Taehyung got home that same night and pulled out his phone. He knew that Jungkook or whatever company he worked for had a Instagram account and wanted to look through it. He wanted to follow him though so he made a new account.

After a few minutes of searching he found his account and the company's account. Taehyung was suddenly very happy he lived alone because of the weird happy dance he did. He followed the account and looked through it.

Taehyung decided to look again tomorrow and put his phone away for the night. He was emotionally drained and didn't want to deal with any of it. He went into his livingroom and thought about getting a roommate, it gets lonely being alone all the time. Half his friends don't even talk to him after the insistent and the ones who do moved away for college.

Taehyung decided to get a little snack and looked through his kitchen for something. But he couldn't think about anything other than what happened. Something tells him that this is the most honest Jungkook has been about what he is thinking.

He turned on YouTube on his TV and searched up the his YouTube channel. He just wanted to know what other music he has done. After scrolling for a few minutes he found a dance video and clicked. Jungkook and Jimin were dancing around the screen and that started Taehyung's spiral of getting into his music.

Meanwhile Jungkook and Jimin had just gotten out of the shower(maybe a little more than just a shower) and were now just laying in bed. Jungkook was resting his head on Jimin's chest while Jimin ran his fingers through Jungkook's hair.

"I missed you today."

"Me too. By the way how was work?"

"It was decent..."

"Hey, what's wrong.."

"I saw Taehyung there today. He came into my dressing room and tried to get me to get back with him...."

"What did you say?"

"I said I'm not like him and that I love you. Then I kicked him out of my dressing room."

"Hm, ok. It's late and you have to be up early tomorrow."

By the time he turned off the light Jungkook was already asleep. He pulled him close and kissed his forehead.

Around 6 am the next morning Jungkook got up and looked at his phone. He saw a person in his messages that he didn't recognize and decided to look at it, probably just another fan. He gave his usual "Thanks for the support" response and went on his way.

He left and his driver picked him up for the day. He sent Jimin a text since he wouldn't be there much today. When he got there a person dressed in a suit with bright red hair had his back turned to him. He was trying to figure out who he was and what he was doing here when his manager stepped in.

"Hobi Hyung who is that? I don't remember him being on the team?"

"Just another collab. He's not a professional singer but he's good. Plus, fans are asking for more variety. From what I heard he apparently would make duets on youtube of your songs."

"Ok, I guess I'll take him to my place to work once this meeting is over."

"Thank you Jk. Mr. Kim, come here!"

When Jungkook saw his face he froze. There stood Taehyung with a saddened look on his face.

"No No, I will NOT do a collab with him of all people."

Hobi put his arm around Jungkook's shoulder and lead him to another area so they could talk. When they got there Jungkook looked awful.

"Hey, what's wrong. You aren't like this."

"No, something is wrong. You aren't like this."

Taehyung shoved him back harshly.  "Dammit Jungkook just shut up! Why don't you ever just leave me the fuck alone!?"

"He's my ex..."

"Which one?"

"I've only had one Hyung."

"Ok, well the company has already accepted him for this collab. It's out of our hands now."

"Just be professional. I won't have to see him again after this...I'll just send him most of the files so it's easier."

"That's right. Now, you two need to start working. He's in the car outside."

He got into the car and avoided all eye contact. While they were driving Taehyung noticed they passed the street he knew Jungkook lived on, but he wasn't talking and the driver didn't want to either. A little bit later they turned on another street and Taehyung immediately recognized it. This is where the expensive penthouses are.

They pulled up to on of the tall buildings and Jungkook got out of the car so he followed. Taehyung thought he probably just lived in a apartment on the first few floors. They got into the elevator and Jungkook swiped a card on the scanner and they went up.

When they got to the top the elevator opened to a beautiful penthouse house. Taehyung's jaw dropped and he walked in behind Jungkook after remembering what they were here for.

"Hey love, you're home earl-...what is HE DOING HERE."

"Jiminie, come with me for a second."

They left leaving Taehyung just standing there awkwardly. A few minutes later they came back holding hands. Jimin sighed and kissed Jungkook's cheek before sitting down on the couch. They entered Jungkook's office and Taehyung was stunned.

"Woah..."

"You say something?"

"Just admiring. That's all."

Jungkook nodded and clicked on a few things. "Ok, well sit down. I want to get this done as quick as I can."

"Why are you in such a rush Kook."

"1. Don't call me that, my stage name is just fine. 2. I don't want to be here with you right now and I want this done. 3. You're getting on my last nerve."

"Didn't think you would be the type to hold grudges."

"And I didn't think you would be a dick yet here we are. I guess people really do live up to their name."

"Seriously I have been nothing but nice to you.."

"Get out of my house."

"What about the collab?"

"We'll work tomorrow. Get. Out."

Taehyung sighed and left the place while ignoring Jimin's existence. When he left the room Jungkook slumped back in his seat and closed his eyes. Hates him or not this is collab is set and he can't back out now. Jimin came in the room and saw the look on his face so he hugged him from behind to comfort him.

"Not right now Jimin-ssi, please. I'm not in the mood.

"Ok. I'll be in the kitchen if you need me."

Jungkook continued working a wrote down most of the lyrics for the backing track the producer sent him. By the time he finished it was time to eat and he wanted to hang out with his boyfriend before work picked up to much again.

When he got downstairs Jimin was making something. He hugged him and rested his head on Jimin's shoulder.

"You ok now?"

Jungkook smiled softly as he placed a light kiss on Jimin's shoulder.

"Yea, sorry. He just upset me and I didn't want to take it out on you."

"Tell me you love me and take me on a date later."

"I love you more than you will ever know, and where do you want to go?"

Jimin wrapped his arms around Jungkook's waist. "Hmm, how about a make it a surprise for you, my idol."

"I'll trust you with this."

"Don't worry you'll love it and maybe there will a extra surprise later."

Jimin bit his lip while stroking his boyfriend's thigh. Jungkook pecked his lips with a smile on his face.

"Can't wait."
