"And as our luck goes, our enemies were right behind us the whole time."

ON THE OTHER side of the fog after stepping through, both FishFace and Razar had gone to scout out the area while TigerClaw stayed behind, pulling out his communicator in order to relay his allies. "Stockman, Soren, Isabella, do you read?"

"Yes, loud and clear." Stockman-fly replied over the communication device. "What is your progress?"

"We have made it past the fog," TigerClaw answered. "However, it seems that we are incapable of leaving. If there is another way, we will find it. Otherwise, you may have to come to us if you must but it seems that Master Jake was right. The fog will part when exposed to Princess Briana's magic."

"And what about the turtles, Princess Briana, and Henry Hart?" Soren questioned into the device.

"Bradford and Xever are currently scouting ahead while maintaining their distance," TigerClaw explained. "They should be back any minute now."

"Understood," Isabella responded into the device. "We'll let Master Shredder and Master Jake know."

The communication came to an end as both sides hung up. Just Razar and FishFace returned, TigerClaw placed away the communication device.

"Did you find them?" The mutant tiger questioned.

"Yes," Razar confirmed. "The turtles, Princess Briana, Henry Hart, and their friends are currently residing in the Crystal Empire. They have no idea we're here."

"And like us, they have no way of leaving," FishFace added. "What's the plan?"

"There is no change," TigerClaw said. "Master Shredder does not want us to kill them as he wants to be the one that does it. However..." a smirk crept up his face. "That doesn't mean we can't paid a visit to our dear old friends."

The three evil mutants smirked, each one of them chuckling sinisterly.

AFTER SOME SLEEP and breakfast, the heroes split up into groups in order to try to get some more information on the fog or on anything useful that they could use to help them, hoping that they'd find something to help them figure out what the Foot Clan could possibly want. Right now, the first group consisting of Briana, Kaz, Raphael, Casey, and Zane found the kingdom's library and had gone inside as they were currently looking through the shelves for a book that would hopefully have the information that they needed.

"Hey, I found something," Zane said as he pulled a book from the shelf, holding it up to show them the title: History of the Crystal Empire.

"Let's hope it tells us something." Kaz said as the group walked over to the table where they all sat down, opening the book.

"According to this book, the Crystal Empire is one of the five Equestrian kingdoms and that they've been around for centuriesโ€” even when the United States became independent in 1776, they remained friends." Briana read from the book.

"But if they were friends, how come everybody thinks this place is a myth?" Raphael questioned.

"They even think that the whole lost princess is a myth, even though it's clearly not since you're here." Casey added.

Zane flipped a page in the book. "Well, the book says that when Queen Twilight Sparkle cast a spell to protect the kingdom from a group of invaders, the invaders were thrown out of the kingdom and the fog covered the entire place, trapping everyone on the inside while everyone on the outside seemed to have forgot about the place, like it never existed in the first place."

"So, basically, the fog gave them amnesia about anything related to this place." Kaz stated.

"Basically," Zane said before he flipped another page of the book. "The book says that with the return of the lost princess, the fog would vanish and things would go back to how they used to be."

"But we're here and nothing happened," Briana said. "Unless there's something else that we're missing."

"With our luck, there probably is," Raphael commented. "What's the next page?"

Zane flipped the next page and blinked as he stared at it. "It's a prophecy."

The Child of Prophecy
The oldest princess born out of true love yet destruction and death will follow her, for there is darkness inside of her; a great darknessโ€” the demon spirit of darkness will be sealed inside of her.

The Child of Prophecy will be sent away but on her fifteenth birthday, the Lost Princess will return and with eleven individuals that shall be known as the guardians of the Last Destroyer who will bring the Child of Prophecy to the Temple of Destroyers one day where the child will come forward with the past Destroyers, who will give the child their magic for when the final battle is upon her.

A final battle, one that the Child of Prophecy will have to face on her own; where the child will face the Dark One and make a choice: end the world or begin a new one with a huge sacrifice, thus becoming the Last Destroyer upon fulfilling the prophecy.

Suddenly, there was a scream that came from outside that grabbed their attention as they jumped out of their seats, abandoning the book on the table as they ran out of the library to find a familiar mutant terrorizing the citizens.

"FishFace!?" The five of them exclaimed in shock at the same time.

"Long time no see, amigos." The mutant fish said with a smirk, leaping at them to attack them.

The five teens jumped out of the way and pulled out their weapons, readying themselves for the fight.

"SO, THE FOG happened after the Queen casted a spell to get a group of invaders out?" Eclipse questioned, making sure what they just heard was correct.

"Dudes, dudette, I bet that the invaders are the Foot Clan." Michelangelo said.

The mutant cat with green eyes that they had been talking to nodded, a warm smile on her face. "That's right. Since then, the fog's been keeping any invaders out," she said. "If Queen Twilight Sparkle hadn't casted the protection spell, then things would go back to when the Dark One was in charge."

"The Dark One? Who's that?" Leonardo questioned.

