"The time has finally arrived where we stop the kraang and take back our city... with some help from some friends."

EVERYONE WAS SLEEPING within their temporary homeโ€” well, almost everyone. Michelangelo was the only one awoke as he was inside of the makeshift lab, wearing a pair of goggles.

He picked up the glowing blue mixture he'd created. "Hmm, I do believe this plutonium should react flawlessly with the sodium bicarbonates," he said with a British accent. "What do you think, Ice Cream Kitty?" The mutant cat, also wearing goggles, meowed. "Then perhaps we should add this hyperbole solution to Donnie's and Briana's retro-mutagen."

Donatello walked into the room, rubbing the sleep from his eyes, only to notice what his younger brother was doing. "Mikey? HAVE YOU LOST YOUR SHELL!?"

"Pishposh and tut-tut, my good man!"

"Briana and I have been brewing that retro-mutagen for months!" Donatello snapped. "Oh, if you ruined it, I swear I'llโ€”"

"Hold on, dude, I got this." Michelangelo started to pour his solution into the retro-mutagen, only for Donatello to grab it. They started fighting over it and it ended up spilling into the solution, making a drop of it fall into the retro-mutagen. The new mixture bubbled for a brief moment before going still.

"Phew."

The mixture started fizzing, yellow steam rising from it as it glowed bright gold.

"Oh, no! Mikey!"

The mixture spilled over the edge of the beaker and released a blast of energy that knocked them and Ice Cream Kitty into the wall, Michelangelo was holding the mutant cat.

"It's gonna explode!" Donatello shouted.

The two of them clung to each other as they waited for the eruption, only for everything to stopped as if it never happened in the first place.

Michelangelo blinked. "Aw, well that was weak."

Donatello growled while the mutant cat jumped away from them as Donatello tackled his brother and the two started fighting.

"Now, you listen to me!"

"No! You listen to me!"

"I am gonna teach you such a lesson! Iโ€”!"

Splinter then hit the both of them in their pressure points, making them cease fighting. "What is going on here?"

April ran into the room, her gaze landing on the sparkling mixture. "Um... since when did retro-mutagen start doing that?"

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

ONCE EVERYTHING HAD settled down, Donatello put the new sample underneath a microscope to study the effects. "Wow! Its bonding rate is phenomenal. Haha, I can't believe it! This will save me and Briana months of lab work! Okay, let me see." He picked up the slide the mixture was on, sucking it up into a dropper. "One small drop..." he released a single drop into a vial of mutagen, watching as the entire vial turned into retro-mutagen. "And I'm able to transform an entire vial of mutagen into retro-mutagen! Mikey, you're amazing!"

"I know," Michelangelo responded then proceeded to hit a slice of pizza against an action figure.

"Wow, did we step into some kinda alternate dimension here?" Raphael asked.

"Okay, what chemicals did you use to help create the rapid cellular bonding?" Donatello asked excitedly.

Michelangelo thought about it. "Uh, I think I added a bunch of stuff like... urinate, anolite, uh, moronic acid, and some, uh, garlic-cappuccino pizza?" He smashed his action figure and pizza together, a nervous smile on his face.

"Nope, same dimension." Raphael commented under his breath.

Donatello stared at him, a crazed expression on his face. "Are you kidding me? You do ONE awesome thing, and you can't even remember how you did it!?"

"Donatello, be glad that Michelangelo's tomfoolery yielded the gift that it did," Splinter interjected. "Focus on the goal at hand. You must find all the transformed people of New York and change them back."

"But, sensei, we don't even know what happened to them." Eclipse pointed out.

"I think I know," April said, sitting on the ground and hugging her knees. "They were taken to Dimension X by the kraang. I can see them in my dreams, millions of mutated humans trapped there." Her eyes were wide in fright.

"So, we drop into TCRI, break into their portal, and zap ourselves to Dimension X," Captain Violet said.

Michelangelo stood beside her, making a pose. "Yo, we can do this! We can save New York!"

"And I have got the perfect new invention to storm Dimension X!" Donatello exclaimed with a smirk.

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

"A WATER TOWER," Boy Danger stated. "That's your new invention?"

The other mutant turtles and Boy Danger started laughing while Captain Violet bit the bottom half of her lip to keep herself from laughing.

"Wow, that's one giant step for turtlekind, Donnie," Raphael said. "Nice."

"Tell me you're not serious about this," Eclipse said. "How is a water tower supposed to help?"

"It's not exactly what it appears to be." Donatello answered.

Boy Danger felt his body tensed as his ears pricked at the familiar whirs of a kraang ship. "Get down!" They took shelter in the shadows of the water tower, watching the Kraang stealth ship fly past, scanning the area. "They're scanning for humans."

A couple of Kraang droids emerged from a house, dragging a couple of humans with them. "Resistance to Kraang is that which is known as futile." They tossed the humans on the street in front of another droid with a gun hooked up to a mutagen tank.

"Prepare to be mutated by kraang!"

"Please! No!"

"Don't do it! No!"

The couple clung to each other but before the droid could shoot, Captain Violet threw a couple of shurikens at it, making it shoot in random directions before collapsing onto the pavement. The droid's last shot went above the humans but Leonardo tackled them out of the way before it could even touch them.

"Phew! Are you two alright?"

"Aah! Alien turtle!"

"Run!"

The two humans quickly bolted.

"Idiots." The wolf inside of Boy Danger growled, clearly not appreciating what the two humans did.

"No, that's okay!" Leonardo called after them. "It's not like we saved your lives or anything!" He took notice of the droids behind him, quickly turning to face them as he took out one of his katanas.

"Booyakasha!" Michelangelo shouted as he and the others jumped onto the droids.

Raphael removed his sais from a droid, spinning them in his hands. "Let's kick some kraang!"

The kraang began shooting at them as the seven teens dodged the lasers while slicing the alien robots with their weapons. However, they were forced to retreat to avoid the droids, until they found themselves surrounded.

Michelangelo glanced back at them. "This isn't good, guys."

Suddenly, a piece of bread hit a droid's head. The droid picked it up, staring at it.

"Oh, bread!" Pigeon Pete suddenly slammed into the droid, pecking it. The seven teens blinked and stared at him as the mutant faced them. "Oh, hiya fellas!"

The droids started shooting at him, only for a familiar mutant alligator to slam into them and destroy them with a roar.

"LeatherHead!" Michelangelo and Captain Violet shouted in unison.

The kraangs' eyes started glowing blue as they suddenly turned and started shooting at each other while a familiar mutant monkey floated into view.

"Dr. Rockwell?" Donatello questioned.

"Pigeon Pete?" Eclipse questioned, watching the pigeon mutant chase after another piece of bread.

