NO ONE P.O.V

"You know right? I love you the most in this world?"

"Jungkook..." Lisa's voice come out like a whisper but it was enough to take everyone's attention in the room. Jennie was the first one to run towards Lisa, "Lisa? Are you awake? Open your eyes!" Her voice sounded desperate as Taehyung immediately hold her "Dear, calm down. Jisoo Noona, please get the doctor."

Taehyung said as he hugged his mate. Jisoo nod and excuse herself. Lisa slowly open her eyes, she don't know why, but her body felt so exhausted, lifeless and cold. What happened? She asked herself as she slowly look around the room. Her gaze first lend on Seokjin who are looking down.

His eyes are swollen, as if he had been crying the entire night. His daughter are hugging him silently. Her gaze soon moved towards Taehyung who are comforting Jennie. The omega are crying as she pinch her forehead, feeling so exhausted with everything.

"What- what happened?"

"Her soul are injured, but it was nothing fatal. She will need a lot of rest considering what had happened, it's probably so much to take in." The doctor explained towards Taehyung as the Alpha nod. The doctor bow towards them and excuse himself as he leave.

Lisa who had been silent finally speak up "what happened?" She asked as she look at her palm. Why does it felt so cold? Right here. She ask herself as she place her palm on her chest. Taehyung look at her with a pitiful gaze. Jennie's eyes got teary once again as Seokjin look away with Jisoo caressing his back, trying to comfort him.

"You had been unconscious for two days."

Taehyung begins making Lisa look at him "t-two days?" Taehyung nod, confirming her words "we found out you guys was missing when none of you appear during the blue moon. All of us instantly went out to search for you two." Taehyung continue.

"We don't know where to begin and the forest was huge. We separate ways to search for you guys and somehow, we found you under a huge tree in the middle of the forest and someone leave an arrow for us to follow." He adds as Lisa listen to him, she remembers someone saving her and escape when Jungkook told him to.

"We did, we follow the arrow and was met with a totally bloody scene, we found Lilith's dead body, The Alpha King's right hand man and some other Alphas, all dead." Taehyung look at Lisa and she don't know why, the gaze make her felt scared and nervous. "But Jungkook..."

"He was nowhere to be found."

Lisa felt her breath hitch upon hearing that as Jennie start crying once again. She went towards Lisa and hold her hand "Unnie, Mother Maria..." she cried as Lisa look at her, what's with mother Maria "she's gone." Jennie cried out as Lisa felt her eyes tearing up. "We don't know what happened, w-we just found her dead body."

Jennie sob harder as she hold Lisa's hand tighter "and now we can't find my brother, worse, I can't even feel him! Unnie, please, if there is a hope for him to be alive, it will be you who should at least be able to sense him!" Jennie cried so hard as Lisa finally realised something.

She- She can't sense his wolf either!

"Wait- Lisa, what are you doing? You can't get up!" Taehyung widen his eyes when Lisa suddenly get up from the bed. Without caring about anyone, Lisa run out from the room "Lisa, wait!" Taehyung rush after her but Lisa already went out.

She grab one of the horse, startling the servant as a loud screech left the horse when she ride it all of a sudden. Without any second thoughts, Lisa went straight to the forest. Seeing Lisa disappearing from his sight, Taehyung curse as he turn towards the servant.

"Get me another horse! Quick!"

The horse let out a loud noise as Lisa force it to stop all of a sudden. Lisa went straight to the place where she last saw Jungkook. It was still fresh in mind when she saw him for the last time, it was here. She step down from the horse as she instantly look around the place.

Grabbing her chest, she tries to sense but to no avail, all she receive was nothing. Eyes getting teary, as she refuse to accept the news "Jungkook! Jungkook! Where are you?!" She scream on top of her lungs in hope that she would receive something although the chance for someone to answer are none.

"Jungkook! Please... argh..." she wince as she grab her chest. She should be resting right now. Her body are not even in good condition "Jungkook, It's so cold. Where are you?" She whisper as she fell on her knees. A tear slid down her cheek when she felt the emptiness in her heart.

That day, he was fighting with all his strength to make her escape and he was injured. What happened that day? What kind of pain had he bare when she is not by his side? Another tear slid down her cheek as another one follow soon after. She can't feel him, her mate and that only meant one thing.

He's dead.

Lisa cover her eyes as the tears fell down like waterfall. Taehyung step down from his horse as soon as he reach there, worried for her health, he halt his step as he watch her crying from a far. Jungkook is his companion and a friend, Taehyung is devastated but he knew.

Lisa is way more devastated than he is

"A-Arghhh!!!" A painful scream left the male's lips as he felt his body got ripped apart. It was so painful, very, very painful that he wish he just die. He grit his teeth and clench his fist as he curl his self up, trying to hold the pain.

There's tears slid down his fully black eyes

Begging for the pain to end. He was suppose to die when his wolf die but this demon force to replace his wolf and merge with him. It's so painful, that Jungkook really wish to die. Sweat dripping down from his forehead he thought to himself.

I need to survive...

Heavy breath left his lips as his palm start to bleed due to the his nails cutting through his flesh, he shut his fully black eyes. "For L-Lisa." He whisper.

For us.

Outside the cave, Jimin watch his suffering, Jungkook vanish when he reach the scene and Jimin had search for him none stop for the entire day. He found Jungkook inside an old cave, he was in pain and Jimin couldn't even get near him. The hostile energy is pushing him away and also harm him everytime he gets closer.

He can't help Jungkook, he couldn't tell him that he wasn't alone and all he could do is stay there and watch him suffer all alone. This was worse than expected, all he heard is Jungkook's pained scream and suffering. Jimin know, Jungkook is surviving for his mate but aren't it better if he just die rather than suffering like this.

Jimin shut his eyes close as a tear slid down his cheek. Don't worry Jungkook, I've promised to be by your side no matter what. Jimin bit his bottom lips when another bloody scream left Jungkook's lips.

I'm sorry Jungkook, I can't help.

Jungkook was really suffering in his past life, his wolf died which mean the mate bond died alongside his wolf. That's why Lisa can't feel the mate bond so she thought he died.

But Jungkook's feelings for Lisa are not just based on the mate bond. He loves her deep from his heart that he struggles to survive for her sake.

The reason why he hide instead of returning to her is because he is in unstable state, physically and mentally which can results in hurting her.

And the reason why Jimin didn't tell anyone about Jungkook is because he don't trust them. Especially the Alpha King, Jungkook are vulnerable. Jimin don't want to risk Jungkook's safety and he don't want to trust anybody.
