A normal day:
In Shu's office:
Third person or No one's P.O.V.

The albino blader was seated on his chair and was apparently doing some paperwork regarding the maintenance of the equipments and the number of newbies who had joined the team.

As he was working, a sudden loud sound of something falling made him stop and stand up before he quickly went out of his office to check what had happened.

He walked along the hallway, cautiously keeping an eye out to see what was wrong until another young lad ran into him.

"Watch where you're going."

He said rather coldly to the boy who seemed to be around the age of 10-11. The young boy nervously responded,

"I-I'm s-sorry sir. I-I was just coming to inform you about the accident that has occurred downstairs."

"Accident? What do you mean?"

Shu asked with his tone just as before but he was actually concerned inside.

"Miss (L/N)...she just fell down and-"

Before the boy could complete his sentence, Shu had already dashed off to the staircase, leaving him completely dumbfounded.

Just knowing that the accident had his girlfriend involved in it, got him running at his top speed.

As soon as he reached downstairs, he saw a group of people gathered in a circle, as if they were surrounding someone.

The albino pushed through the crowd, only to find his girlfriend sitting on the floor with a big metallic box on her legs. She was trying her best not to cry but when she saw her boyfriend standing there, she couldn't control herself and cried,

"S-Shu..."

Everyone quickly turned their gazes to the albino who now had a dark aura surrounding him.

"Why are you all just standing here and watching her in pain? Help me get the box off of her legs. Right. Now."

He said coldly as everyone just flinched in fear and quickly helped him get the box off of the girl's legs.

As soon as the box was gone, the red eyed male spotted several bruises along with a few little bleeding cuts on her feet.

His eyes turned in a darker crimson as he didn't bother to listen to anyone saying anything and just picked (Y/N) up in his arms before leaving from there in order to get her proper treatment.

At the infirmary:

Shu was bandaging (Y/N)'s legs and she was sitting still like a disciplined child the whole time.

As he'd finished, he put the first aid supplies away and looked up at her with a serious face and she gulped hard knowing what was coming.

"(Y/N)."

"Um...y-yes?"

"Would you care to tell me how you got under that box?"

"W-well, I was just trying t-to help the workers take them out b-but I didn't expect to get trapped under one myself."

She said and scratched her nape sheepishly as Shu hardened his gaze at her.

"Why do you think workers are here? I pay them because they do work like that. Why did you have to do that huh? Now you're hurt."

"But I didn't do it on purpose."

(Y/N) pouted as the red eyed albino just rubbed his temple with one hand before standing up and picking her up in his arms again.

The (e/c) eyed girl blushed and held onto his shoulders as he walked back to his office.

"You're seriously a childish troublemaker. Everytime you cause a trouble it happens because you have a silly wish you want to fulfill. You need to stop being like this or else one day this childish attitude might get you killed."

The albino threatened as his girlfriend hid her face in his chest and made a 'QwQ' face. Though Shu didn't show it outside, he actually smiled inside, feeling happy that (Y/N) was being clingy to him.
He didn't want to admit it but he enjoyed teasing her.

It was true that she was a troublemaker and that really caused Shu a lot of problems because he was always running around either solving the problems she'd cause or helping her if she got in trouble herself.
But no matter how mad he would be, her little innocent child like attitude would always make his heart melt.
Perhaps that was one of the reasons why he loved her so much.

Shu's office:

"Now, sit here and take rest. I'm gonna go do my work."

Shu instructed as he set (Y/N) down on the couch of his office before going to sit on his desk and start working as well.

"Okie dokie!"

The (h/c) haired girl smiled happily as she took out her phone and airpods to listen to some music and play some games as well.
And with that Shu also began his work.

An hour and a half later:

"Hmm, so these are the papers on which I have to- huh? Wait a minute. There are some pages missing here."

Shu muttered to himself as he scanned through the bundle of papers. He sighed to himself before getting up,

"I need to go and ask my secretary about this. He must be knowing where the missing papers are."

Then his red eyes glanced at the (h/c) haired girl who was busy with her phone.

'(Y/N) doesn't look like she's gonna get up from the couch anytime soon. I can go and get the papers within 10 minutes.'

The albino thought as he walked out of his office.

Little did he know, leaving (Y/N) and his important papers alone in the office could prove to be very dangerous.

2 minutes later:

"This game is soooooo boring..."

(Y/N) whined as she took off her airpods and put them aside with her phone.

"I want to play something physical..."

She muttered to herself as she stood up and now walked near Shu's desk.

"Umm...I wonder where Shu went. Nevermind, he must've gone to do some urgent work."

She said to herself again as she looked at the things kept on his desk. Pen stand, paper weight, files, Spryzen's launcher, a few pens but nothing special enough to attract her attention. Until...

She spotted a bundle of papers which were kept near the edge of the table and just above the spot where the dustbin was supposed to be.

Picking up the bundle, the (e/c) eyes of the female scanned them.

'These papers must be of no use, that's why Shu has kept them near the dustbin's edge. I can use these papers to make planes to play with and this way they will be re-used as well.'

The girl thought in her childish mind as she took the papers and began making planes with them.

