IN A PEACEFUL SUNNY DAY IN HAGE VILLAGE, a scream disrupted the peace. "SISTER LILY, PLEASE MARRY ME!!!" A boy with ash-blonde hair screamed at the top of his lungs. A certain (h/c) colored girl looks at the scene happening before her. 'Seriously, this again?' She facepalmed as the ash-blonde got punched by the sister.

That girl was named, Y/n. An orphan in the church in Hage Village.

'At least Asta's not pestering me.' Her thoughts were cut off as the said boy came to her. "Y/N, PLEASE MARRY ME!!!" He screamed again. 'I spoke too soon' She thought before responding.

"No" She bluntly says.

The loud ash-blonde fell to his knees as you shrug as to not knowing what to do. She cares for Asta, It's just that it's getting a little overhanded as he kept pestering Sister Lily and her to marry him. "Not yet.." He kept muttering. A certain raven-haired boy came up to Y/n as he asks her a question.

"Y/n, Aren't you going to get your grimoire today?" That certain raven-haired boy's name was Yuno. Both Asta and Yuno arrived 2 years after Y/n arrived at the church. Y/n arrived when it was (Your Birth Date) while Asta and Yuno arrived the October 4th. She was 15 now and she will receive her grimoire later.

"I will." You say bluntly before using your magic to light up the campfire. You simply made a flame in your hand as you give the wood fire. You saw Sister Lily, holding a bunch of laundries. "Ah, Sister, let me help you." You took the clothes and dried them using wind. You were special. You were favored by mana, to the fact you had the four basic attributes.

Fire, Water, Earth, Wind.

"Yuno and Y/n is the hope of the church!!" Father Orsi exclaimed with tears in his eyes as you sweatdropped at the old man. Every march, where firefly dandelion fluff starts to dance through the air. Once a year, all around the Clover Kingdom, all of the 15-year-olds are gathered. An awarding ceremony in which they receive their own grimoires, which enhance their magical powers.

You were at the place where you receive grimoires. Your eyes sparkled at the sight of grimoires on the shelves. You were always curious about them, and that's why you're excited to receive yours. Though you wouldn't show it to your face, you're extremely nervous.

"Would you look at that? What's a dreg like her doing here." You heard a person say behind you as you try to ignore it. However, Your thoughts could not be ignored as you felt sad. 'Am I not worth that much to receive a grimoire? Am I a dreg, just like they say?' You ask yourself in your thoughts before remembering something.

"I'm going to be wizard king!" Asta and Yuno's voice echoed in your head as you took a deep breath. 'That's right, Yuno and Asta won't be ashamed if they heard someone say that. I should be confident since I'm going to be Wizard Queen!!' You thought in your head.

'Just you wait, Yuno and Asta. I'm going to show you that I don't need protection!'

"Welcome. young men and women." An old man's voice echoed in the tower as you looked up to see a bearded old man. "You all begin a new journey today. I wish you all faith, hope, and love." He paused before continuing. "I am the Master of this Grimoire Tower. We've never had a Wizard King from this area, nor anyone who's actually achieved greatness in the Magic Knights." Your eyes shone with determination. "I sincerely hope that one of you will become the Wizard King someday." He took a deep breath. "No, really! Seriously!" He coughed as you sweatdropped.

"Now it's time for the awarding... of the grimoires!" Grimoires started to levitate as each person was given. Well, except you. As soon as everyone received theirs, they looked at you and started laughing at you. "Seriously? She hasn't even got one-" A person was cut off as a blinding light was illuminated in front of you.

There it was, your grimoire. It has a light blue color, with golden linings on the corners. A six clover was shown in the front as it had the colors of pastel aqua, pastel red, pastel grey, pastel brown, black and white, each leaf was colored with a certain color. An owl was imprinted at the back.

