Sounds of loud and annoying keyboard tapping continued at the late hours of the evening, the producer of those as annoyed as the keys itself. His condition wasn't anywhere near the word 'stop'. A phone's buzzing got him to dramatically jump and hiss in his seat, his right hand aggressively snatching it from the charging socket. "Yes?!" His deep voice sounded hoarse from the lack of drink and eyes screamed anger, his bridge nose threatening to push the glass spectacles off of his nose.
"Sangie? You alright?" The husky voice on the other side had the journalist release a big sigh out his mouth, making it prominent, he was tired and needed a break. "Yeah- no i'm not. No point in lying." Mumbling, YeoSang turned back to his computer screen, only two lines present in front of him on the illuminated display. "Where are you right now?" Questioning to divert the other side's mind from any sort of interrogation that may come, YeoSang scrunches up his nose in a slight sniffling manner.
"Oh, I'm just on my way home. Want me to bring anything for you?" YeoSang gives a thought to his friend's words once before sighing and muttering a small no hanging the call up. Having the call hung up, the man on the other side, known as Park Seonghwa sighed shaking his head. "He is going too hard on himself again." Staring at the picture in his hand, Seonghwa sighs. "Hope tonight won't be bad for me." Packing his stuff up, Seonghwa continues to make his way out.
The evening sun's glow was spread high, painting the clouds in a beautiful buttery glow making a small smile creep up Seonghwa's face. One glance to the people around him had that smile fade away as Seonghwa wonders when he could be like them. Cute couples clutching onto each other's arms, laughing and chatting sweetly, enjoying their weekend time unlike him. Him, who was going to probably ruin someone's weekend tonight.
Turning around a street, Seonghwa shakes the thoughts away making his way back home. "Maybe I should ask YeoSang for some company tonight. He will be able to freshen up his mind as well I guess, it's weekend anyways." Stuffing a hand in his pocket, Seonghwa continues his walk down the streets to reach his apartment that he shares with his friend, YeoSang. Making his way upstairs, Seonghwa thinks about how he will meet his target tonight.

"Yah! Mingi-yah!" Slamming his soda can in front of the grim face of his tall friend who sat uninterestedly, Hongjoong stares at his face up and down. "You lost the ring yet again?" He questions, a finger roaming at the can's rim. "What does it seem like to you?" Mumbling back and puffing his cheeks slightly, Mingi looked around at the small cafe they sat at. A pop sound with fizz followed behind made him look back at Hongjoong.
"Just how many places you still want to open?" Eye balls examining the surroundings, Mingi rested his face in his palm waiting for any response. A big commercial film style sip taken by Hongjoong had Mingi make a face until he heard the other speak. "Oiii, i'm just making more places for people to have fun at, not everyone likes staying inside the dark clubs with neon lights all day ok? Not that I complain, it's just another way of making money."
Rolling his eyes, Mingi gets up pulling his jacket from the chair's back rest and pulls it upon his shoulders. "True, but I prefer the darker clubs than this sunny cafe or whatever. That's more my style. See ya, usual time." Throwing a piece sign, Hongjoong continues sitting at the usual place and raised his hand to take a sip of his soda only to get startled by the taller's face popping from behind and snatching the can away. "Thanks for the drink anyway!" Huffing in anger, Hongjoong rubbed his mouth feeling the cold water droplets from the can on his fingers evaporate.

"Sangie, I'm home!" Greeted by a dark apartment, with not a single sound, Seonghwa pushes his feet out of his shoes, placing them on the shoe rack near the door correctly reflecting the proper cleaning freak he is. Sighing and switching the lights on, Seonghwa turns his head towards the closed room doors. He hasn't stepped out the whole day again. Shaking his head, Seonghwa makes his way to the other side where his own room door stands in existence.
Holding a good grasp at the cold metal knob Seonghwa pushes the door open and makes his way straight towards the bathroom to wash up. After some time, the bathroom door opens to reveal him in a pair of sweats and normal t-shirt with a towel drying his damp hair. Looking through the refrigerator, Seonghwa gets out a few things and starts working on a small meal. YeoSang surely hadn't put a single piece through his mouth since morning.