Boy Danger felt his nose twitched at a familiar scent and a small growl left his lips, realizing who it was as the figure ran past the droids shooting at Pete, cutting them down with ease.

Both Leonardo and Boy Danger tightened their hold on their weapons. "You!"

"Greetings, turtles, Boy Danger, Captain Violet," Slash smirked, resting his mace on his shoulders. "Long time no see."

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

THEY ALL MANAGED to relocate to another rooftop, away from the kraang. Slash fist-bumped Raphael while Boy Danger did the best he could to keep his wolf from coming out and tearing the giant mutant turtle a new one. "Raphael, good to see you, brother, and the rest of you. Turtles, Boy Danger, Captain Violet, meet my team, dedicated to fighting the kraang. The Mighty Mutanimals! Ya already know my second-in-command."

LeatherHead climbed onto the rooftop as both Captain Violet and Michelangelo were ready running up to him and hugging him. "LeatherHead!"

LeatherHead chuckled, returning the hug. "It's good to see you two. All of you."

"And what, dear boy, are you staring at?" Rockwell asked, as Donatello had been watching him pick at his fur.

"Doctor Rockwell?" Donatello asked.

"Indeed!" Rockwell hovered around him. "The kraang experimented on my mind, giving me psychic powers and accidentally returning my vast intellect in the process!" He hung upside down in front of him and blew a raspberry at him.

"Rockwell's the brains of the team," Slash stated. "And this is the final member of the Mighty Mutanimals." He gestured to the shadow in the distance. Pigeon Pete revealed himself with a few pigeons around him.

"Pigeon Pete? The world's most useless mutant?" Raphael questioned.

"Hey!" Pete flew up, crash landing on the roof as he stood up. "I've toughened up a lot since the last time you saw me! I was just a pigeon-boy, now I'm a pigeon-man! I'm the team spy!"

"More like decoy." Eclipse muttered.

"Ooh, bread!" Pete dove after the bread Slash had thrown, getting the pigeon mutant out of Raphael's face.

Leonardo scoffed as he glared at the mutant. "Some leader, Slash," he snapped. "Using your teammates as bait!"

"You got a problem with that, Leonardo?" Slash demanded.

"A problem!?" Boy Danger snapped, storming up to him while the wolf inside of him thrashed against its chains. "You attacked us! Hell, you tried to kill us!"

"I wasn't right in the head then," Slash argued, putting a hand to his head. "It was the mutagen!"

"He did help us, guys," Michelangelo reminded.

"Yeah, and everyone deserves a second chance." Captain Violet added.

LeatherHead walked over to Slash, resting a hand on the large turtle's shoulder. "We trust him with our lives. Come, friends. Meet our benefactors. Then, you will surely change your mind, Leonardo, Henry." He started to walk away with the rest of his team.

Both Leonardo and Boy Danger glanced at the others to find them staring at them expectantly, making the two sigh. "Fine. But if this is a trap, your shell is ours, Slash." Leonardo said angrily.

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

THE SEVEN TEENS followed the Mighty Mutanimals to an abandoned warehouse and the moment that they did, the Mighty Mutanimals disappeared into the darkness. The seven teens looked around, gasping as a bright light turned on and shone in their eyes. They quickly pulled out their weapons, ready to fight as they cast their attention to the shadows in front of them.

"Greetings, ninjas."

Boy Danger felt the wolf inside of him immediately relaxed a bit at the familiar voice. The spotlight turned off as the lights turned on, allowing them to see the two people standing in front of the desk and another person was standing behind the desk.

"Jackson Kurtzman and Daniel Hale?" Raphael questioned.

"Good to see you, kids," Kurtzman said, sitting down on the desk behind him. "Been a long time."

"We thought the two of you got mutated with the rest of New York." Eclipse said.

"Us? No way," Daniel said as he then looked over at Boy Danger. "Hey, kid."

Boy Danger pursed his lips together and only gave a small nod at the man, unsure of what to said.

"Um... who's that?" Captain Violet asked, gesturing to the person behind the desk.

The person behind the desk was a short, attractive, and athletic teenaged girl with blond hair in a short-bob cut and brown-hazel eyes. She was wearing a flannel shirt, neutral-toned skinny jeans, and brown boots.

"That's Natalie," Daniel introduced. "She's my... daughter."

At those words, the five mutant turtles, Captain Violet, and Boy Danger blinked as they stared at him. "So... you have another kid." Raphael commented.

"Which makes her my..." Boy Danger let himself trailed off.

Daniel nodded slowly, finishing for him. "She's your sister. Well, half-sister."

Natalie pursed her lips together as she stared at Boy Danger, giving a small wave. He didn't move at first before giving a small, hesitantly wave. Then, the two stared at each other as if they were trying to take in their appearances and as they did, both Henry and Natalie couldn't help but notice how similar they looked to each otherโ€” or to Daniel.

"Awkward..." Michelangelo joked softly, immediately receiving unamused expressions from the other mutant turtles and Boy Danger. He chuckled nervously. "Too soon."

Daniel changed the subject. "I came across Natalie while I was looking for Jackson here and once we found him, we made it through the invasion and tried to find you guys, but you were gone. Luckily, we tracked down these noble warriors to help keep up the fight against the kraang."

Both Boy Danger and Leonardo let out a scoff. "I wouldn't exactly call them all noble." Leonardo remarked, glancing at Slash, who in return growled at him.

"No one in the outside world knows what's really going on. The military, the media, they're no help. They're all controlled by the kraang. But now that you guys are back, we can stop the invasion, together." Kurtzman finished.

"What!?" Slash snapped.

"Hell no!" Boy Danger snapped.

"No way!" Leonardo retorted.

"I'm not teaming up with them!"

Kurtzman slammed his hands on the desk. "That's enough! We can't afford to waste any more time." He pulled down a projector screen, turning on a slide projector which changed between slides to show off the kraang's plan. "The kraang have spent the last few months building a mutagen missile, which they're gonna fire at the earth itself." The picture changed to a lizard lady, Kurtzman quickly changed it back to the kraang's plan and cleared his throat. "Just ignore that."

"There's enough mutagen in that payloadโ€”"

"To mutate the earth into another Dimension X." Rockwell cut Donatello off, much to his annoyance.

"It's rude to finish other people's sentences, Rockwell." Donatello stated.

"Well, then clearly you'll have to speak faster, Donatello!" Rockwell retorted.

That alone set off an argument between everyone and the only ones who weren't arguing were Captain Violet, Michelangelo, and LeatherHead.

"If you two think I'm gonna work with this scrawny, shelled wimp and scrawny, weak wimpโ€”" Slash began.

Boy Danger whirled around to glare at Slash, his eyes flashing yellow as his teeth grew sharper just as he growled at him. "Slash, I swear, I'll rip that shell of yours off if I have too!"

