"Hey! Your mummy is not gonna be happy with this! No jumping on the couches!" Kallie rushed downstairs, quickly picking up Kamari and setting her down on the floor. "Where's your shoes?" Kamari points to the chandelier where her shoes were hanging off of. Kallie sighs, "not again." Kamari giggles before running back upstairs. The singer looks over to Kaidyn, the little boy sitting on the couch watching Super Why on his tablet. "Good to see one of you keeping still."

"How did the shoes make it to the chandelier?" Lewis questions. Kallie lifted her phone, glaring at the amused Lewis through the phone. She had been on face time with him everyday since he left Monaco. Now she was in LA as he was in Hungary for race week. It was the gonna be the last race before the drivers got a summer break. She was gonna make it to the race itself and watch the practices from home as she needed to use all her time at the studio and hospital on occasion for her check ups.

"The second you try to put logic on these children, you'll drive yourself crazy." She scoffs, walking to the closet to grab the stick that reached to the ceiling so she could bring the shoes back down. "Where's your sister at again?" He asked as she set the phone on the table giving him the perfect view of her attempting to get the shoes down. "She's picking up Abel from the airport. Michael is supposed to pick up the kids soon so we can have no interruptions in the studio." She explained.

She knocked down the second shoe only for it to hit her in the face. "Eina!" She groaned, holding her forehead. Kaidyn giggles at her, forcing her to fake a smile for his sake. Lewis laughs, "I hope you know I got that whole thing on record." Kallie glares, flipping him off. "Fuck you." He smirks, "in your dreams." How the fuck did he know?

"Auntie! Daddy's at the door!" Kamari yells, running downstairs excitedly, the singer didn't even had the energy to scold her for running. Kaidyn gets up excitedly, running after his sister. "Wassup kids!" Michael grins, wrapping his arms around the two and picking them up, spinning them around as they laughed. "Y'all be good for your Aunt Kallie?"

"Yeah!" Well that was a lie.

Michael sets them down with a laugh. "Go get your stuff. I'mma talk to your Aunt." Kamari nods, picking up her brother and rushing down the hall to grab their things Kez packed for them. Kallie picks up her phone, smiling at Michael. "Hey Mike." She shares a quick hug with him, he was always like another brother to her.

She was always sad thinking about him and Kezie breaking up. They were always off and on. They had Kamari in 2014 but broke up because they were young and the pressure was a lot. Then they got back together when working on the set of Black Panther, they stayed together from 2017 to 2019. He wanted to get married but Kez wasn't ready and it caused another break up. Though Kallie knew deep down they were always still in love with each other. It was the case of right person, wrong time.

"What's up, sis? Thanks for watching them. I know they be a handful. Especially Mari." He chuckles, kissing her cheek, he noticed she had brought out the stick for when the kids got things stuck in high places of the house. "It's all good. How's Lori been?" Kallie asked, picking up the stick and putting it back into the closet, noticing Lewis was still on the phone but busy talking to someone so he was on mute.

"She been good. Still not ready to meet the kids yet but it's okay, we takin' baby steps." Mike said, picking up his daughter's shoes from the floor. "I warned you about that. She's young, Mike. She's not where you are, ya know?" He gave her a pointed look, knowing where this was going. "She's not the first one." He shrugs. Kallie sighed, sitting back on the couch. "That's not fair, Mike. We lost our dad. She was falling apart. Marriage and commitment was the last thing on her mind."

A few weeks after their fathers passing, Michael and Kez had planned to get married. But Kez called it off. It didn't go over well with him so they broke up. Not many people knew but Kallie, Taylor, Merida, Kaylen, Kaikara, and Mike's parents. Kez didn't regret it either, which only furthered an argument when they tried to rekindle the relationship. All of it was just horrible timing. Kez had Kaidyn a few days before their father passed, and even suffered from post-partum depression. It was just a bad year for the family.

Michael sighs, taking a seat on the other couch across her. "I know, but she didn't make it easy on me either. You know how she is. How she takes out her emotions on one person. I ended up being that person. Honestly, our relationship was doomed from the start." Kallie's eyes fell, glazing over the floors. His words really stuck with her. It was just like her and Lewis. It was doomed from the start too.

