"Ah, w-what is happening?" Taehyung groaned as he slowly got up and started looking around.

He was about to get up when he felt that he was stark naked like a newborn. Clicking his tongue, he looked around for any clothes but his eyes got stucked by seeing a lump in his blanket.

"Who the hell dared to take my blanket?" Taehyung raised his brow but soon the realisation hit my like a truck and remembered everything which took place before he passed out.

He fucking slept with someone who wasn't even a human, it was a merman; a harmless one though (he would like to add this point because he was still smitten by Jimin's unresistbly charms). 

He slowly decided to remove the blanket to confirm that it was the merman he met last night on the beach. Taehyung felt his heart melt when he saw that how Jimin was awake under the blanket and had a huge pout on red lips as his eyes were round while he was looking at Taehyung's phone with curiousity.

"Jimin" Taehyung called out and Jimin immediately kept the phone aside and looked at Taehyung for a moment before jumping on his lap and hugged him like a Koala.

"You woke up? I was upset." The smaller said as he rubbed his face on Taehyung's shoulder and the taller had a mini heart attack because of the cuteness he was witnessing.

Taehyung assured him by caressing Jimin's bare body and placed few pecks on his head lovingly. He didn't feel like letting the later slip away, so what if he wasn't like Taehyung? He was the type Taehyung wanted and nothing can change that fact, not even the truth of Jimin being a merman instead of a human.

"I-I thought you'll hate me because I'm a m-merman. But I was still not going back to sea b-because you promised that you'll love me so I was waiting to fight with you. Lets fight?!"

Jimin announced questioningly with a cute face before getting in an attacking position and lord, did Taehyung laugh like a maniac?!!

"Hahaha baby" Taehyung literally rolled on the bed when Jimin called out for him "Get up, loser. I won't let you kick me out." and with that Jimin marched on Taehyung but the later was quick to dodge it off while his vision was getting blurry because of the tears he got after laughing so hard.

Taehyung held Jimin in his arms and because of his comparatively smaller frame, he was easily able to trap the cutie under him who looked at him with wide eyes.

The taller leaned down and pecked Jimin's lips who opened his mouth like a fish gaping for water and muttered a 'woah' with amusement abd Taehyung kept giving him several pecks to see the same reaction which was really cute.

"Let's fight like this, hmm? I'm not going to kick you out, baby. I'm not the kind of man who breaks his promises. I'll really love you forever but there's a huge problem."

Jimin took a minute to digest to whole thing before he blinked like an abandoned puppy.

"What i-is the problem?" He questioned and turned his lower lip outside, showing his upset face to Taehyung because at this rate, he has clearly realised one thing that his new human lover had a thing for Jimin's cuteness so he was going to take full benefit of it now.

"The problem is that there are a set of rules you'll need to follow and if you disobey any one of them, people will come and take you away from me and will seperate us forever. Humans are not trustable. They're scary, well except me."

Taehyung said while making a scary face and the smaller flinched lightly and snuggled close to the taller, trying to not make it obvious which didn't go unnoticed by the taller who secretly cooed.

"What r-rules?"

"Umm ... I'll tell you the rules but firstly we need to explore more about you, hm?"

And Jimin nodded understandigily and did whatever Taehyung told him and answered his each questions correctly. The taller even used web to surf more about mermen to understand everything and after almost six hours of research and interrogation with Jimin, they finally came to a conclusion and Taehyung noted down a few points before making a list of certain important points.

"Is it completed?"

Jimin asked while chewing his bottom lip nervously while he was sitting on Taehyung's back while the taller was laying flat on his stomach and was making notes on his màcbook . Jimin has been sitting there for so long, enjoying sitting on Taehyung's back as he peaked into the laptop quietly with curiousity.

To him, this thing looked really shiny and would change things on the screen whenever Taehyung did something or pressed at some places. Jimin found it really edible and wanted to grill his teeth on the corner to find how it tastes but he was waiting to do it once Taehyung is done. He has been sharpening his canines for few minutes now, ready to have some taste but his eyes widened when he saw Taehyung chewing his own finger and then Jimin looked at his own.