"We've had more experience leading a team than you!" Leonardo added to their defense, glaring at the giant mutant turtle.

"We should sit and bake bread!" Pigeon Pete cheered.

"Oh, my, god! Enough about bread! Is that the only thing running through your mind!?" Eclipse yelled at the mutant pigeon.

Raphael turned to the mutant pigeon as well. "You are the biggest waste of mutagen ever!"

"Tiny brained reptiles!" Rockwell argued with Donatello.

"Can't we just give pizza a chance? There's enough pizza for everyone!" Michelangelo said as the arguing continued.

"This is getting out of hand." Captain Violet muttered to herself.

Suddenly, banging came from the doors and biotroid broke down the doors and immediately, kraang droids swarmed the second floor, aiming their guns at the group as all of the arguing ceased.

"Great, those annoying freaks." Natalie muttered under her breath.

"It is the ones called the turtles, Boy Danger, and Captain Violet! And the others calling themselves the Mighty Mutanimals!"

"Get them!" Slash shouted, the Mutanimals quick to obey as they darted to the droids.

Michelangelo jumped down to avoid the biotroid, only for the biotroid to grab him. LeatherHead took notice and started attacking the biotroid, making it drop Michelangelo.

Boy Danger had his twin swords out and slid underneath two droids while at the same time, cutting through them. He jumped to his feet and felt something pressed against his back, finding himself back-to-back with his girlfriend.

The golden masked mutant turtle smirked at him. "You ready?"

Boy Danger smirked, sheathing just one of his twin swords while Eclipse did the same with her kamas. "Let's do it."

The two spun around to switch droids on opposite sides of them, stabbing the droid that came up to them. Then, the two faced each other and Boy Danger crouched, cupping his hands. Eclipse used them as a step, allowing her boyfriend to give her a boost into the air. Three kraang droids charged at Boy Danger and he sliced through them with the twin sword he kept out. His ears pricked at more droids from behind rather than moving, he smirked as Eclipse landed on top of the droid's head, stabbing it with her kama before leaping off of it and slicing the other droids in half. One droid aimed its gun at her but never got the chance to fire because Boy Danger stabbed its head with his twin sword.

With his eyes glowing yellow, Daniel used his claws to slice four droids in half before he looked over, spotting the fight that his son and Eclipse were in. He raised an eyebrow as he watched them work together, their movements in perfect sync with the otherโ€” as if they knew what the other was going to do without even saying anything.

'Of course. Well, kid, looks like you found a good one.' Daniel thought secretly to himself.

Donatello was running up the stairs to the droids shooting on the second level.

"Allow me, Donatello." Rockwell floated up to the droids and used his psychic powers to lift them, sending them crashing into a wall.

"I had things under control!" Donatello snapped.

"Oh, yes, you and your little stick."

As the fight against the alien robots continued, Kurtzman was typing on the keyboard and grabbed a USB drive. He was about to run but got shot by stray lasers.

"No!" Leonardo and Boy Danger yelled.

"Mr. Kurtzman! No!" Slash shouted.

LeatherHead ran over and grabbed Kurtzman, picking him up to carry him out of there.

"Mutanimals, we're leaving!" Slash called, seeing that they were outnumbered.

"Ninjas, fall back!" Leonardo and Boy Danger called out in unison.

And with that, both teams fled the warehouse, escaping from the kraang.

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

CASEY GLANCED OUTSIDE before putting a board back up to hide the inside of the pizzeria before turning back to Kurtzman, who was lying on the couch and April placed a wet sponge on the man's head.

"All the intel Daniel and I have on the Kraang missile..." Kurtzman groaned in pain, holding the USB out. "Is on this drive. You all have to work together."

"I don't think that's a good idea." Boy Danger said, taking the USB.

"We agree on that much." Slash said, narrowing his eyes at him and Leonardo.

"Whatever problem is between the three of you doesn't matter. You have a common purpose. We're running out of time." Kurtzman muttered before fainting.

"Jackson!" Slash said, worriedly.

"Is he...?" April started but trailed off.

Splinter checked his pulse. "No. He is fine. I'm going to need to cauterize the wound."

"We need alcohol, bandages, and meds." April said.

"We're on it, Cupcake," Mara said. "There's a pharmacy down the street. We'll hit it for supplies." Mara, Kaz, Casey, and Zane then walked off.

"We will take care of Jackson," Splinter said. "You must unite and stop that missile before it is too late."

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

BOTH TEAMS ENDED up in the makeshift lab while Donatello typed away at his laptop. "I've got it!" He started. "We can disable the guidance system or better yetโ€”"

"Hack in and send the missile somewhere it can't do any harm." Rockwell interrupted, finishing his sentence.

"You stupid, psychic chimp." Donatello muttered, earning a screech from the mutant monkey as the two glared at each other.

"Okay, we ninja in from above, and then drop down and disarm the missile." Leonardo said.

"Forget it! I say ground attack," Slash responded. "They won't even know what hit them."

"Oh, yeah, sure, Slash, that'd work," Boy Danger said sarcastically as he rolled his eyes before glaring at the mutant. "If you're trying to get your team killed!"

"A ground attack is way too risky!" Leonardo added.

Raphael came in between them. "The only way this mission is gonna work is if we do both."

"Forget it, Raphael," Slash said. "Leave this to the Mighty Mutanimals! Come on, guys! We're outta here!" He turned, jumping down the hole with his team following.

"LeatherHead?" Captain Violet called.

"Wait, hold on!" Michelangelo called.

Leonardo placed his hands on their shoulders. "Let them go, guys. It's not worth it."

"We need a way to drop down on that missile," Boy Danger said. "Donnie?"

"I've got something that just might work." Donatello responded.

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

"YOU'VE GOT TO be kidding me." Eclipse said, a groan of annoyance leaving her lips as the seven teens found themselves back at the water tower.

"Not this again!" Raphael snapped.

"Are we gonna flood the place?" Michelangelo asked.

Donatello jumped onto the tower. "Not exactly." He twisted a value and the tower broke as a balloon expanded, showing what he had really been working on. "I give you... the Turtle Blimp!"

"Cool!"

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

ON THE TURTLE Blimp, they arrived at the site away from the kraang's eye without getting spotted.

"Guys, check it out." Raphael said to the others from lookout. "The Mutanimals' ground attack is the perfect distraction. While the kraang are focusing on them, we'll stop the missile!"

"See, guys? We're meant to work together with them!" Captain Violet said, looking over at their two leaders.

Neither one of them said anything as Leonardo and Boy Danger just crossed their arms over their chests.

Once they got close enough, they descended on their ropes. Raphael had an extra rope tied around his waist and they connected the other ends to Donatello, letting the scientist repel down to the controls of the missile.

