CHAPTER 92-Saath

It was nearly half an hour he had not come out of the bathroom making her tensed.She knocked the door calling his name but still there was no response from the other side making her feel restless.

"Aap teek ho na? Aap darawaza open kijiye please Sameer.." Naina said geeting worried banging the door but recieving no reply from his side she started getting anxious.

"Sameer aap mazak kar rahe ho na,please ab bas kijiye,darwaza kholiye na pleasee.." Naina said pushing the door and to her suprise she found the door to be opened.The very next moment she was shocked seeing Sameer fully drenched in water sitting on the floor with his head dipped in between his knees.His body was vigourously shaking as he cried.Naina rushed towards him and made him face her.His eyes had been puffed while tears coursed down his cheeks.Seeing his such condition a lone tear slipped down her eyes.His eyes which flashed love,happiness,joy usually was now replaced by dullness,with the guilt.She kept looking at him for few seconds and pulled him into her embrace.He chewed his lips to control his cries but tears spilled from his eyes and he was no longer able to stay strong,crying his heart out.Naina shut her eyes tight letting him cry out.

"N..naina,tum chali jao.." He said as his lips quivered.Naina looked at him in disbelief.

"Aisa kyu bol rahe ho aap?" She asked him trying be calm but her heart was beating wildly.

"I don't deserve you,t..tum chali jao.." He murmered against his breath as tears roll down her face..

"kaise keh sakte ho aap aisa? How dare you tell that aap muje desrve nahi karte! Kya hogaya hai aapko aap achanak se aise behave kyu kar rahe ho!" Naina said in shiller tone which was laced with bewildered horror.

"Kyuki mai manhoos hu.Yeh sab jo hua hai it's just because if me.Jo bhi hua hai meri galti hai,sab meri hi galti hai.Mai nahi chahta ki muj jaise manhoos ke vajah se tumhari life kharab ho.You deserve much better than me.Someone better than me.." He said as his lips quivered as he sobbed.

"Aap kehna kya chahte ho ki mai kisi aur ke saath chali jau? Aapko yeh baat chalegi ki mai kisi aur mard ke saath chali jau? Aap reh paoge mere bina?" She asked caterwauling him but his face was expressionless just sobbing silently..

"Reh lunga mai,agar isse tumhari zindagi mai khushiya aayegi toh tumse dur rehne ke liye bhi tyaar hu mai.." He said as a whisper.Naina slapped him hard and stood up.He looked at her in horror.

"Reh loge na mere bina,lekin mai aapke bina rehne ki soch bhi nahi sakti.Aap yahi chahte ho na ki mai aapko chodkar chali jao.Teek hai chali jaungi mai,kisi aur se shaadi kar lungi .Apko farak nahi padega right? Voh mard mere jab karib aayega jaise aap muje chute hai vaise chuega tab bhi apko farak nahi padega na?Aapne aise soch bhi kaise liya Sameer ki mai aapko chodkar chali jaungi? Bas itna hi pyaar karte the aap? Kya aapko bhi  mamiji ki tarah yeh lagta hai ki maine apse shaadi bas apke paiso ke liye kiya?Kya apko bhi aise lagta hai ki mai kisi koi bhi aere gere mard ke saath ghumti hu? Ab apko bhi lagta hai ki mai bhiki hui hu.." She said as she cried her heart out.She was really hurt by the allegations that were put on her.
She was about to go from there when Sameer pulled her hand making her fall over him.He held her face gently and captured her pink petals with his.He kissed her passionately as she tried to push him still crying.

SHE WAS HURT BY HIM! HURT BY THE TAUNTS! HURT BY THE FALSE ALLEGATIONS!

Sameer did not leave her and wrapped his strong arms around her waist pulling her more towards himself pouring all the emotions to prove that he loved her.Tears trickeled down from both of their eyes as they were hurt! Knowingky and Unknowingly from their dear ones.The only thing which they wanted to hold on was each other but for that first they had to get off their insecurities.They broke the kiss due to need of breath resting their forehead together while Sameer cupped her face softly.He touched her chin and made her look at him.

"Maine kabhi tumhare bare mai aisa nahi socha,mera vishwas karo.I believe you and your love for me." He said softly wiping her tears with his thumb..

"Lekin sab mujpar aise ilzaam kyu laga rahe hai?Aap hi mere eklaute apne hai phir aap bhi muje chodkar jaane ki baat kar rahe ho.Kya mai itni bhuri hu ki koi mere saath nahi rehna chahta.Muje sachi kuch nahi chahiye bas Apka Saath chahiye humesha ke liye.." She said as her voice wobbeled.Sameer felt guilty for making her cry.He felt smacking himself for speaking anything like an idiot without even thinking once about THEM.