Nervously, he put it in his mouth and gave it a lil suck but no taste came out so imitated how Taehyung exactly did it and he cried out when he bit his own finger.

"Aish, baby?" Taehyung said as he looked at Jimin who showed him his finger with fat tear drops in his starry eyes.

"I tried to eat it like you but i-it hurts."

Taehyung really wanted to curse god right now. He has one fragile heart and he was sure that by Jimin's cuteness it was gonna fail anytime soon. If he had to live with this cutie, he needed several back ups.

"Don't. It's not good...I won't do it too." Taehyung assured him as he pecked the finger and took out a toffee from the drawer and unwrapped it before giving it to Jimin to eat.

"Mmm tasty." Jimin giggled .

"The rules are done. We'll add some later on but the basic ones are completed." Taehyung said as pulled Jimin closer and caressed his naked butt.

It was evening and none of them had a single clothing on. Hell, Taehyung didn't even go out of his room once.

"Tell me." Jimin said , insisting the taller as sticked out his ass more that Taehyung could touch it properly.

"I'm reading it aloud for you, kay? Listen to me attentively —

1- You're not allowed to go out of the house alone doesn't matter what is the situation.

2- You'll never ever tell your secret to anyone.

3- No going to sea or any water body without taking my permission.

4- You'll bath only when I ask you to.

5- Never let yourself get any cut or injury.

6- Always stay close to me and don't speak to anyone else until I introduce them to you.

7- You aren't allowed to talk about your merman life unless I make sure that no one is near us.

That's it for now. We'll live together and discover more then add more into the list. Can you follow these seven rules for now?"

Taehyung questioned with a guilty sigh because he felt like he was taking away Jimin's independence but he had to unless he wanted to let Jimin be caught and used by bloody scientists for experiment purpose. He can't let anyone do those cruel shits to his little lover.

"Oh, okay...but what if I forget it?" Jimin said and Taehyung shook his head .

"I'll take out several copies of it and give it to you. The 8th rule is that you won't let anyone know about this whole rules thing. Hm? I'll start teaching you about this world too."

Taehyung said and Jimin nodded enthusiastically.

"Okay, so lets start with first thing. We humans need to wear clothes and you need to follow it too. Don't look at me like that, Jimin. I'm naked just to company you."

"Give me clothes." Jimin demanded and Taehyung took out a shirt and a baggy pant from his closet along with a fresh underwear which wasn't even unboxed.

"Let me dress you up , then I'll put this belt because this pant is bigger for you. We'll do some online shopping for you."

Well, Jimin didn't understand a single shit from whatever Taehyung just told him but he nodded like an obedient puppy and followed Taehyung.

Taehyung quickly made Jimin wear the shirt but when it came to boxers he was shocked to see Jimin's genitals.

"What is this?" He said with curiousity as he leaned closer to ran his hand over the flowery structure and Jimin's eyes fluttered close as he let out a mewl at the warm touch.

"M-my sex organ." Jimin muttered while panting and Taehyung nodded.

"It's so different from humans. Are you sure you're a male or female?" Taehyung questioned, a bit scared of the answer because he has assumed Jimin to be a boy and he was totally gay. So if he turns out to be a female, its gonna turn him off but still Taehyung wasn't going to abandon him because he loved Jimin for who he was, not his gender. He'll try to manage but still he was praying internally because it seemed like a pussy, prettier than a pussy ; with more delicate flower like structure.

"My apologies. You know I'm a little confused that's why I asked you. And I'm glad that you came here for me and also I don't like females in romantic way because I am gay." Taehyung said with a smile, trying to hug his sulking lover.

"See, you're taking me as an illiterate person." Jimin pointed out and the other shook his head.

"We also have books and I've read tones of books about humans and their history and how humans are a meanie to capture our people for their own greed. In my place, we are warned to stay farthest from humans."

Jimin said as he wasn't letting Taehyung come closer to him.

"Then—"

"I know. I know. But I've always been a rebel and the tales about humans and our species falling in love were famous as hell. And I couldn't resist myself and then met you. You were just a child, just like me , so I'd love to secretly see what's going on with you and I was very fascinated and then we started growing up and I felt more and more attracted to you to the point, I just wanted to come out and run to you."