"Um, guys?" Eclipse asked. "What's worse than regular kraang?"

They all looked up to see several kraang gliding toward them. "Flying Kraang!?" Leonardo exclaimed.

"Cover Donnie!" Boy Danger said. He, Leonardo, Eclipse, Michelangelo, and Captain Violet covered Donatello and Raphael from the kraang.

Suddenly, the missile rumbled beneath them, making them stumble a bit. Michelangelo's eyes widened. "Oh, snap! Dudes, dudettes, I think this thing's about to launch!"

"Hang on tight!" Leonardo yelled as the missile took off with all of them on it.

Eclipse cut down a couple droids that had managed to land on the missile. Raphael tried to dig his sais into the missile to keep from falling, but three droids grabbed onto him and made him lose his grip. He fell, only to be saved by the rope connecting him to Donatello.

"Donnie, make it quick! We're about to lose the atmosphere!" Leonardo yelled.

"Stop pressuring me!" Donatello yelled. "Setting the course for the heart of the sun!"

The missile shifted while everyone clung the best they could. "Now what do we do?" Captain Violet asked.

"Jump!" Boy Danger yelled.

And so, they all jumped off the missile, screaming. Captain Violet closed her eyes for a second but when she opened again, her sapphire blue eyes suddenly turned evil red with black pupils. She threw her hands out at the same time that a teal blue aura formed around her hands.

The screams stopped as suddenly, none of them were falling and instead floating in the air. "Uh... what's going on? How come we aren't falling?" Raphael questioned.

"No idea, man." Michelangelo answered.

"Uh, guys?" Eclipse said, looking over at her youngest sister. "You might want to look at Vi."

They looked over at Captain Violet and rather than seeing her sapphire blue eyes, they were greeted with her evil red eyes with black pupils. She made them float over to the blimp before setting them down, their feet touching the blimp.

"Uh, Violet?" Leonardo asked, unsure if she could hear him.

"Wrong person. Well, kinda." Captain Violet said, yet her voice sounded different. It came out as demonic.

Michelangelo blinked. "Then who...?"

"Her demon side, dummy." Donatello told him.

"Five points to the smart one." Unagami responded before she narrowed her eyes at them. "Can you idiots try not to get killed?"

Raphael narrowed his eyes at her, not used to hearing a different voice coming from his youngest sister. "Who are you calling idiots?"

"You six," Unagami retorted with an eye roll. "You're lucky I was able to take control to save you idiots in the first place. It wasn't easy when she's so adamant on not using her magic and keeping me at bay."

Raphael blinked, taken aback from the attitude. For a split second, he had to remind himself that this wasn't technically Briana talking to them at the moment.

"If you think we're idiots, then why did you save us in the first place? You could've saved just Briana." Eclipse questioned.

"...Because it would be so annoying to hear my vessel cry nonstop just because you six are dead." Unagami answered, yet there was a slight hint of hesitation in her tone that the demon hoped none of them picked it up on. "As annoying as you all are, I don't feel like dealing with it. But do me a favor? Try not to get killed."

Before one of them could said something else, the evil red color in her eyes with black pupils vanished and changed back to her sapphire blue eye color. Captain Violet blinked as she looked around before back at them.

"Uh, weren't we falling earlier? How did we end up on the blimp?" Captain Violet asked.

"You don't remember?" Boy Danger asked.

Captain Violet shook her head slowly. "No...? Should I?"

The five mutant turtles and Boy Danger glanced at each other before looking back at her. "Nope."

Captain Violet stared at them for a while before she shrugged. "Well, at least we stopped the missile."

Boy Danger looked through the spyglass to see Pigeon Pete eating a loaf while Irmabot's head shot at him from behind, hitting him. Slash jumped in front of him, using his shell to protect him from getting hit again before running to the bot and smashing it with his mace. He turned to check on his teammate.

Boy Danger blinked, passing the spyglass to Leonardo so he could look. 'I guess he did changed.' He thought secretly to himself.

"BOOYAKASHA!" Michelangelo yelled, shooting at the droids with the blimp's garbage cannon.

"Kraang! Retreat for now! Retreat!" Kraang Sub-Prime called out as he escaped with the droids.

Both teams cheered while the blimp landed safely on the ground.

"LeatherHead!" Michelangelo and Captain Violet jumped out of the blimp, running and hugging the gator.

"My friends." LeatherHead hugged them.

"I was so scared I'd never see you again." Michelangelo said.

"Nice job back there, Pete." Raphael held out his hand for a high-five, only to move it away when Pigeon Pete went for it. "Aw, too slow!"

"Not bad, Pete, for a pigeon." Eclipse admitted.

"You know, uh..." Donatello cleared his throat. "I think there's room enough for two mutant geniuses in this city, Rockwell."

"I concur," Rockwell responded. "Of course, warm-blooded mammals are still considered far more intelligent than inferior, cold-blooded, tiny brained reptiles. Burn."

Then, both Leonardo and Boy Danger approached the giant mutant turtle. "Gotta admit, Slash, we're impressed. You stepped up and saved your teammates when they needed you the most."

Slash nodded. "Told ya I changed, guys. I'm a different kind of turtle now." Boy Danger held out his hand for him to shake, and he did and then, he shook Leonardo's hand as well. He looked around at the others. "Alright, fellas, time to storm TCRI."

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

THE WOLF INSIDE of him was feeling anxious as every now and then, Boy Danger could feel the wolf tug at the chains that kept it restrained, wanting to come out to see if the Mighty Mutanimals need a hand in breaking into TCRI to turn on the portal while the rest of them were waiting in the blimp. Though, the thought of going back to Dimension Xโ€” Boy Danger was definitely not looking forward to that.

"So, do we even have a real plan here or are we just winging it for laughs?" Raphael asked.

"It's all on the Mighty Mutanimals," Donatello responded. "First, they break into TCRI, and then Doctor Rockwell activates the portal. And then, it's back to Dimension X."

"Yeah, boy!" Michelangelo cheered, hanging upside down from the top of the blimp while doing a high-five with Captain Violet. "I get to be smart again."

"You two are the only ones that are excited to go back to that place." Eclipse remarked.

"I get the first part, makes sense. It's the 'save millions of mutated New Yorkers' part I don't get." Raphael said.

"Well, Donnie and Vi have their super retro-mutagen stuff," Boy Danger pointed out. "That'll work. Uh, right, guys?"

"Definitely!" Captain Violet said with a wide grin.

Donatello was holding the improved retro-mutagen canister in his hands. "And once we change all the humans back, Rockwell will hone in on us with the kraang portal and theoretically, teleport us all back to Earth... hopefully... maybe."

"Real reassuring, Donnie." Eclipse commented skeptically.

"I just hope the Mutanimals don't screw this up," Leonardo said. "If they can't get that portal open..."

