"No- No! Jungkook don't you dare!"

Lisa hissed when she saw the Demon Alpha moving straight to where the heart of Ustea is kept. Lisa instantly run in full speed but of course it wasn't enough to out run a giant serpent. Jungkook just ignored her warnings.

"Devour the heart, and you'll be unstoppable." The demon in his head whispered, tempting him. He lift his finger upon reaching the mountain but before he could do anything- "HIARGHHH!" Hearing the scream, he look up and saw Taehyung jumping out from a portal.

Lending on him, the Alpha punch him in the face causing him to look to his left. Not feeling the pain, Jungkook grab the Alpha and throw him away. Rose appear after he throws Taehyung away.

The woman bring a long sword in her palm as she attempted to slash but Jungkook easily dodge and kick her stomach. Grunting, she widen her eyes when another kick lend on her stomach, she stumble backwards and almost fell from Cassius's head but Taehyung grabbed her.

The fight didn't end when Jungkook felt a hand grabbing his shoulder. He immediately grab the hand and twist it but another hand grab his wrist. Jungkook smirked "Hyung." Seokjin pull Jungkook closer.

Jungkook bring up his free hand and attempt to punch him but just before he could do that-

DUSH!

He grunt as he let go of Seokjin and back off. Holding his cheek, he look at the woman that stood in a fighting position. Jennie, his beloved little sister. Jungkook tilt his head "you can fight?" He kept silent and smirked "Right..."

"I thought you martial arts."

Jennie clenched her fist "let's see how well did you thought me." as soon as she said that, she charged towards him with tears in her eyes. How ironic. Who knows that she'll be fighting her own brother? A person who protect and care for her more than anything.

Where did my big brother go?

Every punch and kick comes with a scream. Angry that she can't punch him in the face to knock some sense in him. "Hiargh!" She spin her body and bring up her legs to kick him in the face but he grabbed her legs with only one hand.

He clench his fist and smiled "My turn." He went to punch Jennie in her stomach but he suddenly stopped mid way and frown. Seeing the opportunity, Jennie pull her legs and finally punch him in the face causing him to look to his left.

She breath heavily as both of them stood in the same position for a moment when a sinister chuckle suddenly left Jungkook "Well, what a pleasant surprise. But my dear, I've teach you to punch harder." Jennie widen her eyes when Jungkook grab her neck.

He lift her off her feet causing her to struggle in the air. Jennie grab his palm that are chocking her, trying to free herself as a tear slid down her cheek "Big- Big Brother... N-No- I-It's me-"

She passed out just before she could finish her sentence, coldly, Jungkook throw the omega off the giant serpent's head. Taehyung who just recover from the hit widen his eyes. "Jennie!" He jump off from the giant serpent's head.

Grabbing Jennie's unconscious body, he hugged her and pull her close to him as he use his body as a shield. With a loud crash, Jungkook lift his gaze towards Seokjin who are breathing heavily "You want to be next?" He asked.

"Till my last breath, if I have to die in order to stop you, I will." Seokjin said as Jungkook turn to Rose who also struggled to get on her feet "for my people." She whispered as Jungkook laugh in amusement.

"What a meaningless sacrifice."

And they fight.

In the middle of the fight, Lisa take the opportunity to reach the tree of life, she cried as she grab the heart of Ustea and bring it close to her chest. She kneeled down in front of the tree of life. "Moon goddess." She whispered "I'm scared."

"He won't stop, he's not my Jungkook."

"He have those murderous gaze, he kills and destroy everything. My Jungkook wouldn't do that. That monster should be stopped, and if you heard me. I begged you..." she cried and whimpered.

"Help us."

Both Seokjin and Rose was already thrown to the ground, Rose are already unconscious, Seokjin aas grunting in pain as he struggle to keep awake. Jungkook just glance at them once "what a waste of my time."

His gaze suddenly fell on something glowing at the corner of his eyes. He turn to look at it and smirked upon seeing, Lisa holding the heart of Ustea close to her and run with her full might.

"Get her."

With only those two words, Cassius move it's body and start wrapping itself on the mountain, crashing it and trapping the omega. Lisa glare at Jungkook when she have no where to run. "Now, sweetheart, just give up."

"Just like how you give up on me."

He hissed at her. "I never give up on you! You're dead! You're not my mate! You're a monster!" She screamed at him as she hugged the heart of Ustea close to her and back off. She halt her step when she reach at the very end of the cliff.

"Keep lying to yourself and give me that shit." He growl impatiently. The impatient one are not Jungkook, but it's the Demon in him. Impatient for the power it will possibly possess. Greedy. "Across my dead body!"

JUMP!

Seeing her jump off the cliff, something stirred up inside the Demon Alpha, worry? But the anger are way disastrous than that. "You get back here!" The Demon Alpha growl, shaking the Earth as the giant serpent launch forward.

It bare it's fangs, wanting to chase after the omega. A tear slid down Lisa's cheek when Jungkook almost reach her and the one drop of her tears fell on the heart of Ustea. Like a slow motion, Jungkook's fully black eyes widen as it suddenly turn to Jungkook's normal eyes.

BOOM!

A huge force hit Jungkook hard in the chest, when he suddenly felt something inside him got pulled out causing him to scream in pain. It felt just the same, just like when his wolf got teared away from him, the pain.

It was the same.

The situation last for a few moment when, the force let him go. Jungkook cough out blood due to the impact. He felt weaker and it boils his anger. He glare up at the heart of Ustea that are beating and glowing in Lisa's hand.

Lisa slowly open her eyes. "You okay sister in law?" Seokjin asked as he hold her in his embrace. "Seokjin Oppa." Lisa whispered, confused on how he is all fine in front of her.

"Don't ask how..." a voice suddenly appear from the sky as she lift her gaze up only to see Rose with a pair of pure white wings. "It probably had something to do with the heart." Taehyung suddenly appear with Jennie who lift her gaze towards Jungkook who are kneeling on Cassius's head.

Jungkook grit his teeth as his eyes turn back to its fully black ones. "How dare you lowlife creature, how dare you." Despite being injured, the hostile energy around him are still strong "how dare you take half of my power!" He growl

"This prove that you're doing something wrong. The world will not be on your side. Stop before you regret it." Taehyung say but it just add more fuel on the fire. "All of you..." Jungkook wipe the blood of his cheek.

"Can go to hell."

I can't believe, we almost reach the end of his past. The next chap is how he got sealed, 😭

However, did you notice when Jungkook hold himself from punching Jennie's stomach? Guess why? Here's a clue.

He smells something peaceful and calm. Something that meant no harm and have to be protected.