"No way... Isn't that the legendary six clover?!!" A person exclaimed. "It says that those grimoires were blessed by the Gods!" Another voice exclaimed. "It is only received by those who have immense power and would not corrupt peace in the world!" You heard another one.

You took it and put it on your side. You spun and walked to the door and before leaving you said to everyone.

"I'm going to become the Wizard Queen" And you walked away hearing cheers from the tower. A few meters away from the tower you blushed as you covered your face with your hands. 'Did I seriously just do that?!!' You screamed at yourself. You felt someone touch your shoulder as you looked up to see people from the church.

"Congratulations Y/n!"

They all greeted you while Yuno muttered, "Congrats" You hugged them all as they almost fell out of balance. "Thank you!" You exclaimed as they hugged you back. Father Orsi wiped his tears as he looked at you. "I still remembered when you arrived at the church 15 years ago and now look at you!!" His sobs got louder as Sister Lily gave tissue to him.

You deadpan to yourself as the tears of Father Orsi continued to flow down. You went to Asta and Yuno as they were arguing. "Asta, Yuno." You raised a fist to them. "My journey starts here, and I'm going to be Wizard Queen!" You exclaim. They just look at you blankly as your face starts to get redder and redder. "W-What?!" You asked as they suddenly laugh and fistbumps you. "We're looking forward to it, Y/n," Asta says. "Although, I would be the one who's going to become Wizard King." Yuno bluntly says as you and Asta had an irk mark on your forehead.

"I'm going to be the Wizard King/Queen!" You and Asta screamed at him.

You all then went to the church as Father Orsi threw a feast. After the day you received your grimoire, you trained very hard. You were in the forest, near the demon's remaining skull from the story Sister Lily told you when you were little. You opened your grimoire and stared at it in wonder as the first 3 pages of the grimoire were blank and you couldn't open the last pages of the grimoire.

You read the spells that you currently have in the grimoire.

"Kamigami no Maho, Atena no Chishiki" (Gods' Magic, Athena's Knowledge)

Suddenly, everything became black and white as you saw yourself throw a spear at the tree, and then everything went back to normal. 'I think I went ahead on time' You thought as you pick another spell.

"Kamigami no Maho, Aresu no yari" (Gods' Magic, Ares' spear)

A spear was created from the grimoire as it glows a dark shade of red. 'I was right' You thought to yourself as you remembered the spear from your last spell. You throw this as the spear went fast to the tree as it almost punctured the tree fully. You felt yourself getting tired as you felt like two spells have taken away your stamina. You concluded your training as you went back to the church to get some rest.

While walking back to the church, you remembered your child self when you decided to be a Wizard Queen.

While on your way to finding Asta in the snowy night, you heard a bunch of punches on the other side of the streets. You were finding Asta since he left the church without notifying Sister Lily nor Father Orsi. You ran as fast as you could to where you could hear the punches and the grunting. You saw Asta getting beaten up by a random stranger. 

You raised a hand and wanted to shoot fire, but you couldn't. You were 7 years old at that time. You were just a mere child.

Before you could attack the man, He gives up and threw away Yuno's necklace that you assumed he was trying to steal. You quickly went to Asta as you started crying. "A-Asta, You got injured because of me! Just b-because I was afraid, I just watched you get beaten up! I'm so s-sorry, I'm supposed to be the one protecting you!" Your cries got louder as Asta pats your head. You looked him in the eye as he smiles at you.

"This is nothing since I'm going to become Wizard King!!" The ash-blonde exclaims. "I'm gonna become Wizard King and protect you, Yuno, and everyone else. I'm gonna make everyone happier, so we can even have nicer things" Asta continues.

"And then, I'm going to prove to everyone..." He pauses as Yuno asks, "Prove..?"

"That even if you are poor or an orphan, You can still become the Wizard King!"

"We can?" Yuno asks, unsure.

"Yeah"

"Can we really?"

"Anyone can If they work hard enough!" He says as he sits up while you support him.

