No one's P.O.V.

Work, work, work. It seemed that it was all that Shu Kurenai knew. He would work in his office. Then he had to train his students with Spryzen. The worst part? He would even work at home with his laptop.

This would often result in him not having any time other than the night to spend time with his girlfriend.

He would always feel guilty due to this but (Y/N) would always reassure him that it was fine as long as he didn't ignore her out completely.

A normal working day (Shu's P.O.V.)

When? When will this work end? No matter how much of it I finish, there's always more of it piling up. I can't spend one day without being completely worked up neither can I spend a day by just spending time with my girlfriend.

But I asked her to help me with some paperworks. At least I can work together with her.

(n/n) is taking quite a while now. I told her the required files were in the top second shelf in the right hand side of the files room.

I should probably go and check. I got up from my chair and was about to walk outside but then I felt this sharp sting in my head.

Ow! I held my head in pain and squinted my eyes shut. What's wrong with me? Just now I was fine and now I'm feeling such a sharp pain. It feels as if someone has shot me in the head or something.

I glanced at the door of my office before everything went black and I felt myself coming in contact with a hard and cold surface.

A while later: (No one's P.O.V.)

'Damn it! Shu told me to get the files quickly but getting them out of that messed up shelf was way harder than I expected. I better hurry or he'll get mad at me.'

A certain (h/c) haired girl thought as she rushed to the albino's office with a handful of files.

As soon as she opened the door of his office, her eyes widened in shock and horror.

"Shu?!"

She said with concern in her voice as she rushed to his side. Slamming the files on the table, she knelt down beside him and tried to shook him awake.

"Hey Shu! Wake up! What happened to you?!" She exclaimed worriedly.

She tried for a few minutes but it didn't work. (Y/N) somehow managed to get her albino boyfriend on the couch. She laid him down and then went to fetch a bowl of cold water.

She sprinkled some of it on his face. Shu groaned a little before slowly opening his eyes. He looked to his side and saw his girlfriend sitting beside him with a worried look on her face.

"Shu are you okay?" She asked concerned.

"Yeah, I am okay now." He replied as he slowly sat up.

"What happened to you?" The girl asked as she placed a hand on his back.

"I don't know. I suddenly felt dizzy and then passed out." He answered.

"You should take rest before you collapse completely from overwork." (Y/N) told him.

"What? No way I have a lot of paperwork left." Shu looked at her with a light glare.
His shy girlfriend was not really shy right now.

"If you're not in proper health, how are you going to do your paperworks?" She asked crossing her arms.

"But (n/n) I need to finish that work today itself. I'll take rest once I'm done with the work." Shu tried to argue even though he knew very well that his girlfriend was right.

"That's always the same. You say you'll finish your work and then we can spend time together but your work just never ends."

Again, the girl had a good point. Shu huffed as he realised he had to listen to her.

"Alright. I'll rest."

(Y/N) smiled as she laid him back down on the couch and told him to sleep.

"But how can I sleep when it's not the time?" Shu asked innocently as he glanced at the female.

"I'll sing you a song then." The girl offered as she sat beside Shu and placed her hand on his forehead. Shu smiled as he nodded.

(A short timeskip)

After Shu fell asleep, (Y/N) covered him up with the blanket he always kept in his office.

"Rest well, Shu." She mumbled as she pecked his forehead and then got up and went to his desk.

Looking at all the paperworks, she made up her mind to finish it all for Shu. She sat down on the chair and began working.

"New bladers, new machines, new furnitures...geez Shu does work a lot."
She said to herself as she glanced at all the subjects on which the paperworks were.

After a while, when she was halfway through the works, she heard the door of Shu's office open.

Looking up, she saw Lane walk in. He looked at Shu sleeping on the couch and then at (Y/N) at Shu's desk with a questioning and confused gaze.

(Y/N) quietly walked up to him as she explained everything to him. Lane nodded in understanding.

"So, you're gonna do all his work while he rests?"

"Yeah."

"Is there anything I can help you with?"

"Hmm...could you please teach the students for today?"

"You mean I'll have to be their coach for a day? Yeah sure, sounds good."

Lane walked out after that was decided. (Y/N) also walked back to Shu's desk to finish the work. She looked at the sleeping albino and thought

'He always looks so cute and innocent when he's asleep.'

3 hours later: (No one's P.O.V.)

(Y/N) stretched out her arms with a feeling of relief and relaxation as she was done with all the works of Shu. She glanced at Shu only to find him still sleeping soundly.

She smiled as she got up and went to the cafeteria to grab something for him to eat and something for herself to drink.

She came back and placed the edibles on the table before gently shaking Shu's shoulder to wake him up.

Shu slowly opened his eyes and sat up. He turned to look at his girlfriend who immediately gave him the food to eat.

"Eat up. It'll give you some energy." She said.

Shu smiled as he nodded and began to eat slowly. Within a few minutes, he'd finished all of it. (Y/N) watched him all the while he was eating.

"How do you feel now, Shu?" She asked.

"Much better than before. And it's all thanks to you (n/n)." He smiled.

Suddenly, he engulfed the girl in a hug as she was left in pure surprise.

"S-Shu?"

"Shshh. Let me enjoy your warmth."

The girl obeyed and stayed quiet and the duo stayed in that position for a while. When the albino was satisfied enough, he pulled away and made eye contact with the female in front of him.

"You shouldn't overwork yourself, Shu." (Y/N) said in a serious yet caring tone.

"I know, I know (n/n). But work is also important y'know." Shu sighed.

"Not as much as your health is."

Shu sighed again knowing that (Y/N) did have a good point. Then he flashed a smile her way,

"Yeah, you're right. Thanks for always being here with me and looking after me."

Shu's loving smile was one of the things that could make blood rush up to the poor girl's cheeks very easily.

"You're welcome." She said as red dusted both her cheeks.

Shu pulled her close to himself and kissed her forehead and cheek and then her lips. (Y/N)'s face was like ⁄(⁄ ⁄•⁄-⁄•⁄ ⁄)⁄.

Shu chuckled at her cute shyness.

"Love you, (n/n)."

"L-love you too, Shu."

He pulled her down on the couch with him and they cuddled for a good while before returning to work and then taking proper rest.