For a second, the mutant cat hadn't responded as if she was trying to remember something. "I... I don't remember. Everyone here just knew her as the Dark One."

Suddenly, Henry felt his body tensed up as his ears pricked, picking up the sound of a blaster trigger from behind. His eyes widened when a familiar scent made his nose pricked. "Look out!" He shouted, pulling the mutant cat out of the way as he and the three mutant turtles dodged the series of laser blasts while a familiar mutant tiger jumped down in front of them.

"TigerClaw!?"

"It's been a while, little cubs." TigerClaw said, an evil smirk creeping onto his face.

"How did you even get here!?" Michelangelo questioned, as he and the others took out their weapons. "How did you get through the fog!?"

"You can thank Master Jake for that," TigerClaw said. "It might be making him sick, but the princess's magic that's inside of him has its uses."

Henry couldn't help but growled as he clenched his fists, knowing exactly who he was talking about. "So, he did survived."

"And if he's alive, so is him." Leonardo added, glaring at the mutant tiger.

"Indeed, and they're a lot closer than you think." The mutant tiger said, aiming his pistol at them. "Now, let's finish this, shall we?"

Eclipse glared at him, holding her kamas. "Bring it on, kitty-cat."

While the mutant cat and any other nearby citizens had ran off away from the evil mutant, terrified, the four teens didn't hesitate to fight back when the mutant tiger charged at them.

"SO, NOBODY KNOWS who the invaders were that attacked the night the fog happened?" Donatello asked as he, Mara, April, and Calista were talking to a man outside a candy shop.

The man shook his head. "No, everyone was being evacuated to safety by some of the guards while the other half were fighting with Captain Quill. I'm sorry it wasn't much."

"It's alright," April said. "It's better than nothing."

While the man retreated into his candy shop to get ready for the busy day, the group at started walking away. "Well, that was a bust," Calista said with an annoyed look on her face. "We got nothing."

"Not necessary," Donatello said. "We do know that the so-called invaders were most likely the Foot Clanโ€” and we know why they kept coming back to attack this place."

"But Briana wasn't here by that point," April stated. "She was with you guys and Master Splinter."

"Unfortunately." Calista muttered underneath her breath so that nobody heard her.

"That's true, but knowing Shredder, no doubt he kept attacking this place to try to force her parents into telling him where they sent her too." Donatello said.

Mara scoffed. "So, you're telling me that Scissorhands thought that her parents would sell out their child to him? What an idiot."

"Well, well, look what we got here."

At the familiar voice, the group spun around with shocked faces to find a familiar mutant dog leaping toward them with his claws out, but they managed to jump out of the way.

"Razar!?" Donatello exclaimed in shocked.

"You didn't think you saw the last of us, did you now?" Razar questioned with a smirk.

"How did you even get past the fog?" April questioned.

"Trade's secret. Maybe I'll tell it to you," Razar said, holding his claws out. "While I feast on your bones!"

With those words, Razar charged at them and the four teens dodged, taking out their weapons as Razar charged at them again.

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

THE GOLDEN MASKED mutant turtle raised her kamas to block the machete strike from TigerClaw as their weapons clashed. Then, she kneed him in the stomach, causing the mutant tiger to stumble back. Michelangelo swung his nunchucks at him but TigerClaw saw it coming and blocked it, before the orange masked mutant turtle backflipped out of the way to avoid the mutant tiger's punch. TigerClaw growled and aimed his pistol at him and pulled the trigger, but the blasts never hit Michelangelo, who spun his nunchucks in front of them and used them as a shield.

Leonardo leaped over his brother and went to swing his katana blades at the mutant tiger while Eclipse moved in on him from the left, but TigerClaw saw both attacks coming and grabbed Leonardo's wrist when he went to swing his katana at the mutant tiger, who threw him into Eclipse and it sent the two mutant turtles knocking them back.

From behind the mutant tiger, Henry leapt at him and the moment that the mutant tiger had turned around, Henry kicked his foot across TigerClaw's face before throwing a punch into his stomach.

"You haven't lost your skills," TigerClaw taunted with a smirk. "Master Jake will be pleased to know that his apprentice hasn't gone soft."

Henry gave an animalistic snarl at those worlds while the wolf inside of him thrashed angrily. "You can tell Jake that I say to go to hell." He said firmly.

Then, Henry along with the three other mutant turtles leapt back to avoid the lasers that came out of TigerClaw's pistol as he shot at them. But then, the mutant tiger suddenly cried out in pain when an arrow struck his right shoulder and they all looked over to find a few men wearing royal clothing with shields that had a crystal star on it in one hand and in the other, a swordโ€” though, one of the men had a bow and fired another arrow at the mutant tiger again, striking his side this time.

TigerClaw growled at the guards but instead used his jetpack to get higher as he kept shooting at them while everyone either dodged or blocked the lasers that he shot at them.

"Dudes, dudette! If TigerClaw's here, what if the others are in trouble too?" Michelangelo asks.

Henry, Leonardo, and Eclipse shared a glance.

"We gotta find everyone fast."

