NO ONE P.O.V

Jungkook's father was an absolute beast. He doesn't see Jungkook as his son. He sees Jungkook as an object that would help him to gain more power. He was very hard on Jungkook since he was just a child. He grew up with no love from his father but his mother love him so much.

Unlike, his father who always talks about war and death, his mother teaches him about life and nature. She teaches him how the land in this world is not meant to be owned but to be shared and Jungkook agrees with her. Jungkook is born clever, so even as a child, he was aware of what is happening around him.

That includes his father's unfair ruling.

Jungkook grew up despising his own father, both of them never had an agreement. Due to his true-blood nature, Jungkook refuses to submit to his father even as a child and it frustrates his father more. A huge fight broke between them when Jungkook was 7 because the boy found out that his father was trying to wipe out the hadow.

That is when Jimin comes into the story.

Being a 7 years old boy he is, Jungkook doesn't have the power to do anything so he keeps Jimin's existence a secret. He try to bring as much food as possible without anyone noticing, the days would go on until one day, they were shocked by the news that Martha was pregnant once again.

Jungkook's father was delighted to get another child as an Alpha. He sees that as an opportunity to be in control of his child since he had failed to tame Jungkook. Jungkook on the other hand was beyond happy to get a little brother or sister.

He would go to his mother every day and ask about his soon-to-be siblings. Jungkook had sworn to himself that he would love them no matter what. Jungkook spend so much time with his mother in those 9 months and he was so excited to meet them.

What he doesn't know is, the first time he meet his siblings would be the last time he met his mother. Being a female alpha, it was hard enough for Martha to get pregnant, let alone give birth. Just like when she was giving birth to Jungkook, she goes through hard labor once again for the second one

And she didn't make it.

After giving birth to a baby girl, she was already in so much pain and she wished to meet Jungkook with her newborn daughter. When the baby was given to her, hot tears left her eyes as she look at the newborn. "She's an omega, sister," Maria says as she looks at Martha with worry.

Martha just nod softly as she force a smile and kissed the newborn's head "She's so pretty and healthy just like her brother." She whisper but Maria knew that Martha feared for her daughter's life. That is when Jungkook comes running to the room.

"Eomma!" He calls out as he rushes beside her with his big and sparkling eyes. Seeing Jungkook, Martha put on a smile "You're a brother now dear. You have a baby sister." Martha says with a soft voice as she gives the baby to the young Trueblood who holds the newborn carefully.

He was so fascinated when he held the newborn in his arms "What is her name?" He asked as he look at his mother who are looking at him with her pale eyes. She smiled and say "Jennie, Jeon Jennie." She says as Jungkook smiled and turn back to his little sister.

"Jennie... My baby sister."

Jungkook was so happy at the moment, he knows that Jennie is an omega, thanks to his Trueblood instinct but he never really care about rank. Whatever it was, to him, Jennie is an equal and the only difference between them is age.

However, his happy moments didn't last long when he suddenly heard his mother's heartbeat getting slower. The smile on his face slowly fades away as he slowly looks at Martha who gives him a confused look upon seeing the frown on his face.

Hearing the slow heartbeat from her is enough to tell Jungkook one thing, this will be their last meet "Eomma..." He calls out in a shaky voice. "yes dear?" She answers with a sweet smile on her face "You're leaving... right?" The moment he asked that Martha went silent as Maria look away when a tear slid down her cheek.

Hearing that from her son, Martha forms a sad smile "My son is such a clever boy, come here, give eomma a hug." A sob left Jungkook's lips as he give the baby to Maria and went to his mother. He climbs on the bed carefully as Martha pulls him into a hug.

Jungkook broke into tears in her embrace while a tear left her "Jungkook-ah, Eomma... is sorry okay? I love you both so much. Eomma had tried her best but Eomma is so tired now and eomma needs a long sleep, okay?" Jungkook bit his bottom lips as he hugged her.