He trailed off uncertainty, none of them needed him to finish that sentence since they all knew what was at stake if they failed.

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

THE MIGHTY MUTANIMALS burst through the wall, drawing the attention of every droid in the room.

"Aw, kraang."

"Mutanimals, go!" Slash called as they charged into the room and began their attack.

Slash slammed one droid with his mace, Rockwell took another droid out with his psychic powers, and LeatherHead grabbed two droids by their heads and slammed them into a third one.

"Doc, get that portal up pronto!" Slash ordered.

Rockwell headed for the control grid, jumping on the droid at the panel and kicking it off the ledge. He turned to the grip and started typing. "Hacking in now."

"Doc, hurry it up!" Slash threw a piece of bread at a droid and he caught it.

"Bread! Give me bread!" Pigeon Pete dove at the droid, knocking it to the floor and pecking at it.

Rockwell finished his hacking as the portal powered up. "The portal is up!"

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

A PURPLE BEAM shot from the top of TCRI as the portal to Dimension X activated. "Yes! They did it!" Michelangelo cheered.

Leonardo blinked. "Unbelievable."

"Hoist the mizzenmast, lads and lassies!" Raphael called out in a pirate voice. "This pirate ship's about to jack Dimension X!"

"Ready your oxygen converters, guys!" Donatello said as they all put on their filtration units.

"BOOYAKASHA!" Michelangelo shouted as they flew up to the portal.

They were pulled through the portal and arrived on the other side, the blimp coming out upside down and backwards.

"Okay..." Leonardo started. "Welcome back to Dimension X."

Boy Danger sighed. "I forgot how much I hate this place."

Donatello righted the blimp. "Phew. Well, that's 23% better."

"And I got a way of making it a thousand times better." Michelangelo hung down between Eclipse and Raphael before lifting himself back up. "Booyakasha." He jumped onto the rails of the catwalk and threw down a smoke bomb, making them all cough.

"Mikey!"

The smoke cleared to reveal Michelangelo sporting his outfit from their last visit to Dimension X. "Savage Mikey of Dimension X has returns!" He struck a pose.

"Again with the costumes!?" Raphael yelled.

Leonardo placed a hand on his shoulder as he sighed. "Let's just go with it." He cleared his throat. "Great 'Savage Mikey.' So, where do you think the kraang are keeping all those mutated humans?"

"Hold on." Michelangelo put his thumb in his mouth before moving it to his forehead, his finger pointed upward. "I can sense them with my organic antenna." He started wiggling his fingers and doing a little dance, making strange noises as he made his way around the blimp. Finally, he gasped, standing on top of it. "That way!" He pointed in the direction that they were headed.

Captain Violet smirked, putting her hands on her hips. "You heard the man, D! Full speed ahead!"

"WE GOTTA KEEP that portal open for the sake of the city!" Slash stated, knocking a droid into the air with his mace. LeatherHead caught the droid in his jaws and rolled over another group.

"It's impossible!" Pete responded, dodging the lasers being fired at him. "They just keep coming! And we're getting low on sourdough!"

The elevator doors opened and Mrs. Campbell stepped out with some biodroids by her side. "Biodroids. Irmabots."

Rockwell's eyes widened. "We are in a staggeringly phenomenal amount of danger."

"Destroy the mutants!" Mrs. Campbell cracked a whip and the droids charged the group.

"Mutanimals, don't let them near Rockwell!" Slash ordered.

The group charged at the droids, though Pigeon Pete got pinned down. "Aah! Hell, fellas!"

Slash quickly came to his aid, knocking aside the robots, only for a biotroid to slam into him and send him crashing to the wall. Rockwell used his powers to pick up a couple of guns and shoot at the droids. But then, Mrs. Campbell used the Irmabots to jump up, throwing her whip and slammed it into the mutant monkey.

Rockwell fell to the floor, his helmet rolling away. "My psychic amplifier!" A biotroid climbed up onto the platform and grabbed him.

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

"SO, WHERE ARE all the people?" Leonardo questioned, looking through the telescope.

"Feels like we've been searching forever." Eclipse commented.

"We probably have been," Captain Violet commented. "Time's different here, remember? Let's just hope that the others can distract the kraang long enough to get this over with."

"You got any idea where we're going, Mikey? For real?" Raphael asked.

"Of course I do, dude!" Michelangelo responded.

Boy Danger's ears pricked at a loud roar and he looked to see Kraathathrogon in front of the blimp. "You've gotta be kidding me."

"But there are always surprises along the way." Michelangelo added quickly, holding onto tightly to the ladder with a nervous laugh.

"It's a Kraatharogon!" Donatello shouted through his speaker. "Man the defenses!"

Eclipse moved to their cannons and started firing garbage at the kraang worm. It didn't faze it and charged right at them. Eclipse rolled aside just in time as the worm flew straight through the balloon. They all screamed as the blimp flew out of control, crashing onto one of the floating islands while they were all sent out of the blimp and into the crystal trees.

Michelangelo groaned. "Uh, I think I broke my brain."

"Ha, what brain?" Raphael got back to his feet, drawing his sais. "I'm taking this freaky space worm down myself!"

The worm headed right for him, coming up behind him and used its butt-face to slap him right off the edge of the platform. He flailed his arms and screamed as he fell.

Boy Danger ran to help but stopped when they heard screaming from above. Everyone looked up as Raphael crashed down on top of Boy Danger.

Boy Danger groaned. "Man, I really hate this place."

The Kraatharogon flew over their heads. "Don't worry, guys! We got this!" Captain Violet said.

Both Captain Violet and Michelangelo jumped up to the crystal treeโ€” Captain Violet broke a piece while Michelangelo grabbed one of the grapple worms. He aimed it at the alien worm and shot it. It latched onto the creature and Captain Violet threw the crystal piece to him as he swung onto the worm, catching the rock.

Michelangelo ran along the worm's back and jumped off, throwing the crushed crystal shards at the worm's butt-face. The shards exploded and it fled. He landed on a crystal tree.

"Oh, yeah, their weak spot are their butt-faces." Captain Violet told the others.

"Guys, look!" Donatello called, pointing at another island.

Leonardo took out his telescope and looked through it. "This just keeps getting worse and worse."

Michelangelo jumped down to them. "Let me guess. The humans that got Kraangitized have been turned into servants and are mining energy crystals for the kraang."

Everyone stared at him.

"Mikey, you never cease to amaze me." Boy Danger said.

"I'm awesome like that, bro."

"So, we figure out a way to turn the humans backโ€”" Eclipse started.

"And then, the Mutanimals figure out a way to bring us back." Donatello finished.

"It doesn't seem possible." Leonardo said.