"Anyone?" Yuno's eyes were shaking in admiration.

"Me, Y/n or even you, Yuno" He exclaims

Yuno wipes his tears as he looked at you two with determination. "I'll...never cry again." His voice was showing determination. "Maybe... I... no" Yuno stands up as you looked at him. "Yuno?" you say questioningly.

"I will... I'll become Wizard King too! I'll protect Y/n, you, and everyone else. I'm gonna make everyone happier so that we can have nicer things!" Yuno proclaims

"Me too! I'll become Wizard Queen and protect everyone else! To show you that I don't need protection!" Your fist clenches. "I'm supposed to be the one protecting you two since I'm older than both of you!" Your eyes sparkled with determination.

'So you guys are, my rivals!' You thought as you smiled at both of them.

You smile at the memory as you look around to see that you've arrived in the church. You will miss the peaceful sounds of crickets and will miss everything about Hage. It may not be the best, but It's still your home and you're happy to be here. You look to the sunset before going inside the church getting greeted by the people inside it.

6 months passed as you were bidding farewell to the people at the church. You trained hard as you trained your physical strength and your magic. Father Orsi was crying again since he was busy ranting about how much you've grown. His sobs were loud as Asta's scream as you sweatdropped at the loudness of his sobs. Yuno and Asta came up to you as you three fist-bumped. You fiddled with your bracelet to ease the nervousness you are feeling. A hand was laying on your shoulder as you look up to see Yuno looking at you with a soft smile. 

"You can do it, Y/n." Yuno's words echoed in your head while Asta ruffles your hair, "You'll do great!!" He exclaims.

"You two, just because you're taller than me doesn't mean I'm not older than you!!" You scoffed as Yuno chuckles while Asta keeps ruffling your hair. You had to leave soon since it takes a long time to arrive at the Royal Capital. You soon waved goodbye to everyone at the church as you start your journey to become Wizard Queen.

It took days to get there, you hunted to eat and walked to the Royal Capital.

But you arrived at the Royal Capital. You were wearing a plain pastel blue shirt and black pants as you looked around with sparkling eyes to see such various things. You walked to the place where you would be taking the exams as you hear cheers from the people.

"Do your best on the exams!""You are Clover Kingdom's hope!" You heard them scream as you smile inside.

You were in the line as the one in front of you walked away. You walked in front, "I'm Y/n from Hage Village" You say. "Y/n from Hage, Could I see your grimoire?" He asks as you take out your grimoire and showed it to him. His eyes widened.

"A-a six l-leaf clover..." He says in shock.

"Oh, so she's the one everyone is talking about." You hear another man as you blush in embarrassment. If there's one thing, you don't like being talked about.

"Hey, Is that really a six-leaf clover??" You hear from behind you as you flinch. "Wow..." 

"You're #199, All right, next." You went inside as you look around to see a bunch of people. Birds started to flood the arena as none went to you. You found those birds cute, but they don't want to approach you.

"Ow, What are these birds?"

"The infamous anti-birds of the exam venue."

"The weaker you are, The more they flock you."

You look curiously before you heard someone say. "Hey, look at her, None of the birds are going to her." You flushed red as you try to hide but can't. A tall tanned woman approached you as you looked up to see her aqua eyes.

'She's so tall..' Your thoughts were cut off as she speaks. "Hi, I'm Sol! I saw you here and I felt that you were feeling lonely." She exclaims as you shake her hand. "I'm Y/n, Nice to meet you." You gave a small smile. You suddenly hear gasps. You look up to see the captains of every squad. You've heard of them now and then since they are famous throughout the kingdom.

"Candidates," The voice of Captain William echoed throughout the arena. "I will be conducting the exams." His grimoire flipped open as the sky was clouded and a strong wind was felt as you felt the pressure of the wind.

A tree descends from the sky as the branches created brooms. You took the broom as your eyes shone determination.

'This is now my first step to become a WIzard Queen!'