The kids rushed over, making the two adults grin. Kaidyn rushed to sit on his dad's lap as Kamari sat on the floor to pull on her shoes. "Daddy! Aunt Kallie's on the phone with her boyfriend! He's so cool! He drives a race car like Uncle Kaylie! Did you meet him yet?!" Kamari exclaims excitedly. Michael chuckles, raising a brow at Kallie, the singer looking at the six year old with wide eyes. "Nah, he sounds cool though."

"Oh you gotta meet him! He calls Aunt Kallie pretty names that mummy uses when she talks to Aunt Taylor!" Kamari giggles as if she didn't just completely out her mother and aunt. Michael raised a brow, quite amused by this situation. "Wow, that sounds really nice." Kamari nods, grabbing her father's hand to pull him up. Mike sets down Kaidyn to the side, the boy too focused on his show to care. The six year old sat down on Kallie's lap, pulling her dad to sit next to them. "Lewis! That's his name, dad, if you didn't know."

"I've been summoned." Lewis turns back to the camera with an amused look, his eyes landing on the a very awkward looking Kallie. "Lewis, this is my dad! Daddy say hi!" Kamari grins, pulling Michael into the frame. Mike chuckles, waving at the F1 driver who he hadn't met before but he was very familiar with. (ik they met b4 irl but for the sake of the story, they didn't) He knew Kez threatened him a few times, and recently she'd been going on and on about Kallie and Lewis's new relationship. "What's up, man? I'm Michael."

"Oh, hey. I'm Lewis, nice to talk to you, I think. I'm not sure how to feel, Kezie called you an asshole once." Kallie chuckles along with Lewis, and now Michael could see what Kez had been talking about. "Sounds about right." Mike chuckles. Kamari grins, "we have to go cause daddy's taking us to Disneyland!" Lewis smiles, "that sounds lovely. It was nice talking to you again, Mari."

"You better take my Auntie on a date! Or we're gonna fig-" Mike quickly holds a hand to her mouth before she could further embarrass the two. "Sorry, she watches too much YouTube. We better get going. Y'all have a good day." Mike pressed a kiss to Kallie's head before standing up and grabbing the kid's things, leaving with them.

"I'm really seeing the resemblances with her and Kez." Lewis notes, sitting down on a sofa from what she could see.

"That's her mini me for sure. Sorry you had to endure that. She thinks everyone who compliments me is my boyfriend, or girlfriend." Kallie laughs, walking upstairs to head to the studio as Kez would be there with Abel aka The Weeknd soon. "Ah, it's okay. I was very flattered." She rolls her eyes playfully, "of course you were."

"Uh, quick question. What are you doing for your birthday?" Lewis asks. He knew her birthday was coming up soon and he tried to ask Kaylen about it but the young driver always had the same answer, claiming that Kallie never liked celebrating it anymore. "I don't really celebrate my birthday anymore. Kez wanted to throw a party but I said no, again, so she's kind of upset about that." Kallie trailed off, switching on the light to the studio and turning everything on, connecting her laptop to the panel.

"Can I ask why you don't like to celebrate? Only if you're comfortable with answering of course." Kallie smiles softly, she loved how respectful he was, he never tried to push her to talk. "My birthday is the 15th, I share the same birthday with my father, and he's also the reason my number is 15. He's not here to celebrate his so why should I celebrate mine? I just don't see much of a point, ya know? Besides, I'm going back to Africa so my mums doesn't spend his birthday by herself."

Before he could gather an answer she had spoke again, hearing the door open downstairs. "Kezie's here so I gotta go. But call me tonight?" She smiled.

Lewis nods, "yeah, I'll call you tonight. Have a good time."

"You too. I'll be watching the practice. Bye bye." She hung up, tossing the phone on the sofa and pulling open the door for them to come inside. She sat down in the chair just as Keziyah walks in with Abel. "Hey." Kallie grins, standing up as he walked towards her. "Hey beautiful. You look amazing," he compliments, sharing an hug with her, pressing a kiss to her cheek. "Thank you. How was the flight? Comfortable?" She asks, aware Kez sent out her private jet to him.