"They can do it, Leo. They're the Mighty Mutanimals," Captain Violet said. "They probably have everything under control."

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

"ROCKWELL!" SLASH NOTICED Rockwell being restrained as he got pinned down by another biotroid. "LeatherHead, take down that robot now!"

LeatherHead roared and dashed for the platform, jumping for it but two biodroids grabbed him and threw him back. He landed on all fours, crushing the droid underneath him and ran at the biodroids. A biodroid grabbed him, restraining his arms.

"Let me go, beast!"

The biodroids pinned him to the floor. Slash threw his own biodroid off, getting up and knocking away a few Irmabots. He then noticed what was happening to his teammates.

"No. My team."

"Give up, mutant, or your friends will perish." Mrs. Campbell threatened, aiming her rocket at the mutant monkey.

"Slash!" Rockwell yelled. "You can't let them deactivate the portal! The turtles, Boy Danger, and Captain Violet will be trapped in Dimension X!"

Slash growled, glancing at the biodroids surrounding them. Then, he dropped his mace and Mrs. Campbell pressed a button, closing the portal.

"No. My friends!"

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

"It looks like the kraang have human hybrids on those three islands." Leonardo stated, putting his telescope away.

"Those islands are huge, man!" Raphael called. "I mean, how are we supposed to turn all those mutants back into people?"

"You forget, Raph," Donatello held up his canister of retro-mutagen. "We just need to find a massive amount of mutagen and convert it into retro-mutagen with this."

"Oh, that's it, Donnie? A massive amount of mutagen? Sure, we definitely have time to milk a few thousand kraang worms!" Eclipse said sarcastically.

"I bet that thing has a ton of mutagen inside of it." Michelangelo said, pointing to a ship above them.

"A Technodrome?" Boy Danger asked. "Mikeyโ€”"

"Don't say it, I know. I'm a genius." Michelangelo said.

"Actually, I was gonna say you're crazy!" Boy Danger snapped. "Steal a Technodrome!? And we can't even get over there, the blimp's a wreck!"

"How about we steal one of those?" Captain Violet asked, pointing at the stealth ships that were parked nearby.

Raphael smirked. "This is so crazy I'm starting to like this plan."

"Alright, guys. Stay frosty. And keep quiet." Michelangelo instructed. "And all those other Leo-isms Leo likes to say."

They ran for the edge of the island and jumped for the platform. Suddenly, they got pulled upwards and into the air, only to somehow end up at the other side of the island from below.

"Okay, team, when I give the signalโ€”" Leonardo began.

"It'll be this!" Michelangelo interrupted. "Ca-caw! Ca-caw! And then we sneak inside the ship."

"That sounds like a great idea!" Subprime appeared from behind them, landing on the island.

Eclipse rolled her eyes. "Great, this guy again."

"That's right, freaks!" The Irmabot opened up to reveal Subprime in the center. "Kraang Subprime returns!" He began flexing a tentacle. "You like that, don't ya?" He flexed both tentacles. "Do you like this? Yeah, you like that. Now, come quietly or I vaporize you." Captain Violet threw something at him but he dodged them, smirking. "Ha! You missed!"

Captain Violet smirked as she glanced at his feet, Subprime followed her gaze and saw the crystals planted there. Captain Violet looked over at Boy Danger and pointed at her ears while Boy Danger raised an eyebrow, yet he covered his ears anyway. Then, Captain Violet gave a high-pitched shriek and the crystals reacted to the sound, exploding and blasting Subprime off the island.

"You did it, little sister!" Raphael cheered.

Captain Violet smirked confidently, sharing a high-five with Michelangelo. "That's cause I'm suh-suh-suh-sweet!"

The other mutant turtles and Boy Danger shared a glance before back at her. None of them were used to her being so confident and it made them wonder just how long it would take for her to realize that she had this part of her.

Then, they made their way to the sheath ship and dropped into the control room. "Get this baby moving, D!" Michelangelo said.

Donatello started typing at the console. "I'm starting it. I'm starting it!" The ship came online, lighting up.

"So, you really know how to fly this thing?" Leonardo asked.

"Um, sort of. I kinda did it before. Not exactly."

"Just get this bird in the air already!" Raphael snapped.

The ship lifted into the air but crashed into a nearby wall, sending them to the floor. "Forward might be nice, Donnie!" Eclipse said.

"Oh, let me handle it." Michelangelo pushed his brother out of the way and took the controls, typing on the console. The ship took off and he placed his hands on the orb in the middle of the console to steer.

"So, what are we gonna do when we reach the Technodrome, huh? Anyone thought that far ahead?" Raphael asked.

"Um, not really?" Donatello responded.

"Uh, guys," Boy Danger said. "I think we've got bigger, badder problems. Look!" He pointed at the screen as a large, two-headed dragon-like droid flew straight at them.

"Uh, Mikey, Vi? You wouldn't happen to know how to get rid of that thing, right?" Eclipse asked hopefully.

"We've never seen that thing before." Michelangelo answered.

"Yeah, that's new," Captain Violet said as the droid shot bolts of electricity at the ship.

Michelangelo swerved to dodge them and maneuvered the ship around floating islands and toward a bunch of long pillars. "Strap your shells on tight, guys." He hit a button and the ship sped up. He wove through the pillars, emerging on the other side and aimed at the Technodrome. "Booyakasha!"

But the droid caught up as Michelangelo continued to swerve, avoiding the blasts that the dragon-droid sent at them, only for the ship to get stuck.

"Look out!"

They all screamed as the ship hurtled toward the Technodrome before crashing into it in an explosion of smoke.

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

"LET US OUT!" Slash snapped, slamming his fists against the glass cage they were kept in. "I swear, once I break these walls down, I'llโ€”"

LeatherHead grabbed Slash's shoulder, pulling him away from the glass. "It is useless, my friend."

Slash sat down on the floor, shell against the glass. "It's my fault we got captured. Maybe Leonardo and Henry were right. Maybe I'm not fit to lead this team."

LeatherHead knelt before the turtle. "I have seen you save humans from the kraang, rescue your fellow mutants. You are a good soul, Slash."

Slash sighed. "Thank you, brother. But if we can't save Leonardo, Henry, and the others, then all of the humans in New York are doomed. We failed."

Pigeon Pete started to panic. "I'mโ€” I'm losing it, guys. The walls. Too cramped! I have to go to the bathroom!"

Rockwell slapped him. "Calm down, man! I'm trying to focus!" He sat down, closing his eyes and taking a meditative stance. "Ohm. Ohm."

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

THE HATCH TO the stealth ship opened and there were several kranng droids down below. Leonardo drew his katanas and dropped down, taking them down before they could shoot. The others dropped down behind him as the droids began shooting.

They followed Donatello into a room and Raphael spun his sai and stabbed it into the consoles, making it malfunction and the doors slid shut.

