Five-Adulthood(Pt.1)

Third Person's P.O.V.:

You know the drill bb,welcome back!

Regret filled his heart as Five jumped too far,landing in a place he would never dreamed to be,after leaving his bestfriend now he's in the apocalypse.

Alone.

"Y/n!?"Five calls out for her as he misses her voice that was just calling out for him a few minutes ago as his heart fills with dread.

"Vanya!?,Ben!?,Dad!?"He called out for anyone...someone.

But as he ran around he felt more alone and broken as the bodies he found was his siblings.

Incomplete,as he looks around not seeing Vanya or...Y/n.

With the disappearance of number Five,Y/n may have found a friend in number Six,but fate seems to love playing with her as one day,like her first bestfriend,number six disappeared from her life,but now without a doubt,dead.

"Where's Ben?"Y/n asks smiling as the academy enters the house,but unlike Vanya who stood beside her,Y/n haven't notice their gloomy face as she was distracted by something she wanted to tell to Ben.

"Okay what's wrong?"Y/n asks as the others waited for someone to have the guts,to tell her the truth with the possibility of breaking her apart once more.

"He's dead"Number one announces with a heavy heart as Y/n's face turns into a frown and she started breathing heavily.

"Come again?"Y/n asks as she hopes the she misheard Luther.

"There must have been a misunderstanding,he can't be—can he?"Y/n asks facing Diego who shook his head sadly as Y/n glances between all of her siblings.

"No—please"Y/n pleads as she tears started to pool around her eyes as her lungs starte to tighten as air seems to be locked out of them.

"Y/n calm down please"Vanya pleaded as her heart broke,Y/n just started smiling a few weeks ago after almost a year of Five's disappearance and now this?

"I can't breathe—"Y/n sobs as she grasps on Vanya's forearm as she tries to balance herself.

"Y/n please breathe with me"She heard Klaus's voice but it feels like he was miles away and she started hearing ringing in her ears as everything turns black slowly.

As she felt herself fall in a void of darkness she heard her voice being called one more time.

"Y/n!No—"Vanya calls out as Y/n passes out in her arms and the siblings panicked as Luther immediately carried her to the clinic,not ready to lose another sibling after he lose two of them in a year.

"Y/n"Vanya whispered as she prevented herself from crying as she follows Luther while she thought of what have they done for them to deserve a life like this?

What have Y/n done to deserve such misery in her life for her bestfriends to be taken from her?

Who are they supposed to blame?

Or are they the one to blame?

Is there anyone to blame?

"Where's Y/n?"Five asks looking around as his heart started beating fast in hopes of seeing her again after years.

"She's—"Diego starts but was cut off by Vanya.

"She's dead"Vanya spoke up as her siblings look at her in confusion with their eyebrows knitted.

"What?"Allison exclaims

"That's impossible"Five mutters

"It is,she's dead"Diego added as Five nodded knowing they're lying but he doesn't know why.

Walking around the apocalypse Five tugs the red wagon behind him as he covers his mouth and nose in order to prevent his lungs from inhaling the dust from the polluted air of the apocalypse.

"Five!"Hearing her voice once again he sighs as he thought he's hallucinating about her voice once again but looking infront of his eyes squinted seeing a figure as they try to run towards him with their feet unstable.

"Five!"

"Y/n!"

"You're so weird"Vanya mutters as she puts down her keys on the table with her sweaty hands as she doesn't think that Five would be here.

"I have decided that you're the only one I could trust."Five started before standing up and placing his hands on his pockets.

"You and Y/n"Five added with a firm voice as Vanya looks away as her heart started beating so fast in nervousness.

"I don't know what you're talking about"Vanya says,she doesn't think Y/n deserves this,she hasn't recover yet fully after years and she doesn't think Y/n needs to see Five.

"Vanya—"Five firmly starts but he was cut off by a girl's voice who is screaming as Vanya's eyes widened opening one of tge rooms of her apartment.

Inside a girl was laying on her bed as she tries to breathe as she was awoken from a nightmare she never wishes to come true.

The apocalypse.

