(Y/N) Shirosagi, the beloved younger sister of Lui Shirosagi was quite the opposite of her big brother. He was aggressive and rude but she was calm and friendly. Even though, their attitudes were different, the siblings loved each other.

She was younger only by a year, making Lui the elder. And believe it or not, Lui was really an overprotective and caring brother.

He would always ask her about her health and whether anyone's bothering her or not and all that stuff. He never let her near a guy all by herself.

Now, (Y/N) being the cheery and happy girl she was, decided to go and cheer her brother and his teammate in the Ultimate Tag Series tournament. So, she boarded the next flight to Japan and headed straight for the centre.

She was walking towards the room she was told her brother would be in. On her way, she accidentally bumped into a white haired and red eyed boy, causing her to fall.

"I'm sorry I wasn't looking where I was going." He apologized, extending a hand towards her to help her.

The (h/c) girl looked up and immediately recognised the albino head. She gave him a bright smile as she accepted his hand and quickly got up and said,

"It's alright. And you're Shu Kurenai, right?"

Shu tilted his head a bit as he nodded.

"Yeah, I am. And you are?"

He thought she might be one of his fangirls again, which made him groan internally.

"Oh, my bad. I didn't introduce myself. I am (Y/N), (Y/N) Shirosagi."

Shu raised both his eyebrows as he asked,

"Wait, Shirosagi? Are you in any way related to Lui Shirosagi?"

"Oh, yeah. I am his younger sister!" She smiled.

"I see. But how do you know me?" He asked, curious.

"Lui, talks a lot about you. But to be honest, he always said that you are a bad and rude person. But all I see is a good and friendly guy." She explained, making him blush a bit.

"I'm glad you see me that way..." He began but got cut off when suddenly Lui came walking in,

"(Y/N)! WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE YOU DOING WITH HIM?! COME ON, LET'S JUST LEAVE ALREADY!"

And he grabbed his sister's hand as he dragged her away from there leaving both Shu and (Y/N) speechless.

"Lui, calm down big brother! Shu and I were just talking..." (Y/N) said as they entered Lui and Dante's training room.
Lui shut the door and let go of her hand before angrily plopping down on the couch. His hair went up in flames as he gritted his teeth and began...

"Talking?! I don't even want you to go near that guy again! You don't know anything about him. If you really want a boyfriend then I'll get the best boys in Japan line up for you. You can have anyone but him!"

(Y/N)'s face turned red at Lui mentioning Shu as her 'boyfriend'. She pouted, defending herself,

"Maybe, I don't know him well but I sure know that he's a good guy! And where the heck are you bringing up the boyfriend thing from?!"

Lui scoffed, "Tch. Anyone from even a mile away would say that the two of you were talking like boyfriend and girlfriend."

"But-"

"I don't want you anywhere near him again. That's it!" He said quickly, as (Y/N) sighed in defeat.

And for the rest of the day, she spent her time with Lui and Dante with Lui often having to hold Dante back from hugging his lil sister and crushing her bones out of excitement.

Reader's P.O.V.

Phew....what a day! Now, time to have a relaxing walk. I walked out of the training facility and thought of taking a round around the building. As I was walking, I slowly started singing a song that I liked.

"(Now my dear readers, kindly insert your favourite song since if I am going to insert mine, y'all will....leave it. Back to the story.)"

"Wow, you have such a sweet voice!"

I heard a voice say. It didn't sound like Lui's so I turned around to see who it was.
And behind me was standing Shu, with a smile on his face.

I blushed red and stammered,

"Y-you were l-listening?" He nodded.

"But what are you doing here? I thought you would be with your brother in the facility..." He asked.

At that, I stretched my arms and said,

"Yeah, I was. The whole day. So, I'm out for a little bit of fresh air."

He nodded in understanding. Then I asked,
"So, what brings you out here?"

No one's P.O.V.

Shu frowned a little as he replied,

"I was just wondering how to help Lane. I thought maybe a walk would help me in thinking of any ideas."

"Lain? He's your tag team partner, right? I've seen him battle and his...what was it called again...?...oh yeah...flare. It is quite concerning..."

The (h/c) girl said making Shu nod sadly as they started walking together.

"Left unchecked and he might burn himself away. I never wanted Lain to lose control of himself and his flare. What kind of mentor would I be, if I'm not able to help my own student? I feel like a complete failure."

Shu said in a regretful way as he held his head down. (Y/N) felt bad for him and spoke up,

"Hey, hey. Don't talk like that! People don't change so easily like that. I'm sure you'll be able to change him eventually. Just remember...don't give up!"

And she gave him her bright smile.
This caused Shu to smile a bit as well. The wind blew causing both of their hairs to blow. This slightly revealed Shu's right eye and his...scar.