"Yeah, it was good, thanks to your lovely sister." He smiles, taking a seat at one of the chairs as Kez puts on the F1 practice to watch Kaylen and for Kallie to watch Lewis. Kallie sat back down in her chair, crossing her legs under her. "Awe, you flatter me, darling." Kez chuckles, walking over, his hand slides around her waist, pulling her onto his lap. "You know I gotta show my appreciation for you girl." He smirks.

Kez smirked, hitting his shoulder playfully and moving off his lap, sitting back in the chair next to his. "Ja, I ain't your only girl though, am I?" She shot back. He licked his lips, nodding slightly, "Ah, you got me there. Sorry baby." They chuckle, her hitting his arm playfully when he pats her thigh. Kallie watched with squinted eyes, she swore down that they hooked up. They never ever admitted it but she knew Kez would never be so comfortable with him unless they hooked up a few times.

Kallie cleared her throat, breaking up their staring. "Still here, in case you forgot."

"Sorry, Kal. Can you play the beat?" He asks. She nodded, turning to her laptop and playing the beat for them. "It's pretty nice. They're sexy beats." He comments, Kez nodding in agreement with him. "Thanks. I made them for the JAGUAR album but I never used them so I figured why not put them to use for this album." She explained, he replayed the beat a few more times to memorize it.

"So we're doing two songs today. We got two good beats. And you said you wanted these songs to be sexy, right?" He asked, grabbing the notebooks and passing the other one to Kez along with a pencil. Kallie nods in response, grabbing her own notebook and pen. "Yup, that's why you two are here." Normally she would not be able to write with a normal beat unless it was piano version but these lyrics had been stuck in her head so she knew she'd be able to manage it.

"How sexy are you talking? Like mild and romantic, or chains and whips freaky?" He questioned, knowing most of her music wasn't as intense as his or Kezie's. She had more of a romantic and soft vibe so her songs. But recently, Kez had noticed more of Kallie's songs had been a bit more explicit than normal. "I'll be honest with you. I've been having the most intense fantasies ever and if I don't put them into music, I'm going to freak out. So, I'm gonna say chains and whips freaky."

Abel and Kez both share a knowing look before turning back to Kallie. "Let's do it then."

About an hour in, the three were working on a song called Fill The Void. It was almost finished, they were just adding extra stuff to it. "What do you think about "Feel numb while we're intertwining. I'm in love with both at the same time. She'll go down while I hit it from behind" right here?" He asks before he adds it to his verse. "I like it. Sounds good." Kallie says in approval, he waits to get the second voice of approval from Kez, which was given before he wrote it down.

"I think Kez could do backup vocals since she's more high-pitched. You cool with that, beautiful?" Kallie nods at his words, "yeah, that works for me." He noted that down, the song finally finished, all they needed to do was record it, which they would do after writing the next song. Fill The Void was more a song that Abel and Kez took over, but the next one would have more of a Kallie touch to it.

She played the beat for them a few times so they could memorize it. "I've had some lyrics stuck in my head for a while, that honestly might surprise you, so don't give me those looks." She said in a warning tone, flipping to a page in her music book. "What look?" Kez scoffs in offense. "Baby, I think she's talking about the one you do when you're high key questioning someone's sanity." Abel says, nudging the actress, getting a glare from her but it only made him smirk.

"He's right. It's that one." Kallie confirms, not looking up at them.

"You ain't official with that co star of yours, right?" Abel asks quietly. "Nah. We haven't really talked about it. I think it's just casual. Caught him kissing his ex in his trailer. Why?" Kez arched a brow at him, leaning back in her chair. He smirked, setting his hand on her thigh, rubbing small circles with his thumb. "You know why. What are you doing tonight? You wanna grab dinner, hang out at your place?"

Kallie cleared her throat loudly, both of them snapping over to her with wide eyes. "Uh, still here, ya know? In case you forgot, again."

Kez cleared her throat reaching for her sister's book. "Sorry, sis." She subconsciously leaned towards him, both of them reading the lyrics Kallie had written. To say they were shocked at the bold words was definitely an understatement. "I don't mean to be nosy, cause it's none of my business but whoever you wrote this about is lucky as hell." Kez rolls her eyes, hitting his arm, "chill out, that's my baby sister."