"We made it! Wow, that was easy." Raphael said.

"Raph? You might want to look." Eclipse said.

In the center of the room was a huge tube of mutagen surrounded by huge blades spinning above and below them. Kraang were scattered around, in their floating pods or robot bodies.

"Aw, Kraang..." Raphael muttered.

"Guys, attack!" Leonardo said, running along the catwalk and toward the droids.

"Leo, I'm leader in Dimension X!" Michelangelo called back, jumping onto one of the floating pods and using it as a platform. He threw his kusarigama chain around the mutagen tube and one end of the chain hit the gun of the droid captain while he slammed into him, catching the blaster.

"Then figure out a way to take out all these kraang droids!" Leonardo shot back, cutting down a droid.

As the kraang were firing at them, the seven teens were dodging while cutting them down. "Oh, yeah! Check me out!" Michelangelo had each foot on a kraang floating device, a pair of guns in his hands as he shot at the kraang. He laughed, clearly enjoying himself as he took out the droids before lowering himself to the ground.

"Mikey, that was amazing!" Raphael said.

"Dimension X plus years of video game equals Mikey awesomeness!" Michelangelo responded.

"Great, get this thing moving. Donnie, what have we got?" Leonardo asked.

"Good news. It looks like we have access to their mutagen supply through this fuel tube," Donatello explained as Captain Violet began typing on a control console. "Not only do they use mutagen to terraform, they use it to power the ship. We've got a massive supply! Likeโ€” like this much!" He turned from the tube, spreading his arms to emphasize.

Captain Violet was typing on the controls all over the place and with the final touch, she brought up the Technodrome's controls and started it up. "Yes! She's moving!" She grabbed one of the yolk controls. "Let's save New York!"

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

"WHAT'S ROCKWELL DOING, LeatherHead?" Slash questioned.

"Focusing," the mutant alligator responded. "Without his psychic amplifier, his power is greatly diminished."

Rockwell focused, taking hold of the droid head and bringing it up to the cage.

"It's working!" Pete cheered. "Iโ€”It's working! Joy, joy!"

Rockwell brought it up to the scanner, releasing them from their glass cage.

Slash smirked. "You did good, doc!"

"Freedom!" LeatherHead shouted, the Mutanimals jumped from their cage. They quickly set off with the droids shooting at them.

"We still have to reactive the portal!" Rockwell called.

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

"WE HAVE A VISUAL on the human hybrids, Donnie," Eclipse said. "We need that portal ready to go."

"Give me two seconds," Donatello stated. "I gotta add the retro-mutagen."

He placed the canister against the table console and the retro-mutagen emptied from the vial. The lights started flashing and the spinning blades stopping as the Technodrome stopped to a halt, nearly making them fall.

"What happened? Why did we stopped?" Boy Danger asked.

Donatello started typing on the console. "I told you, the Technodrome runs on mutagen. Aah!" The console started smoking in his face as an alarm went off. "The engines just can't take the retro-mutagen, captains!"

"Not true," Captain Violet said, typing on the console. "I just need to alter the ship's fuel converters, tweak the quantum defibrillations, and... tada!" She pressed one last button and the power came back on as the retro-mutagen surged through the ship.

"Vi, you're aโ€”"

"A genius, I know."

"Guys!" Leonardo called, staring at the door where a saw was grinding through, shredding sparks.

The saw pulled back and Subprime appeared through the gap. "Here's Kraangy!"

"Okay, Donnie, we need that portal open!" Boy Danger said. "Call the Mutanimals!"

Donatello pulled out his phone. "Come in, Doctor Rockwell. Doc? You there? Anybody?!"

"Great," Raphael said. "If the Mutanimals can't transport us back, cancel the entire rescue mission."

"And us going home." Eclipse added.

"Have faith in them, guys. They won't let us down," Captain Violet said. "We just gotta give them some time."

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

"JUST DO IT already!" Slash used his mace to take down a couple of Irmabots.

Pigeon Pete flew Rockwell up to the platform and the mutant monkey began typing into the console. "Now, if we can transform the portal into a three-dimensional coordinate locked beamโ€”" Rockwell cut off as Mrs. Campbell landed beside him, aiming her rockets at him.

Rockwell turned and covered his head but Slash threw his mace at the droid, knocking her against the wall and off the platform.

Rockwell hit the last button. "Yes! The portal is a go!" The portal shot up, opening again.

"We did it!" Slash cheered.

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

"DONATELLO, WE ARE back online. Thirty seconds before we teleport you home." Rockwell announced through the T-Phone.

"Sending coordinates now, adjusting for fifth-dimensional space." Donatello responded, typing on the console.

"There they are!" Michelangelo said. "The hybrids. Aw, man, look at them! They're forced to work like Kravarian ant-people."

"Well, not much longer," Leonardo said. "You ready with the retro-mutagen, Raph, Clips?"

Both Raphael and Eclipse smirked, taking the controls. "Locked and loaded."

"Fire!"

Both Eclipse and Raphael fired the retro-mutagen right at the island with the hybrids, transforming them back to normal.

"I'm just getting started, turtles, Boy Danger, Captain Violet!" Subprime shouted. "I'm coming for your sweet shells!"

"Donnie, we need those humans teleported out now!" Boy Danger said, seeing the humans struggling to breathe.

"I'm on it!" Donatello typed into the console and pushed a few buttons. In a matter of seconds, the humans were teleported back to New York City. He began geeking out excitedly. "We did it! We turned a multi-dimensional transmat device into a mass-displacement teleporter!"

"I have no idea what you just said, but hooray?" Raphael said.

"That's how we're going home, Raph," Michelangelo chuckled. "Teleportation, y'all."

"Just like Space Heroes!" Leonardo said excitedly as Captain Violet's face lit up from their favorite cartoon.

"No way!" Raphael snapped. "Forget it. You're not beaming my particles!"

The door exploded and Subprime entered with several other droids. "Surprise! Forget about me?"

Boy Danger rolled his eyes. "With that annoying voice? I wish."

Raphael started moving the controls as fast as he could alongside Eclipse. "Okay, let's start beaming particles, Donnie!"

"You've gotta hold them off, guys!" Captain Violet said. "I've gotta pilot this thing!"

"Hold them off? How!?" Leonardo asked.

"Yeah, that's a real good question, greenie," Subprime said. He fired a laser cannon and they ducked to avoid it.

As Leonardo and Michelangelo took down the droids, Boy Danger led Subprime up onto the blades overhead, fending him off. But then, Subprime knocked him off one of the blades.

"Danger!" Raphael grabbed his arm before he could fall into the blades below, pulling him back onto the catwalk. The others ran across to join them as Leonardo dealt with the last droid.