10 minutes later:

Shu had finally got the missing pages he needed and was now back at his office door. As soon as he opened the door...
A paper plane flew straight into his face as his fast reflexes caught it before it could hit his face.

"What the-"

Holding the plane, he looked into his office only to find several other planes flying here and there with the (e/c) eyed girl sitting in the middle and giggling like a 5 year old girl.

"Oh, hey Shu! Look how many planes I've made! Do you wanna join me too?"
She asked cheerfully as the albino only raised an eyebrow before unfolding the paper he held in his hands. His eyes widened in shock seeing the paper and he yelled,

"(Y/N)!!!!"

The said girl flinched at the sudden change in his voice as she asked nervously,

"Y-yes?"

The red eyed albino gritted his teeth in frustration as he walked up to the female in the office with a red and angry aura surrounding him.

"These papers..."

He began as the girl gulped hard, realising that her boyfriend was fuming in anger right now.

"H-huh?"

"Who gave you permission to use these papers as your toys huh?!"

He asked coldly as tears were now forming in the girl's eyes and she started backing away from him.

"ANSWER ME!!!"

He yelled again which scared the hell out of her and she quickly responded,

"I-I t-thought t-these papers a-are useless s-so I u-used t-them t-to-"

"You thought?! Seriously?! How can you just make planes out of paper which are kept on my table huh?! Why the hell did you not ask me?! Do you know how important these papers were?!"

The crimson blader cut her off before she could finish and held up the paper in his fist, making it crumple up badly.

"I-I'm s-sor-"

"Sorry?! Is your sorry going to make these papers turn back to normal?! Listen here (Y/N), I'm seriously so tired of your childish attitude! I'm sick of going around and always trying to protect you from trouble! When are you going to be mature?! You're NOT A CHILD ANYMORE!!!"

He lashed out angrily on her as the girl was now crying and trembling in fear.

"I'M TALKING TO YOU (Y/N) (L/N)!"

He yelled as the (h/c) haired girl pushed past him and ran out of his office...crying.
She ran all the way to their shared apartment and went in the bedroom, locking herself in it.

'Why? Why? Why does Shu get so mad at me? I didn't do that on purpose! If I had known those papers were important, I-I wouldn't have done that. I-if he's really so sick of me then it's best that we break up and I leave him!'

She thought as she had become a crying mess by now.

Meanwhile with Shu:

The albino clenched his fists and took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down. He ran his hand through his hair and looked around in his office where several paper planes had fallen. Letting out a sigh of heaviness, he realised what all things he'd just said to his girlfriend.

'Damn it! Damn it! Why did I say all that to (Y/N)?! I know she didn't do this on purpose but I still lashed out on her. Ugh! She must be so upset right now. I have to go and check on her right away.'

He thought and hastily went to look around for his girlfriend. After a while of searching, he was now in front of the bedroom door and could hear faint sounds of crying from inside.

"(Y/N)..."

"G-go a-away!"

He tried to talk to her but everytime she'd say the same thing over and over. He sighed to himself and took out a spare key to the bedroom.

Opening the door, he found his girlfriend lying on the bed with her face buried inside a pillow, seemingly trying to cover up her sounds of crying.

Shu sighed once more as he walked up to the bed and sat beside the girl and rubbed her arm gently, in an attempt to comfort her.

The weeping girl looked up at him as the albino could feel his chest tighten at the sight of her being in tears.

"Look...I'm sorry I said those harsh things to you. I was just so angry that time that I said a lot of things which I didn't actually mean. I'm sorry for making you cry (n/n)."

He apologized and waited for her response. The female silently sat up and roughly wiped her eyes as she looked at him with a frown.

"Y-you really m-meant none of i-it? B-but it sounded l-like you d-did. If my childish personality is that much troublesome to you t-then we can just break up a-and I-I'll leave you alone."

"W-What?"

She wanted to break up with him?! No way he was letting that happen! He couldn't lose her!

Without wasting another second, Shu wrapped his arms around her and pulled her in his embrace, taking her by surprise.
Before she could say anything, he buried her face in her shoulder and said just loud enough for her to hear,

"I know I'm a cold and short tempered person. It's true that when I'm mad, I say what I really don't mean. But trust me when I say this (n/n). I can't bear the thought of losing you. I love you too much to let you go. Please forgive me (Y/N). I promise I'll never let what happened today repeat itself again in the future."

His voice sounded so earnest and desperate for forgiveness that the (h/c) haired girl just couldn't bear being so cruel to him.

"O-okay then. I-I forgive you Shu. B-but don't forget your words."

She spoke and wrapped her arms around him, returning his hug as the red eyed albino smiled joyfully and tightened his arms around her.

"Thank you so much (n/n)! I promise I won't forget my words! I love you so much!"

"I love you more Shu."

She replied with a smile as they both leaned in closer and locked their lips in a loving kiss.

And guess what? After that day, Shu wasn't as cold as he used to be and (Y/N) wasn't the troublemaker she used to be.
Sure they hadn't change completely but their personalities had toned down from the extremes to the moderates which was a good thing. (:

Sometimes while writing, I feel like I also need a hug from Shu. But unfortunately he isn't real. ( T ▽ T )