"I promise I will never leave you.I am sorry muje aisa nahi bolna chahiye tha but at that time I seriously felt as if I am an idiot jisne koi bhi farz nahi nibhaya ho.I felt so dumb ki I could not earn for you,kyuki mai nahi kama sakta isliye who have to work,I cannot give you those happiness jo ek pati ko apni patni ko dena chahiye.Jo bhi hua voh sab meri vajah se hua aur tumhe bhi ab mere saath is chiz ki sazaa bugatni padh rahi hai.." Sameer spoke..

"kisne kaha ki mai khush nahi hu,kisine kaha ki aap muje khush nahi rakhte? Aap aisi baate kyu kar rahe ho? Maine pehle bhi kaha hai ki jo kuch hua hai usmai aapki koi galti nahi hai nahi kisi ki galti hai.Jo ho raha hai voh bas humara nasib hai aur bhagwanji hai na voh sab teek kardenge.." Naina said with a slight smile through her misty eyes looking at him..

"Huh! Jo bhagwanji hai tumhare,unpar se toh kabka mera vishwas ud gaya hai.Humne aisi konsi galti ki hai jiske vajah se hume yeh sab jhelna padh raha hai.Tumhi toh kehti ho na ki tumhare bhagwanji bas ussi ko punishment dete hai jisne kuch galat kaam kiya ho toh ab hume kyu aise din dekhne pad rahe hai? You know what all this bhagwanji of yours is just an imagination.."Sameer said Naina wanted to speak but they heard the knock on their door.Realsing their position they quickly stood up..

"Mai tumhare kapde deta hu,you change and mai bahar change karleta hu.." Sameer said pecking her forehead and went out of the washroom to take her clothes.Naina touched her forehead where he kissed and smilled softly..

"Aslamvalaikum" The man who was tall said with a soft smile on his face said to Sameer.Sameer just smilled a bit in response and gestured him and his wife to come in.Naina came from the bathroom adjusting her dupatta and smilled seeing them.

"Mai Shehzaam Ahmed Khan hu,aur yeh meri begum Zoya.Hum apke padosi hai.Hum abhi ghar aaye toh pata chala ki aap dono yaha aaye ho toh socha milkar aaye.."Shehzaam said with a genuine smile..

"Aap dono betiye na,mai pani lekar aati hu.." Naina said bringing glass of water for them.Shehzaam looked at Sameer and Naina for few minutes..

"Apko kahi dekha hai maine.." Shehzaam finally spoke..

"Jii muje?" Sameer asked in confusion taking a chair sitting in front of them..

"Apka naam kya hai?" Zoya asked Naina sweetly..

"Naina.." She replied with a smile seeing at the infant baby Zoya was holding..

"Bohut pyaara naam hai apka.." Zoya replied her sweetly..

"Aur mai Sameer.." Sameer said introducing himself..

"Sameer Maheshwari,vahi mai soch raha tha ki maine kahi apko dekha hai,apka photo newspaper mai aaya tha aur apko maine inke saath dekha tha aapki jab shaadi hui thi tab headlines mai bhi aaya tha aur aap dono ki photo bhi dekhi thi maine,lekin aap dono yaha kyu? Mera matlab hai ki aap toh bohut raees parivaar se ho phir yeh chote gao mai kaise?" Shezaam asked them.Sameer looked at Naina to which she blinked her eyes in assurance.Sameer said everything how they reached here in Kashmir.

"koi na bhai,Allah sab teek kardega.Vaise manna padega ki aap dono ek dusre se bohut pyaar karte ho jaise mai apni Zoya begum se karta hu.." Shezaam said while Zoya smilled with shyness.Sameer and Naina just smilled seeing them.Naina sat beside Zoya and started playing with the baby who had just woken up.Sameer smilled seeing her cute happy face.Zoya and Naina got busy in talking with each other.While Shehzaam and Sameer went out to talk giving the ladies their space to talk..

"bhai toh phir kya socha hai apne,aage kya karna hai aapko?" Shehzaam asked him..

"Maine socha hai ki koi bhi kaam karke paise kamaunga aur phir apna khudka business start karunga.." Sameer said..

"Konsa kaam bhai,kaam dundhne mai toh kitne din nikal jayenge tab tak bhabhi aur tu kaise rahenge?" Shehzaam said getting worried for them..

"Pata hai bhai lekin ab kar bhi kya sakta hu mai,agar as an employee mai nahi kaam kar sakta kyuki sabhi companies muje jante hai..." Sameer said to which even Shehzaam agreed.There was some silence for sometime later Shehzaam spoke..

