of the boulders the lady from the other kingdom threw.

'I need to at least heal her!' You panicked as you heard the lady from the rivalling kingdom laughing maniacally.

"Little Missy! Where are you! Where did your confidence go you little shit!" She mocked. Your hands and lips trembled as your hands felt cold to the touch. Suddenly, your grimoire glowed.

Opening it quickly, you saw a new spell.

"Kamigami no Maho: Asukurepiosu no tsue (Gods' Magic: Rod of Asclepius)" You mutter as something glowed in your hand. The lady saw the light glowing as her eyes widened.

"No way..." She mumbled. She saw this magic once, it couldn't be-

Suddenly, large white snakes were seen from the place where you were, Sol laying on both snakes as her cuts and bruises were healing. Eyes wide, you saw small snakes were healing your bruises and cuts. You tried using your elements, but it won't appear.

'This spell drains all my mana i have left.' You thought, looking at the rod you held before you see Sol slowly waking up. "Sol, are you okay?" You questioned, worry filled in your eyes.

"I'm fine, Y/n. In fact, I feel energized." She said, standing up before flinching at the look of large snakes, looking at her. "L-la-" she stuttered. "Don't mind that for now." You say as she nodded.

"Sol, the one who attacked you and me are from the Diamond Kingdom. She has the same attribute as yours. Unfortunately, I can't use my magic now since the spell i used to heal you drained my mana." You told her as she nods her head.

"It's okay, Y/n-" The lady from before threw a boulder at both of you. You both closed your eyes, awaiting the impact but it never came. You opened your eyes, seeing the large white snakes from before turned black. Your Magic protected the both of you. The two Blue Rose members sighed in relief. The large snakes started to shrink and climbing at the rod you held.

"What the-" 

"Tsuichi Maho: Dofuushi! (Earth Magic: Dirt Clod Seal!) " Sol exclaimed as a large mass of earth buried the woman, restricting her movement.

"Yosh!" You both exclaim as Sol kneels to high five each other. Sol helps you stand up, your previous adrenaline drained you as you felt your knees weak. "You okay, Y/n?" She asked you as you nod your head.

After confirming that the lady was restrained, you were limping to the gate but Sol carried you, thanking her. Putting your hands on the door, you put your mana into it, causing it to slowly open. Your eyes shone in determination as you watch it slowly open.

'I hope that I could know about the mysterious woman talking to me as soon as I enter to these room.' 

The loud 'bang' of the door slamming open echoed in your ears.
