"Here's the song!"

Cameras were currently filming the girls' every moves.

Although they were finished their signal song, the challenge for the semi final was to compete against Seas0n once more with a JYP created original song.

The song was called 'Stars' and the main point was to see who could sing at a JYP standard title track song first.

"We're dividing up parts," Renee instructed as she handed out music sheets to the girls.

Mya peeked at the notes and her eyes nearly flew out of her head.

"Why does the chorus have an eight count D5 in the middle of dancing?!"

Renee only shrugged.

"Ask JYP."

Riley was currently marking up her page with notes about who should sing where, potential people for a certain part, and even who wouldn't sound as good singing a certain part.

"Riley, thoughts?" Robin asked.

The leader looked around at her members and took a deep breath.

"I think Robin would be our strongest candidate to start off the song. I feel that she can sing that kind the best."

The girls nodded and all moved to mark up their pages.

"For the second part of verse one, Alaska."

The main dancer nodded, humming her newly assigned part quietly.

"The pre chorus is going to myself," Riley said after a short pause, thinking it through.

She then sat up while still staring at her paper.

"I'm not sure for the first chorus whether Mya or Mari should start it off so... can I hear you both sing it?"

Mya glanced over at Mari who simply shrugged.

"I'll go first then," Mya said, taking a deep breath.

She did a speedy sight read and then sat up straight.

Take your chances, make it happen
Fly up to space and reach for my hand
Pull me up, defy gravity
And when we're together we can swing amongst the stars

After Mya finished her turn, Mari went immediately after.

"I think Mya should sing the first chorus and Mari the second," Lanhua voiced. "Mostly because most of the second verse is rap and I feel that Mari's vocals are a nice contrast to it."

Everyone agreed and that was quickly settled.

"Lanhua, you're going to do majority of the second verse, but the little lines in between are going to be for myself and Robin," Riley said. "Then Alaska will get the pre chorus before verse 2."

Robin was scribbling down notes as Riley spoke.

"Mari gets chorus 2, and for the hook, we're going to have me for the first half and Lanhua for the second half."

After that part, there was a dance break before the final chorus.

"Final chorus also has the ending which will be done by Mya and the ending verse goes to Robin to finish us off!"

All the girls applauded lightly at the finished product and then Renee bought out the demo CD to listen to.

As the girls listened to it, they found that they somehow managed to assign the parts in a way that suited them really well.

A testament to their chemistry and clear synchronization of the group.

"Shall we start practicing?"

"I'm so fucking tired."

All the girls had managed to drag themselves back to the dorm after practice only to fall onto the floor in exhaustion.

"You guys did so great today!" Renee beamed. "I'll get started on dinner!"

The girl hurried into the kitchen to begin cooking leaving the other girls to fend for themselves.

"I'm showering first," Mya said, pulling herself out of the Bittersweet sweat pile.
"Noooo, stay with me," Mari whined, trying to grab Mya to force her back into their mess.
"I love you so much, but I cannot continue to this sticky!" Mya squealed and quickly dodged and scurried off the shower before anyone could pull her back again.

After a nice, long, relaxing shower, Mya flipped onto the living room couch as the rest of the girls fought over the shower.

She pulled out her phone and noticed a text.

Mya set her phone down beside her as a smile bloomed.

She couldn't wait to finally meet this guy that she had been falling for.

As she slowly began to drift off into her delusions, something suddenly felt off.