"bhai aap agar chahe toh jaha mai yani garage mai kaam kar sakta hai,vaha ke malik bhi bohut ache hai.Kal jab mai vaha jaunga tab aap bhi saath mai chalna.." Shehzaam said with a smile..

"Lekin maine kabhi bhi garage mai kaam nahi kiya hai.." Sameer said getting upset...

"Toh kya hua mai hu na vaha,mai sikha dunga aur vaha jo kaam karte hai voh bhi bade ache log hai toh koi takleef nahi hogi.." Shehzaam said holding Sameer by his shoulder..

"Thank you,muje sachmai pata nahi chal raha hai how should I thank you.." Sameer said with a smile..

"bas ek payment hai janab..." Shehzaam said with a smile..

"kaisi payment bhai?" Sameer asked getting confused..

"bas meri bhabhi ko I mean aap apki begum ko khush rakhiye ga,yahi humare liye payment hojayegi.." Shehzaam said at which Sameer smilled..

"Bohut ache hai na Zoya Aapi aur Shehzaam Bhai.." Naina said as they were eating the khichdi.

"haa bohut ache lekin Aapi kya hai?" Sameer asked her..

"Zoya Aapi ne kaha ki badi behen ko aapi kehte hai isliye mai unhe aise bula rahi hu aap sojaiye bohut zyada der hogayi.." Naina said taking the plates as they finished eating.Sameer washed his mouth and laid on the not so comfortable bed. Naina looked at him and smilled softly.She took a blanket and placed it on floor..

"Kya kar rahi ho jaan?" Sameer asked her getting confused..

"sone jaa rahi hu.." Naina said sweetly..

"Neeche mat so Jaan,yaha mere saath sone mai kya takleef hai?" Sameer asked getting annoyed..

"Voh kya hai na patidevji is bed par sirf ek hi jan so sakte hai isliye.." Naina said pinching his nose as she giggled..

"Aise todi na hai,tum so sakti ho mere saath.." Sameer said frowning..

"bhuddhu jaise baate mat karo aur soo jao aur sone do.." Naina said chuckling and laid down.Sameer sat straight and looked at her frowning.He was so used to sleep with her hugging her tight that sleep was far away from him without her warmth.

"Nainu Chipkalii!!" Sameer screamed making Naina quickly sit straight..

"Shiii,Sameer please usse yaha se bhaga do pleaseee..." Naina said quickly rushing towards Sameer and hugging him tight..

"Sameer please hata doo usseee.." Naina was still screaming while Sameer giggled and kissed her hairs lovingly.He pulled her in his embrace and flipped the sides making her lie on the bed while he was over her.She had closed her eyed tightly in fear of the lizard.

"Jaan I was joking,koi chipkali nahi hai yaha.." Sameer said lovingly tugging her hair strand behind her ear and pecked her cheeks and her nose which had turned red due to the cold weather..

"Aisa mazak koi karta hai bhala,muje dar lagta hai na usse,apko pata hai na phir bhi aisa bakwas mazak koi karta hai kya?" She said puffing her face in anger..

"Are meri maina agar aisa mazak nahi karta toh tum vahi mere bina neeche soti.." Sameer said to her sweetly carrassing her cheeks with his thumb..

"Voh toh ab bhi karungi,aapne mazak kiya na mere saath ab nahi aaungi apke saath sonee.." Naina said getting up but Sameer did not let her go and started kissing her neck and collarbone.She held his face and made her look at him with a slight smile in his face he lifted her head eyeing his lips and pressed it against his lips..

"I love you.." She munbeled like a whisper..

"Lekin ab toh tum muj par chid rahi thi..." Sameer said as a innocent kid but Naina frowned as he did not say love you too to her..

"Maine kaha I Love You.." She repeated herself but Sameer just kept his head on her chest and closed his eyes as he was sleepy.She hit his back making her whince.He tilted his head to see her frowning..

"Maine kaha I Love You,apko sunta nahi hai kya?"She asked in anger..

"Are Jaan tumhe toh pata hi hai na how much I Love You.." Sameer said again resting his head on her chest and closing his eyes.She just frowned.

"Pyaar karte ho toh bol bhi nahi sakte kya? Ek I Love you bolne se konsi aafat aati.Maine kaha na toh yeh bhi keh dete muje acha lagta.." Naina kept on murmuring..

"Are meri Daya ben bas karo yaar.I Love You Sabsee zyadaa Nainu ab so jao aur sone do please.." Sameer said in sleepy voice.Naina chuckeled and moved her fingers in his silky locks with a smile on her face..

"I Love You Jaan.." He murmered in sleep while she just smilled blissfully.