"We're one year apart," Kallie rolls her eyes.

"Yo Kal, did the one you wrote this about give you those?" Abel asks, Kallie feigned confusion all until he pointed out the dark hickeys on her neck that she tried and failed to cover with foundation. Truly she couldn't care less who saw them but since it was a friend of hers and Kezie's, it made her a bit nervous. Especially since Abel was one of the few in the music industry who didn't treat her like she was just Kezie's little sister.

"Oh shit, did Lewis give you those?" Kezie's eyes widened.

"Who's Lewis?" Abel questioned, looking to Kezie cause Kallie was flustered and fidgety at the mention of this guy. "You know that guy Merida posted on her Instagram? The one holding the trophy?" Abel nods, recalling the Instagram post, he recognized the guy, seeing him in the media rumored to be dating Kallie but he never believed any of the rumors, not until it was confirmed. If he ever believed rumors about the former driver, she'd apparently be dating Drake and Bad Bunny.

"He's that race car driver right? Kaylen's teammate?" Abel asked with an impressed look. Kallie was very stubborn with men so it was surprising that this guy was able to finally pull her out of her shell. If she had been more flirty like her sister, she'd already be taken. Kezie nods in response. "Well, since the beginning of the year, he's been totally obsessed with her, and she's been completely in love with him, not that she'll admit it." Kallie huffs, crossing her arms over her shoulders with a look of irritation.

"Looks like they both admitted it," Abel chuckles, gaining a laugh from Kezie.

"Oh, my God. Not that it is any of concern but no, we did not fuck, or even kiss. He was helping me with a beat. Now can we please just finish writing this song? Please? And then after this is all over, you two can ditch me and fuck all your frustrations out on each other, okay?" Kallie grinned sarcastically. Abel and Kez simply smirked sharing a look, making Kallie grimace, "oh my- stop thinking about fucking!"

"Hey, you said it first," Kezie shrugs, leaning back in her chair.

"I hate you both, seriously." She rolls her eyes, snatching her book back from her sister.

Abel just chuckles, leaning over to play the beat again. "All right, how about this for my part. Tell nobody I control you. I broke you just to own you. They can't tell you that I love you. Cause you're loyal, baby. I love when you're submissive. Love it when I break skin. You feel pain without flinchin'" He sung slightly, getting approving looks. "I'm gonna add to it." Kez says, having him sing the part over again. "So say it. Give me tough love. Leave me with nothin' when I come down. My kinda love." She sung softly, Kallie writing down their words.

"Add to it, beautiful," Abel encouraged, noting Kallie was a bit nervous. It's not every day Keziyah and The Weeknd were singing together in front of you. "Uh, sing your part again, Kez." Kallie says, her sister replayed the beat and sung the part again, the younger singer getting ready to add to it. "Push me and choke me 'til I pass out. We don't gotta be in love, no. I don't gotta be the one, no. I just wanna be one of your girls tonight." Kallie sang softly, pausing when she came up empty for the next part.

"Wait- go back. Repeat that last line." Abel orders, noting something down. "I just wanna be one of your girls tonight?" Kallie sang, the end of it sounding like a question. "Yeah, I like that. One of your girls tonight. Now add your lyrics next, I wanna see something. Sing them softly but in a sexy tone, you know?" He explained, Kez leaning over his shoulder to see what he was doing.

"Kez, play the beat baby." She nodded, reaching over him and rewinding it to where he wanted. "Kallie, do your thing beautiful."

Kallie cleared her throat, getting ready to actually sing her lyrics out loud, the ones she had previously written before they were being formed into the song. "Push me down, hold me down. Spit in my mouth while you turn me on. I wanna take your light inside. Dim me down, snuff me out. Hands on my neck while you push it out. And I'm screamin' now. Give me tough love. Leave me with nothin' when I come down. My kinda love."

"Okay, yeah, we can work with that. Kez, I want you to add something baby, whatever comes to mind. Do your thing. Make sure it's sexy like you." Kez smirks, nodding in reply at his words. Kallie rubbed her neck awkwardly, the flirting between these two was crazy. She could not wait to tell Lewis about this. "Ready?" She nods and he plays the beat again.