Popping a bottle of soy sauce open, Seonghwa pours in a little smiling at the satisfying smell of the fried rice he made. Soon after a minute he was done placing them in two plates, placing them on a tray and making his way to the closed door opposite to his own room. Knocking softly, Seonghwa pushes through, making his way in only to find the room relatively dark, with the only light source being the computer screen.
Loud sounds of typing chattered around the room, a figure sitting in front of the computer screen, glasses glued to his bridge nose. His hair were slightly damp and once in a while he would pull his sleeve to graze the sweat off of his temples. "Sangie, come on eat something." Seonghwa makes his way, switching on the room lights along his way. Both he and YeoSang flinched at that action of course, but mostly YeoSang did, his eyes not being strong enough to handle the sudden lights in the room after sitting with none the whole day.
Not to mention his eyes were glued to the illuminated display all this while.
"YAHHHH! Why did you switch the lights on?! My poor eyes Sheesh!" Glasses pulled lower to make enough space to rub his eyes, YeoSang grits his teeth. A giggle erupted out of the other's mouth, his figure settling itself onto a chair he pulled from the side of the room. "Come on kid, eat up." Seonghwa commands, his hands snatching the pair of glasses out of YeoSang's hands hooking them at the front of his own shirt before getting up and switching YeoSang's computer off earning a big dissatisfied whine from the other.
"YAHHHH! At least give me time to react to your nonsense!" Rounds of complaints over Seonghwa's such bold behaviour by YeoSang was common in this small apartment shared by the two. The older was too bold when it came to taking care of the other. "What? I just want you to stop for tonight. You hadn't written anything anyways. You're overworking kid, come on AHHHH!" Seonghwa holds a spoon in front of the other's scowling face.
Rolling his eyes and grumbling about how he will break the older's vacuum cleaner next time, YeoSang huffs and opens his mouth. "You like it right??? Also, don't even think of doing that." Elbowing YeoSang with his usual teasing grin, Seonghwa mumbles a warning right after, YeoSang rolling his eyes and continuing to chew the taste of the best. "Anyways, we're going out tonight." Seonghwa brings up his other intentions while eyeing YeoSang continue to eat.
Looking up from the plate, the spoon still dancing in his hand after he took it from Seonghwa to eat himself, YeoSang raises his eyes unimpressed by the other. "What do you mean 'we'? I'm not going anywhere so change it to 'I'." Getting back to eating, YeoSang ignores the other, savoring the taste of the food until Seonghwa continues. "Listen, up I didn't ask, I declared. Okay now finish up and get ready, you need a break anyways." Seonghwa got up sticking his tongue out, his feet turning around until he made his way out of YeoSang's room leaving behind a dissatisfied YeoSang. "He never listens to me."
Sighing, YeoSang finishes up his food looking at the closed computer screen. Maybe Seonghwa is right, he can use a small break for now, tomorrow he can finish the article his boss asked for. Getting up from his chair and looking around at the mess he created before, YeoSang wonders why wasn't he scolded by Seonghwa for that. He gets on to cleaning it first if he doesn't want to get scolded later. It doesn't mean if he wasn't scolded now, he won't be later. Better not leave the possibility.
Finishing up after a good half an hour, YeoSang finds himself standing in front of his small wardrobe staring blankly. Roaming his orbs as if trying to find something more in it, YeoSang stretches his hand to pick through some clothes before settling for his usual black outfits. Nothing much, a simple t-shirt with a leader knee ripped pant was enough to make him look decent to be called handsome by his roommate. "YeoSang-ah!! You ready or not?!" Seonghwa's shout brings YeoSang back from the staring session he was having with the mirror, his hand looking for his phone and stuffing it in his pants pocket before rushing out, not giving a glance to his abandoned spectacles sitting on his working desk after Seonghwa left them there.
