life is never easy and it was far from easy for ciro.

her parents decided that going down a dark path was much better and important that taking care of her and their addiction only got worse when ciro's twin brothers were born.

she was the one to take care of them, to take care of the house, to learn how to cook, to clean and care for not only herself and her siblings but her parents as well. she was able to get a small job, just packing up things by saying she needed the money. she made sure that her siblings were in daycare and thankfully found some change around the house at the most random times.

her siblings saw her as their mom, even at a young age, calling her 'mama' and 'mommy' and she's always do her best to correct them.

why? because she's their older sister, she didn't give birth to them even if she started seeing them as her own.

no, the one that gave birth to them was in the livingroom sniffing coke with her husband on the couch, giggling oddly.

unknown to the twins for a while, their parents were abusive. ciro always did he best to shield them, to take the beatings and then pretend it never happened. though ciro should have known better, the twins were smart, she was basically their teacher afterall.

when she was 13, her parents were arrested.

when she was 13, she fought tooth and nail to keep her and her brothers together, to prove that she's capable of taking care of them.

the court was truly taken aback, parents haven't fought this hard to keep their kids.

the judge decided to give her a chance.

ciro had some help with an apartment and got a betterish job as her boss wanted to help as best as he could.

of course she and her siblings were randomly visited by child services to see how they were doing, most not sure about a child taking care of kids. but they're pleasantly surprised to that that ciro is doing just fine everytime, then they remember that this child have been doing this just about all her life.

she grew up way too soon, afterall.

now ciro is 18, her brothers are 12 and they live in a much better apartment now.

she has a chance to go to a school she's wanted to go to for years.

when she starts there though, she catches the eye of andre harris, one of the best or probably the best at the school.

but she's not looking for a relationship..

i'm not a victorious watchers, watched only a few ep's, so this will obviously take place in their last year of high school?