"Lock me up and throw away the key. He knows how to get the best out of me. I'm no force for the world to see. Trade my whole like just to be. Top of the world but I'm still not free. It's such a secret that I keep. Until it's gone, I can never find peace. Brace my whole life just to be." Kallie watched her sister sing in awe, no matter how many times she's seen it, it still never failed to amaze her how Kez could come up with lyrics out of the blue. She wished she was as gifted with words like her sister had been.

"That was perfect, baby. I think we got a song." Abel smiled, passing Kezie the book once he finished forming the song, adding all the lyrics together and who would sing each part. "Damn. That's really good. This is definitely gonna chart for weeks. We really outdid ourselves." Kez says before passing it over to Kallie for her approval, as her voice was the most important since it was her album.

"Oh wow. This is amazing. It's perfect. Just like how I pictured it." She grinned, glad that her vision came to life.

"I'm gonna get us something to eat and then we can start recording. Be back." Kez stood up, brushing down her tight red dress and walking out, Kallie taking notice of Abel's eyes following her sister's figure until she left. "You stare at my sister like you want to devour her." Kallie chuckles, leaning back in her chair, her fingers brushing over the panel.

"That's 'cause I do." He stated boldly, a smirk tugged at the corner of his lips.

"She has that affect on people. Me, not so much." Kallie mumbled, lifting her leg over the arm chair. "You do too. You just lack the confidence she has. You know how many of my friends hit me up about you after you broke it off with Sean? A lot. Trust me, the guys and girls love you just as much as your sister. You know he's still after you. You never did tell me what went down." He spoke. He truly did care about her, especially her happiness. It pissed him off when the media attacked her for leaving motorsport. He was one of the few who jumped to her defense.

"I'm surprised Kez didn't tell you. He was uh, he was fucking my best friend, had a whole relationship with her while being with me. To make matters worse, I found out after I lost my father. That's why I've been closed off, ya know?" It wasn't the only reason but he didn't need to know that. Abel nods in understanding, he heard rumors about the cheating but he didn't believe it until he got confirmation from Kallie herself. He was a bit shocked to hear Sean had cheated.

"Sounds like she just wanted to be popular." Abel said, recalling how Jhené always came off as an attention seeker, he even heard she called the paparazzi on herself a few times.

Kallie chuckles to herself, "that'd make a good song title."

"How 'bout we make it into a song then?" He pitched, a mischievous glint in his eye.

"Seriously?" She questioned, a bit surprised he wanted to do a third song. He nodded, very sure of it. "We got plenty of time and this girl sounds like she needs to be humbled. Find me a beat. I'll be right back. I'm gonna go check on Kez." Kallie nodded, watching him leave the studio. She searched through all her unused beats, finding a pretty good one, it was very upbeat which she knew Abel could work with.

About fifteen minutes later, the two singers came back, their clothes disheveled with Kez looking very flustered. Kallie knew a quickie when she seen one, but to spare her sister any embarrassment, she didn't mention it. Although she was definitely telling Lewis about this. He was definitely gonna crack some jokes about it. "What'd you order?" Kallie asks, pulling her knees to her chest as she looked up from her phone where Lewis was complimenting her after she sent him a selfie.

"Uhh, tacos and those steak burritos you like for some reason." Kezie mumbles, nudging Abel when he failed to conceal his laugh.

"Sounds good. Lewis says hi and to tell you that he hopes you're voice cracks in the studio." Kallie giggles, replying to the text he sent her. Kezie rolls her eyes with a scoff, "yeah well, tell him I hope he crashes tomorrow."

"You find me a beat, Kal?" The singer eagerly nods at him, pressing the button to play the beat. Kezie smiled to herself, noting how Kallie had been a bit more happier when Lewis texted. He always brought her mood up. "Yes. I made this one last year for Ariana but she didn't even up using it so it's been sitting in my folder."

"We're writing another song?" Kezie asks, pulling her feet onto the chair to get more comfortable.

"Yeah. We're gonna diss that girl who wrecked your sister's relationship." Abel says casually, his hand set on Kezie's thigh.

"Sounds good to me."

"You two creep me out when you get all vengeful."
