DAYLIGHT

—Cordelia had hoped her junior year would be amazing, but it has been anything but so far. Her friends were acting weird, as if they were hiding something from her. Her job at the Grill was a drag, and to top it off, her relationship was falling apart. This was supposed to be her year, and despite the rough start, Cordelia was determined to turn things around. She was going to uncover her friends' secrets, find a better job, and fix her relationship (she hopes).

Her relationship wasn't all bad; her boyfriend, Erik, was just a bit toxic. It seemed like everyone except Cordelia could see he was a jerk. I mean forsakes they didn't even match! Erik was a wannabe jock, while Cordelia was the sweetest and most outgoing person ever. Her friends tried to warn her about Erik, but she brushed them off because she was in love.

But besides her boyfriend and family, Cordelia's friends were everything to her. Caroline, her best friend, who shared so much in common with her, and she also cherished Elena and Bonnie, even if she wasn't as close to them as she was with Caroline.

Cordelia would do anything for her friends and family literally anything, even if it meant putting herself in danger. She hated seeing people being mean to her friends and would step in without hesitation, although sometimes her actions had consequences. While she tried to stay out of trouble, defending her friends brought out a fiercer side of her. This year, Cordelia promised herself she would change and make it her best year yet.

As she said this will be her year, the year everything changes.

ACT ONE OUT OF THREE
season two - season three

welcome to mystic falls.

—Cordelia sat in the backseat of the car, watching the dark road ahead as Tyler drove. She wasn't sure where they were headed—either her house or Caroline's—but they were definitely leaving. Cordelia didn't want to go, but Tyler insisted that the mayor had told them to leave immediately, so she decided to stick with Tyler. She didn't want to leave Caroline behind and driving in the dark alone was out of the question, so hopping in the car with them seemed like the best option. At least, that's what she thought.

The ride was okay until Tyler suddenly started freaking out about a strange noise. He was in terrifying pain over a sound that only he could hear. Cordelia tried to stay calm, but panic set in when Tyler lost control of the car and crashed into something. The impact was horrible, and when Cordelia came to, she saw Tyler unconscious and Caroline collapsing beside her minutes after. It was a horrifying start to what was already hoping to be a terrible year for Cordelia.

ACT ONE GUYSSSS UH THIS BOOK HAS BEEN ROTTING IN HERE. Bro guys I had this for like 5 months and just now decided to redo it like three weeks ago so bear with me and just last week I got everything for this book together I think so yea 😞 any trope ideas?
