"Sophia, are you okay ?"
Ashley asked as they were standing near their lockers. Sophia drifted off as usual.
"Wha..y-yeah, I'm okay."

She stuttered, but that wasn't true.
She couldn't explain the feeling, but she just felt as if something was deeply wrong around her.
But she shrugged it off, as she feels that way all the time.

But then it hit her.
She has been feeling so ever since she came back from the boarding school.
The boarding school.

The boarding school.
The words were repeated into her head until they lost their meaning.
It was the worst time of her life, and Nick made it way worse by humiliating her.

She would never forgive him, she would be a fool of she did so.

"You're a loser, just stay the hell away from me. You're nothing, I wish you never came back from that stupid boarding school."

His words were clear then, but now he wants to apologise, and he would do anything to make Sophia forgive him.
But why ?

There's something you should know.
Nick humiliated Sophia, and then Mick Mckelty had this horrifying dream that he should take care of Sophia, and if he didn't, she will come back.

"Take care of Sophia, Micky. Or I swear I'll make you and your son's lives a living hell. Do not make her mad, or you'll die screaming."

He didn't know who was she. But he knew her last name started with an H. It was written somewhere in the dream. Which he doesn't remember either.

From that moment, he promised himself that he'll take care of Sophia, whether he liked it or not.

Later, he observed the tension between Nick and Sophia, and told him this.
"If you don't treat your sister well, give her what she wants, and make her happy, You'll be no longer allowed in this house."

It made Nick scared, and most important, guilty. And tried later to apologise to Sophia before his dad finds out that he humiliated her, but she wouldn't accept the apology. Ever. Of course, neither Nick nor Sophia knew about the dream.

"Come on, Sophia. We should go to class, or Miss Adolf will kill us with her sword."
Frankie joked, and it made Sophia smile a little.
After all, no one can make her smile like Hank.

They went to class after.

Later that Day :
Last Class of School Day :
1:45 Pm :

15 minutes left till they go home.
And Sophia was waiting patiently. She didn't know why, but she was just done.
She wanted to go home.

The minutes started passing, slowly, then slow, then a bit faster.
"Class, don't forget to do your homework, which is from page 15 to page 20. Have a good day."

Miss Robert spoke cheerfully, as the bell rang.
The class nodded, packing their stuff and going out of the classroom.

"Sophia, are you coming to the den later
?"
Hank asked, looking up to Sophia as she was tidying up her locker.

"I don't know, Hank. I'm not feeling well. But I will text you later, okay ?"
Hank nodded, and she looked up to him, smiling softly. But then she noticed the shadowy figure that passed quickly behind her boyfriend.

But this time, she won't tell herself that it was her imagination.