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

"GOONGALA!" CASEY SLAMMED his hockey stick into FishFace's face, knocking him down, all while some of the guards were either helping people evacuate from the fight safety or on the defensive side, having never been in a fight against a mutant like FishFace before.

FishFace quickly recovered in time to avoid getting hit by Casey's baseball bat that Zane had before he grabbed Casey and threw him into Zane, knocking the two back. He jumped back to avoid a blast of fire that came at him by Kaz, who jumped down in front of him. Then, Kaz took out his sword and leapt at him while from behind, Briana came at the mutant fish, only for FishFace to block both attacks with his knives. The mutant fish grabbed Briana's wrist and threw her into Kaz, sending the two back.

FishFace almost barely managed to duck in time to avoid getting hit by Raphael's sais as the red masked mutant turtle leapt at him while the mutant fish blocked the sais with his knives. Then, FishFace pushed the mutant turtle back before charging at him, opening his mouth as if to bite him with his poisonous teeth.

Suddenly, a rainbow shield had appeared around the mutant turtle before the red mutant fish could even get to him, causing FishFace to slam into the shield and get knocked back.

"What the heck?" Raphael commented.

"Man, I just hate bullies."

Raphael spun around at the voice but froze when he spotted a teenage girl standing behind him. She had blue hair with bright mint green streaks and indigo purple eyes, and was wearing a pink shirt with a blue sun on it under a black vest with purple spikes, a dark purple skirt, dark purple boots with the same purple spikes on them, and also has a blue necklace with a green crescent moon on it.

"Sorry about that, but I thought I'd give you the upper hand." The teenaged girl told him.

Still surprised and taken aback, Raphael didn't respond and only stared at her. However, with just one blink, she was already gone and by the time that he looked back over, the shield disappeared for him to see the mutant fish getting back to his feet.

Snapping back to reality, Raphael smirked as he held his sais in a fighting position. "Where were we, Fishboy?"

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

AS MUCH AS a part of her didn't want to, Calista was helping with protecting the citizens or getting them to the guards, who would evacuate them to safety and out of danger from the ongoing fight.

Razar had stumbled back by a punch aimed directly at his face that came from Mara. He growled and was about to charge but stopped when a noticed a terrified, crying child in the form of a mutant dog, whose ears were folded back due to the fear that the child was no doubt in. He smirked, planning to use the child as a hostage and charged at the child.

However, he never got close enough because with one hand, April grabbed onto her Aeon crystal and with her free hand, she used her powers to lift Razar into the air, holding him down while Mara rushed over to the child.

"Hey, buddy, everything's gonna be okay, alright?" Mara reassured the child, who stared up at her before giving the tiniest nod. "Come on, let's get you out of here." She carefully lifted the child into her arms and passed the child along to a nearby guard, who brought the child to safety.

"Heads up, Donnie!" Using her powers, April flung Razar over to the purple masked mutant turtle.

In response, Donatello held his boe staff like a baseball bat and slammed it into Razar, sending him flying through the air.

"Incoming!"

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

"INCOMING!" RAZAR HAD slammed into FishFace, who was locked in a fight against Raphael with Kaz, Casey, Zane, and Briana as the two evil mutants were thrown back and crashed into TigerClaw, who had been locked in a fight against Leonardo, Eclipse, Henry, and Michelangelo as well.

"Razar and TigerClaw are here too!?" Raphael exclaimed as everyone regrouped.

"FishFace!?" The others, who hadn't been fighting against the mutant fish, exclaimed in shock.

Seeing that they were outnumbered by not just their enemies but by the guards as well, TigerClaw growled and threw down a smoke bomb, buying him and his comrades time to escape by the time that the smoke had cleared.

"Well, they're gone." Calista said.

"For now," Raphael commented. "No doubt we'll see them again."

"How did they get past the fog?" Donatello questioned. "It shouldn't even be possible!"

Henry, Leonardo, Michelangelo, and Eclipse shared a knowing glance with each other. "Well, we can thank Jake for making it possible for them." Eclipse said with an eye roll from the mention of Jake.

"Yeah, but that's not the worst of it yet." Michelangelo commented.

"Jake's alive, and so is Shredder." Leonardo told the others, who gasped in shock.

"Uh, guys?" Briana asked, gesturing over to the guards and the citizens. "Maybe not here just yet."

They looked over to find both groups staring at them in both curiosity and amazement written on their faces.

"Oh, right." Zane said.

"Well... this is awkward." Casey said lowly, though only his friends heard him.

From behind the guards, somebody was moving towards the front and when that very person reached the top, the five mutant turtles, Henry, and Briana could easily recognize him as someone that they had have seen beforeโ€” back when they went on their little time travel adventure.

Quill Sentry.

And the moment that Quill's eyes landed on a certain teenaged girl, his eyes widened in shock as he, of course, immediately recognized her.

Why wouldn't he?

She wasโ€” is his oldest niece, after all.

"Briana?"

"And with our enemies knowing where we were, our luck was only about to get much worse."