"Aish, you should've done that. Then I would have never left this place after finding you. Fuck my studies, I would have stayed with you here. Thanks for coming in my life, Jimin." Taehyung expressed his gratitude and love by pulling Jimin into a kiss who moaned at the roughness as Taehyung ran his hands over Jimin's petal , teasing it with a finger as the smaller rolled his eyes; his toes curling with pleasure.

"Jimin, will you grow old with me?" Taehyung said as his lips were still pressed over Jimin's.

"Y-yeah" Jimin replied as closed his eyes and hugged the taller tightly who hugged him back and left doing the sinful acts; peppering Jimin's should blade with feathery kisses.

And since then, they both have been living together in the same house for a total of three years. They were enjoying their life peacefully with love and passion and Taehyung felt like he has finally gotten the missing piece of his life and nothing more could make him happier than his merman boyfriend does.

Currently, Taehyung was out for buying some furnitures because the couch in the living room was broken and also their bed was almost on the verge of breaking down. So he went out to the city for purchasing the required items.

He was going through the couches when his eyes fell on a bed which had a mermaid theme and he absolutely loved it the moment his eyes fell on it.

"Um...This bed is looki—"

"Sorry to interfere , Sir but this one is still not completed. You can place an order and it'll be ready in a month."

"Ah, no thanks." Taehyung didn't had that much time because their bed needed an immediate replacement.

"Okay , sir." The staff said with disappointment and bowed, still not giving up as she started showing beds with different genre but same concept were used.

"Do one thing. I want that one, yes, the left one." Taehyung said as he looked at the pamphlet but his phone started ringing and he excused himself.

A smile played on his lips as the thought it was Jimin but it turned out to be his mom. It's been a while since he called her.

"Hello, babe?" He said with smile as it's been a long time since he met her.

"Hello, honey. How is my tiger doing?" Mrs. Kim's voice rang through the phone.

"I'm doing fine. What about you? Where are you, in California?" Taehyung questioned because that what his mother told me a week ago.

"No, we thought to take a break and visit our home. Your dad will be coming tomorrow due to his sudden meeting."

"So, you're alone? Mom, I told you that you shouldn't travel alone. You need someone to company you. Did you take your medicines?" Taehyung scolded Mrs Kim strictly because sometimes she would literally become careless.

"Ah, Tae. I've taken my medicine and your uncle Karen is with me to company me. He has finally decided to come out of his nutshell else his head is always deep under water."

"That's cool. Being a scientist might burst his head someday. By the way, are you going to our mansion in Incheon or the fa—"

"Geez, Tae. Where are you?"

"Me? I'm out for some shopping. I think it's about time we update our furnitures. Those models were getting older than my whole existence."

"Hahaha cool. So is there anyone at the resort or not? I heard you've fired the servants and shifted the guards away from it."

Taehyung bit his lip and tsked slowly at whoever has passed this piece of information to his parents before responding to his mother.

"Ah, I'll explain it to you later." He decided to cut the call but what his mom said next completely blew his mind.

"Tae, we're on the way to the resort. I hope it's clean because Karen chose the location and you know your uncle very well that he goes wherever he sees water. It's his comfort zone." Her mother chirped and Taehyung felt like someone just gave him an electric shock.

"Hold on, mom. What is th—"

"Ah, there. The guard will park it — um Tae? We've reached already. I'm going inside. Come back soon then we'll talk. Bye."

With that the call ended and Taehyung felt like pulling out all his hairs with frustration. He was doomed. They might have gotten inside and caught Jimin.

He didn't have much issue in introducing his boyfriend to his family but for that he needed some time to make a perfect plan but right now everything was getting ruined.

"Ah, shit...Jimin! Fuck! I need to go home as soon as possible. I swear if Uncle Karen approaches Or catches Jimin!! I need to warn Jimin."

Taehyung yelled like a madman as he gave his address to the confused staff and opted for cash on delivery and ran to his car like a psyco.

His uncle Karen was a world class scientist who was working on marine life and ecosystem department. He had been dealing on a project about the existence of mermaids and other mysterious creatures. He was a bloody obsessed freak.