"Breathe Y/n,just follow my breathing please"Vanya pleaded as Y/n grasp on her forearm while Vanya breathes loudly for Y/n to follow and she did as she slowly calms down.

Looking behind Vanya Y/n's eyes widened as she saw someone she's never thought she would have seen after all this years.

"Five?"Y/n mutters as Vanya turns around seeing Five who was watching her calm down Y/n the whole time.

"Y/n"Five softly says as her name rolls off his tongue.

"Can you leave us alone please?"Five asks Vanya who reluctantly did when Y/n tugs on her forearm for her to stay but Vanya softly takes her hand off.

"Its okay,I'm just outside"Vanya says as Y/n pleaded her to stay with her ees but Vanya walks out of the door closing it behind her.

"Get out"Y/n manages to blurt out with a heavy heart.

"Y/n no please—"Five pleaded but Y/n shook her head.

"Out!"Y/n yelled

"No.Please I'm sorry okay?,but Y/n I found something in the future and I need your help okay?I need you by my side"Five says as Y/n scoffs turning her attention to the window.

"There is an apocalypse coming in eight days and I need your help or we're all gonna die"Five added as Y/n laughs

"Good then!Then we will all die together—with you staying here.Like you promised remember?"Y/n hisses

"Y/n..."

"Get Out.Please"

"So how'd you survive?"Five asks as Y/n whose savouring the food he found as it looks that she haven't eaten for days.

"I don't know.All I can remember is I'm in Vanya's apartment and the next thing I know is I was awake inside a dome in the apocalypse"Y/n says as she sighed missing Vanya already.

"How do you look so young?"Five whispered as he was itching to know why she still looks thirteen.

"Well when Ben died,a year after you left...I have gotten into a coma and I woke up when I was 19,but it have stopped my growth"Y/n explains and Five have never felt more guilty as he was one of the reason it happened to her.

Just because he failed to keep a promise.

"I'm sorry"Five whispered

"Vanya please!Stop this!"Y/n yelled as Vanya dangles their siblings in the air like rag dolls but Vanya blinded by anger.

If it only she haven't been included all this years,but each one of them are also the reason why her twin sister Y/n have suffered all this years.

She was never one to blame someone,but she can't control it.

It was too much.

"I'm sorry"Y/n whispered to air as she hopes it would reach the ears of the person it needed to hear as she closes her hands into a fist.

And with a scream she lets out a red beam that surrounded her and Vanya as Vanya lets go of their siblings and they both fell on the ground.

"Y/n!"Five yells as he rans beside her as she tries so hard to stay away and keep her eyes open as Five cradles her in his arms.

"Hey,stay awake for me please"Five pleaded as Y/n smile and with shaky hands she brushes his hair off his face to see it better.

One more time.

"Take card of her for me"Y/n mutters as she slowly closes her eyes as the others watched sadly as Y/n have done nothing to the world yet it made her suffer all her life.

And now in the last moments of her life she lay on the arms of the boy that is the first who shows her what it truly felt to be loved.

And with the second time,the boy holds the person he truly loved the most from the start as he tried to saved the world but his own world dies in his arms.

"Stay awake for me please?"Five pleaded as Y/n lay down on the cot he made for her,in trying to keep her warm as it was too cold for her.

"I c-can't.I tried,but I'm so tired.Can I rest now please?"Y/n whispered as Five nodded softly as Y/n smiled and hugs Five one more time as she stay in his arm.

"You can rest now.I'm sorry for being selfish"Five whispered and he hears Y/n chuckle softly.

"You're not selfish.I'm sorry that I'm leaving you here alone"Y/n mutters as tears softly fell from her eyes while Five tries to stop his tears from falling.

"I'm sorry for leaving you"Five mumbles and Y/n pats his back softly.

"Its okay Five,I love you so much"Y/n whispered as she lets out a breath before her eyes fully closes and her arms fell on her side.

"Y/n?"Five calls out for her softly but he knows that it was too late as he can't feel her breath on his neck anymore.

"I love you.Please don't leave me"Five couldn't stop himself from crying as he holds her tight in his arms in hopes that it would wake her up.

But he knows that it was much too late.

Because this time,it was her who left.

Leaving him alone.

Without her.
