NO ONE P.O.V

The silence between them is too loud. Lisa is eating silently, feeling awkward as her mind had been thinking about what did the Demon Alpha said to her. Her mouth is itchy to talk, she just wants to slap herself.

The Demon Alpha, however, is sitting in front of her as he pours himself a cup of tea and drinks it without looking at her. Totally not interested in starting a conversation. Lisa who is eating silently peek at The Demon Alpha.

He didn't look bothered or rushed. Didn't he say that he want to take back his power when he break free from the seal? That means, he wants to conquer the world. If that is so what is he waiting for?

"You really like staring at me huh?"

Lisa got pulled out from her thought upon hearing that. She realize that she had been staring and the Demon Alpha had caught her red-handed. Startle by the situation, Lisa quickly turns back to the food and eat silently. The Demon Alpha didn't say anything as he look away. Lisa glanced at his blank face.

What's with the cold face? Can't he at least smile? I felt suffocated.

"I don't know if you're a fool or you really don't wish to live anymore." Hearing the Demon Alpha's voice she look at him and saw that he is glaring at her. She widen her eyes "Did I say it out loud?" Seeing the glare Lisa knew that it was true.

Gulping the lump in her throat, Lisa slowly moves away from the Demon Alpha who is staring at her intensely. Lisa wanted to hide but the is nowhere for her to hide, The Demon Alpha let out a breath as he put away the tea and stood up.

Not bothering to say anything nor look at her he just walks away from the room without saying anything. Lisa who sits there looks at the Demon Alpha, feeling guilty if she hurt his feelings. The Demon Alpha is an enemy of course.

But he hasn't done anything bad to her. He locked her in a luxurious bedroom instead of the dark underground dungeon that stinks and is scary. He fed her with good food and he give her new clothes. He just told her to tell him the story and nothing more.

Okay, it's suspicious but still, he hasn't harmed her. Lisa pouted as she slumps her shoulder down in defeat "Sorry, Big Alpha." She mumble but The Demon Alpha is long gone so he didn't hear her. Lisa look down and smack her own forehead.

"I'm an idiot!"

The whole day, Lisa was locked in her room with nothing to do. Let's not wait for the Demon Alpha to kill her, she is dying out of boredom! She let out a frustrated groan before sitting up on the bed.

She had been counting on how many times had she breathed today and it was getting boring! She huff and glance at the door. She sniff the air and smell that Jimin was outside. Jimin is cold to her, fuck it, she thinks he hates her.

Lisa doesn't think that Jimin is a wolf so she can't say that Jimin is a fellow species. She cross her arm and wonder if that creature would allow her to go out. She jump off her bed and went towards the front door. She peeks at the lock to see if anyone was out there.

But she couldn't see anything "Uhm, Jimin? Are you there? I- I don't really want to disturb you but uh- you know? I kind of need something right now-" Lisa was cut off when someone suddenly open the door.

She flinches when Jimin stood in front of her and looks at her blankly "What do you want?" He asks in a plain tone. "Uh- You know, this room is huge and pretty but sitting in a four-walled room is bad for health?" Her statement comes out like a question.

Jimin roll his eyes, before slamming the door shut on her face. Lisa blinks before crossing her arm and pout "So damn mean, just say that I couldn't go out kindly and close the door properly, don't need to be so petty and slam the door in front of my pretty face."

She mumbles and looks away. She turns back around and stomps her feet back towards the bed. As she was about to jump on it the door was opened once again with Jimin standing in front of it.

He glances at her and say "Come out." He says plainly but it was enough for Lisa's eyes to shine so brightly as she squeals and run out from the room. She runs straight to the garden and takes a deep breath.

Jimin follows her from behind with his face still blank with no emotion. Lisa look around and start approaching the flowers in the garden. There were so many of them and Lisa never realize there was any. She usually saw walls and trees.

Even the tree has black leaves, how come she never notice the flowers? "Can't believe that Big Alpha also like flowers, huh?" She say subconsciously but Jimin didn't reply as he just glance at her once.

"You're free to walk around the palace." Jimin inform making Lisa lift her head "I can?" She asked as Jimin nodded "it's not like you could escape."

Hearing that Lisa huffed and glance up to the sky only to be met with the giant serpent's body. She purses her lips upon seeing that, yeah, she can't escape. Lisa didn't reply anything as she just look away and sulk silently.

As she is looking at those flowers her gaze lends on a black flower. She lift her left eyebrow at the odd-looking flower. She had never seen it but it felt oddly familiar as if she had read it somewhere.

After a few seconds of remembering, Lisa suddenly widen her eyes and kneel down in front of the flower "isn't this Dark Peony?" She asks in surprise because as far as she could remember, Dark Peony had extinct literally 100 thousand years ago.

Jimin glanced at her who are staring at the flower curiously but didn't dare to touch it. Lisa look at the flower with her big eyes, not blinking even a bit as she was too astonished to speak. In the book, Dark Peony had the power to cure any kind of disease.

From external injury to deadly internal disease. To obtain the flower is very hard and in order to make it into medicine, one has to have so much patience in making a high-quality medicine. Due to some reasons, the Dark Peony Flower was extinct and seeing one in front of her make her feel so giddy.

"This flower had extinct, how come is it here in Big Alpha's palace?" She asks curiously "Of course, it is in Lord's palace. He is the creator of the flower." Jimin suddenly speaks causing Lisa to turn to him. "Huh?"

"The Demon Alpha created the flower, thus the flower needs his magic to survive. After he was sealed, the magic died and the flower went extinct. Now he had returned, it wasn't weird if the flowers exist once again." He explains making Lisa's lips turn into an 'o' shaped.

Lisa couldn't believe that Demon Alpha's power could create life. His power literally destroy everything and knowing that this rare and beautiful Dark Peony Flower depends on his power to live, mesmerized her.

Lisa caress the power softly as their surrounding went silent. However, the silence didn't last long when the giant serpent start hissing in an alert tone. Jimin who is closing his eyes snaps his eyes open as he lifts his head up and says.

"Intruder."