(Y/N) being the curious girl she was, lifted her hand up to touch it as they both halted in their tracks.

She touched his scar, softly stroking it as he closed his eye. Shu actually never let anyone touch it but when (Y/N) touched it, he didn't feel like brushing her hand away.

He was actually liking the softness and warmth that accompanied her touch.

'She's Lui's sister and yet she's nothing like him. (Y/N) is like a completely opposite version of Lui Shirosagi.' Shu thought.

"I'm sorry..." She whispered quietly, as she continued to stroke his scar.

Shu was confused so he asked,"Sorry for what?"

"I'm sorry for what my brother did to you..."

She frowned as she pulled her hand back. Shu felt mildly disappointed at the loss of touch and also felt bad for her shaming on herself when it wasn't her fault at all.

"Hey, don't be sorry. It's not your fault at all. Besides, I have this as a mark of how much stronger I've grown. See..."

And he lifted his hair up just the way he does whenever he wins a bey battle. That made (Y/N) blush a bit.

This didn't go unnoticed by the ever observant albino Shu. Taking the opportunity he asked her,

"Hey, are you blushing?"

Hearing that, the female quickly covered her face with her hands as she quickly retorted,

"Of course not!"

Shu chuckled as he said, "You can't fool me~ Are you blushing because of me?~"

"S-Shut up!"

Shu let out a laugh and said, "Okay, then. But do you wanna know a secret?"

(Y/N) pulled her hands down and tilted her head as she asked,

"What secret?"

Shu smirked leaning in closer to her as the female started backing away. Until...

He wrapped an arm around her waist, pulling her closer to him and then letting their foreheads touch, he kissed her.

The young Shirosagi was left in poor surprise. Not knowing what to do, (Y/N) just tried to follow Shu's movements. They kissed for a good while until they had to pull away due to lack of oxygen.

The female's face turned red as she asked,

"Why did you kiss me, Shu?"

"Hmm...I don't know. I just felt like it." He replied simply.

"What?!"

"I mean I felt like kissing you. I felt like it is the right thing to do because that's what people do when they like someone, right?"

"You like me? Shu, I am a Shirosagi and how are you not feeling flustered after the...the...kiss?" She asked blushing.

"Yes I do. And I don't care whether you are a Shirosagi or not. I just want to make you mine~" Shu cooed moving closer to her as she started to back away.

The next moment, (Y/N) found herself in Shu's arms and as she was about to say something...

"KURENAI! GET THE HELL AWAY FROM MY SISTER, NOW!!"
Lui yelled charging in.
Shu just smirked as he asked, "Why?"

This angered Lui even more as he reached out to (Y/N) yanking her out of Shu's arms and into his.

"I WON'T ALLOW MY SISTER TO BE ANYWHERE NEAR YOU!"

This made Shu smirk wider as he asked,

"Even if she likes me? I thought you cared for her..."

Lui gritted his teeth and yelled,

"I KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY LITTLE SISTER! AND WHAT ON EARTH GIVES YOU THE IDEA THAT SHE LIKES YOU, HUH?"

"Ask her then, if you don't believe me."

Lui looked at (Y/N) and asked,

"You don't like this guy, do you?"

"I-i actually do." She whispered quietly.

"You what?! This can't be!" Lui said in disbelief.

"See?" Shu asked his smirk growing wider making Lui sigh in annoyance.

"You, really like him, (Y/N)?" He asked his sister. She nodded as he sighed once more.

"Alright, if you have made up your mind then I guess I really can't change your mind. But if he ever does anything bad to you or tries to hurt you then just let me know. Okay?"
He explained ruffling her hair.

"Mhm. I will, big brother!" She smiled.

Then Lui turned to Shu and said,

"And Kurenai you better take good care of her. If I ever see her cry because of you then be prepared for your death. Got it?"

"Don't worry I'm not a hot head like you. She's gonna be happy with me, you'll see."

Shu smirked making his way up to (Y/N) as he wrapped an arm around her waist.

"Tch. Don't feel so good about it. I did this only because I love my sister too much." Lui said annoyed as he walked away from the couple.

"So, we are now official, right?" (Y/N) asked smiling as Shu wrapped both his arms around her waist and she placed her hands on his chest.

"What do you think?" He asked pecking her head, making her giggle.

"I love you, Shu."

"I love you too (Y/N)."

Shu confessed, giving her a passionate kiss which she returned. And it was the usual happy ending...

"HEY LOVEBIRDS! COME OVER FOR DINNER! THERE ARE MANY HUNGRY DORKS HERE WHO ARE READY TO DEVOUR ALL THE FOOD SO HURRY UP! AND (Y/N), YOU HAVE FAMILY HERE TOO!"

Lui yelled from the training centre rooftop.
