DANDELION LOVES DANDELIONS. Ironic right? His mother had named him Dandelion because they were her favorite herbs; she used it for everything, to cure him from his sickness and to make wishes come true.

He lived in a small village with his mother and sister. He took care of them as they were poor like most people in the village, but whenever they came short of something mother Miranda always took care of them

Courtesy of mother Miranda, he had gotten his own small garden of Dandelions that he had. He was absolutely delighted to have something to give responsibility to that wasn't his mother and sister.

But yet there was still one thing that the 18 year old missed in his life - and that thing was love. Sure he was just 18 but yet he craved it.

Dandelion smiled as he picked up one of the herbs and inspected it, he closed his eyes before blowing on the plant and smiling in glee as the white and vulnerable petals flew away into the ice cold wind flying to their next location.

"Dandelion! Dinner's ready!" He heard his mother's soft voice yell at him. He quickly stood up but not before patting down his pants that had dirt on it from sitting on the ground.

"Coming mother!"

He walked into the small cabin kissing his sister on the cheek as she did her homework that she got from Luiza; the kind old lady that lived in front of the graveyard.

"Dinner smells amazing mother" He grinned. She softly smiled at her eldest and began serving the soup.

Now you're probably wondering what happened to Dandelion's father.

His father died when he was just 10 years old. The man died of an unknown illness that no Dandelion could cure.

Sure, he didn't have the best relationship with his father, but that didn't mean he hated the man. In fact, he looked up to his dad. Dandelion's father died because he had worked himself to death working hours just to feed his family.

If it came to that, Dandelion would sacrifice his whole life for his mother and sister. Just like his dad.

"I'm sorry that it's tomato soup again." His mother sighed sadly as she looked down at the food.

"It's ok mother! Let's pray." His sister said kindly, the 14 year old girl had no idea how bad it really was out there. She was allowed to go outside but not too long.

As the family of three prayed for their food in mother Miranda's name of course they dug into the soup Dandelion moaning in delight which got him a kick from his mom.

He looked up sheepishly towards his mother and looked at her stern expression, but it quickly turned into an amused look as the family of three giggled.

The giggling was cut short as a loud knock interrupted their meal.

The mother furrowed her brows as she stood up, the wooden chair screeching. She opened the wooden door that led outside making the cold air fly in giving Dandelion and his sister goosebumps.

He heard his mother gasp before she began speaking. "Mother Miranda!"

A quiet gasp escaped the boy as he looked at his sister who had the same expression on her young face.

Dandelion stood up and walked towards his mother and the guest that stood before the door. "Mother Miranda. What a surprise!"

Miranda smiled kindly at the boy as she began speaking to him. "Dandelion. Would you be willing to work for someone?" Mother Miranda questioned.

A job offer. This is what Dandelion had dreamed of for years; he finally could get the chance to help his family. "I- Of course Mother Miranda whatever helps!"

His mother grimaced he didn't want her son to work just for him to die like his father just to feed her. "I'm not sure..." She trailed unsurely ;making Mother Miranda lose her smile.

Dandelion scoffed at his mother. "This could finally be my chance mother!"

"I accept!"

"Very well," Miranda smiled. "You shall start working at Castle Dimitrescu as one of the many maids they could really use new ones.

Oh, if only Dandelion knew.

DANDELION looked up at the big castle as he held his small bag in his hands, saying goodbye to his family absolutely broke his heart. But staying in his house and seeing his mother be sad because they just ate soup for the day made is heart break more.

As Dandelion stepped into the big castle he was met with a woman wearing a maid outfit. He furrowed his brows as he looked around the castle, lots of people were running around but that didn't make him furrow his brows. It was the fact that he was the only male in the castle.

"Hello.." He trailed off as he looked into the eyes of the maid who kindly smiled. "You must be Dandelion Mother Miranda has told us about you!"

Dandelion was confused as to why mother Miranda would care about him, as if seeing the confused look on his face the maid began speaking. "You are the only male worker we have seen here in years, the lady doesn't do well with men you see."

"Huh" He hummed then why did mother Miranda hire him?

Suddenly flies began swarming the castle ground making the maids drop what they were doing and quickly bow down.

"Quick bow! Hide your face" Alice ushered him to bow, he quickly did as she said even though he was confused.

Dandelion looked cautiously up as he saw what where just mere flies turn into three beautiful women. "What..."

He was quickly shushed.

As the three women inspected the maids smirking in delight at their obedience.

Suddenly the blonde one of the three growled in anger as she marched toward the only male in the room.

"Who are you?" She growled as she gripped his jaw tightly, making him whimper.

"I'm Dandelion miss." He mumbled out but it came out very mushed as his cheeks were squished.

"Like the flower." She questioned the grip on his jaw softened before he spoke

"Actually miss its a herb" He corrected but quickly shut up at the murderous look he received

"Are you questioning my intelligence you stupid man thing ?" She spat.

"He's adorable. I want to keep him. '' Her sister Daniela grinned as she approached the two the rest of the maids began going back to work after being pardoned but they couldn't help but look in the corner of their eyes.

"Don't let mother hear you talk like that '' Cassandra Dimitrescu her voice filled with amusement Dandelion was lucky that Lady Dimitrescu left the castle for a while.

"What are you doing here you weasel" Bela asked her grip on his jaw fully releasing as they took a step back.

"Mother Miranda had hired me miss." Dandelion answered like the good boy he was.

"Mother Miranda?" The three sisters questioned in unison.

"Mhm"

"Well if whatever Mother Miranda says goes I guess. Chop Chop back to work." Daniela smirked, clapping her hands, she didn't want the boy to leave. It had been a while since they all had seen a male and boy oh boy was this gonna be a rollercoaster of emotion for Dandelion.