"You're finished, scums! Finished!" Subprime laughed, jumping down to attack, only for them to get teleported back to the city.

They fell onto a rooftop with grunts and yelps of surprise. They all groaned, standing up and looking down into the streets to see the humans coming back while the kraang vanished. The humans cheered and clapped.

"We did it," Leonardo said. "Somehow, we did it!"

"We're the best!" Michelangelo cheered. "Go, ninja! Go, ninja, go!"

"Woo-hoo!" Eclipse cheered.

Raphael pumped a fist into the air. "Take that, kraang!"

"Finally, everything is gonna go back to normal." Donatello said.

"Well, as normal as this city can get." Captain Violet added.

Boy Danger grinned. "Eh, normal's overrated."

"Yeah, but what about the Mighty Mutanimals?" Raphael asked.

"What about us?" They all turned to find the Mighty Mutanimals standing on the roof behind them.

"LeatherHead!" Both Michelangelo and Captain Violet ran towards them to hug him. "My big green buddy!"

"We made it, my friends." LeatherHead hugged them back.

"Looks like our plan worked, Doctor." Donatello said.

"Yes, and teleporting the kraang back to Dimension X was a stroke of genius." Rockwell responded.

"You gotta admit, guys," Eclipse said. "We couldn't have done this without Slash and his team."

Leonardo nodded, him and Boy Danger facing the mutant turtle. "You did great, Slash. We're sorry we doubted you."

Boy Danger gave him a soft smile, holding his hand out. "Everyone deserves a second chance."

Slash grinned, taking his hand and shaking it. "I just tried to model myself after the two best leaders I ever knew. You two." He smiled at them.

They broke away and turned to face the group. "Ninjas. Mutanimals. It's time to celebrate!"

"Booyakasha!"

Down below, their friends were leaving the pizzeria to search for the rest of their families, Piper turned and her face brightened, a grin coming onto her face when she spotted her parents.

"Mom! Dad!"

From the rooftop and now standing at the edge, Boy Danger watched as his little sister ran towards Jack and Kris and hugged them, who returned the hug as well. But the more he watched, he couldn't help but feel his heart sink, noticing how they look like any other ordinary, normal parents with their child.

As if they weren't divorced because of a secret affair that resulted in a child hadn't ruined their marriage.

But the more he thought about it, he wondered how long it'd last given how his parents were never around and that he was the one that raised Piper instead of them. However, at the same time, he couldn't help but wondered if things would be differentโ€” if things could be different, if he wasn't there to remind Jack of Kris's secret affair.

Maybe he shouldโ€”

"You could go see them too, if you want."

His thoughts were cut off as he looked over to see the golden masked mutant turtle standing next to him, a soft smile on her faceโ€” the very one that always seemed to bring a smile to his face.

"Maybe I will later," Boy Danger said. "For now, let's celebrate."

"I mean, I did tell you that the plan would work." Eclipse reminded, a smirk on her face as she leaned closer to him.

Boy Danger smiled, a soft chuckle leaving his lips while his eyes met hers. "You did, and you were right."

Eclipse smiled before pushing her lips against his for a kiss that Boy Danger happily returned. The two pulled away when they heard a...

"Oh, my, god."

The pair looked over to see the Mutanimals with smirks on their faces while the other mutant turtles and Captain Violet had their eyes widened, looks of surprise on their faces.

"Wait... have you two been together this whole time?" Leonardo asked, a soft grin slowly forming onto his face.

"Surprise." Both Boy Danger and Eclipse said in unison as the others couldn't help but grinned widely.

"Finally!" Raphael said, a wide grin on his face. "Man, you two took forever to get together!"

The pair chuckled as the others couldn't help but go up to walk them and exchange high-fives or fist-bumps, smiles and grins on each and every one of their faces.

But none of them had no idea what else was coming their way...

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

A BLACK MINIVAN pulled up in front of a house that had a sold sign in front of it. As the vehicle came to a stop in the driveway, the doors to the vehicle opened and a family of four piled out of the car.

One of them happened to be an attractive, young teenaged boy with pale skin, brown hair, and brown eyes. He was wearing a white short-sleeved t-shirt, a green hoodie over it, black slim-cut jeans, and white Vans sneakers.

"Why couldn't we stay in Japan? I'm tired of all the moving." Lorenzo questioned.

"You know why, Lorenzo," his mother told him. "Your father is a highly respected private security consultant and a federally licensed firearms dealer. It's not exactly a 9:00-to-5:00 office job. The hours are always going to be like that, and there are going to be times where we have to move."

Lydia was an attractive middle-aged woman with short black hair and bright blue eyes with very pale skin. She was wearing a dark red dress with a pair of heels on it and her fingernails were painted red.

"I get that, but I'm tired of having to go to another new school." Lorenzo added, a tired sigh leaving his lips.

"Yeah, it's bad enough that we got held back in fifth grade because of all the moving." His twin sister, Cordelia added in her own response as well.

Cordelia was an inch taller than her twin brother and she had pale skin, curly dark brown hair, and brown eyes. She was wearing a short-sleeved gray shirt, a light brown jacket over it, black leggings, and gray boots on.

"Look, I know it stinks having to start the school year all over again, but think of it as a new adventure." Their father, Connor told them.

Connor was a tall man and most likely about 5'10 in his height with a muscular build. He had short brown hair that was flecked with a few gray hairs and brown eyes. He was wearing a black shirt, a leather jacket over his shirt, denim jeans, and black boots.

"A new adventure until we have to move again." Lorenzo mumbled.

"Why don't you two go pick your new rooms? Your father and I will grab the bags." Lydia told them, giving them a small smile.

"Come on, Enzo," Cordelia said as she began walking towards the door. "You gotta hurry or else, you're gonna get stuck with the smallest room."

Lorenzo didn't hesitate to rush after her, disappearing into the house. The moment that they were gone, the smile on Lydia's face vanished as she turned and found her husband already at the back of the minivan.

"Is Kimberly coming?" Lydia questioned, walking over and standing at the edge of the minivan.

Connor shook his head, opening the back of the minivan where the bags were, starting to take them out. "No, I told her that I'd handle it."

"You know how your sister is though," Lydia reminded. "You really think we can handle it without her help? You saw the news about the invasion that happened here. This city is filled with freaks and some of them are even human."

Connor nodded, pulling out the last bag from the minivan before making sure that nobody was around. Then, he opened the secret compartment that the bag was on top of, revealing his guns, bows, knives, and other weapons inside.

"Trust me, Lys," Connor told his wife, a serious look on his face. "Those freaks won't know what hit them when we're done with them. We'll kill every single one of them."

Lydia nodded. "Well then, let's rid this city of its problem."

"We saved New York City and took it back from the kraang, yes, but there was a bunch more problems coming our way."