The boy slowly pulls away from her as he nods "Sleep well Eomma, get a good rest and make sure to always be happy. I promise, that I'll take care of my baby sister no matter what." The boy says with a shaky voice. Martha smiles weakly as her vision is getting blurry and her eyes felt heavy, she knows...

Her time is up.

Slowly, her eyelids slowly flutter close as she finally let out her last breath. Jungkook watch his mother pass away right in front of him as tears after tears left his eyes. Maria cried as she hold the newborn in her arm.

They flinch when the door was slammed open and Jungkook's father enters the room with a cold gaze. His gaze lends to Martha's figure that is laying on the bed. He knows that she's dead but there wasn't even a little sadness in his heart as he tear his gaze from her dead body and look at the crying Jungkook.

He want to growl at Jungkook for crying but he had a much more important thing to worry about so he told his men to pull Jungkook away from his mother. The boy cried as the guard pull him away from his mother and hold him in place.

His father turns to Maria who flinches upon feeling his gaze on her. She hugged Jennie close to her as she wished for the Alpha King to not catch the newborn's scent but luck wasn't on her side when a harsh growl left his lips making her fall on her knees in submission with her head hanging low.

Jungkook's father point at the newborn in her arms "An Omega?! Kill her!" He screamed in his Alpha voice but Maria shook her head "Alpha please, she's your daughter, have mercy!" She begged but he had already pulled out his sword "Appa, no... Don't kill her, she's my little sister."

Jungkook says with a soft sob leaving his lips but his father just laughs coldly "You and your mother are both the same! Weak and useless but at least both of you are an Alpha." he says before pointing at the newborn once again.

"But this baby that my child was an omega." He hissed "She's a total failure the moment she was born!" He says as he brings up his sword to attack the newborn who was shielded by Maria. Seeing the sword being lifted, Jungkook felt something was stirred up inside him.

His wolf.

His eyes flash red as he broke free from the guard's hold. He jumps on his father and starts attacking him. Jungkook bite his arm and a loud shriek left his lips when Jungkook did that. The sword fell from his hold as Jungkook tighten his bite.

His father growls as he throws Jungkook to the wall harshly. Any normal young wolf would have passed out due to the impact but Jungkook get back to his feet and stood in front of Maria protectively. His father glances at his bleeding arm and growls harshly at Jungkook.

Instead of submitting, Jungkook glare at his father with his red eyes and growl back defensively. His father almost backs away when Jungkook growls at them while the guards are already backing off. Jungkook's sharp gaze is enough to tell them not to come closer.

His father let out a breath as he scoffs. He can't let this slide and prove to his pack members that he has no control over his son. Every issue can be turned into an opportunity. He glances at the newborn and smirked evilly as he finally says

"Fine, you want to keep your sister? You can. Do you want her to stay in the pack? Of course but with one condition." he says as he gazes at Jungkook who is still looking at him silently, telling him to continue. He fixes his cloth and hides his wounded arm as he continues.

"Your freedom, in return for her safety."

He declares making Jungkook's breath hitch. The boy gulps upon hearing that as his eyes slowly turn back to their normal ones. Jungkook admits, even if he is a Trueblood he is still a child. How long would it take to get through him to his baby sister? probably not long if the entire pack attacks him.

Even if they run, where would they go? It would be an endless chase and his baby sister will never have an easy life. His freedom in exchange for her safety? She will be free but he has to be his cruel father's slave forever. Seeing the boys conflicted situation, the Alpha King smirked and left the room after saying.

"Your choice, my son."

When his father left the room with his men, jungkook let out a shaky breath. Maria looked at the boy with teary eyes as she pray to the gods to protect the two siblings for what awaits them in the future. Jungkook turns around and looks at Maria in the eyes as he says.

"Everything will be fine, have faith."

He had it hard on him even as a child and Yes, Jennie is Jungkook's sister in her past life.
