The siblings were now in Spain, for the Spanish Grand Prix. "Michael called, he said one of your packages came in when he stopped by your place to pick up Kamari's rollerskates. He put it inside before it could get damaged." Kaylen said, setting down Kallie's phone as she walked out of the bathroom. She was wearing some black low waisted cargo pants and a black cropped tank top, plus her platform boots. "Was it my place in Monaco or LA?" She asked, picking up the phone.

"Uh, LA I think. I didn't even know you still had that place in Monaco." His eyes drifted down to her stomach, he could see her ribs poking through, it looked like she had lost some weight, also odd since she was a bit of a gym rat. "I kept it cause a friend needed a place to stay until she got back on her feet. I haven't been there since she moved out but I figured we could stay there for the race in Monaco." She explained, pulling on a black sweater with the Mercedes logo on it.

"Sounds good. Hey, don't take this the wrong way but have you lost weight? You look...uh thinner?" He asked, glancing up from a picture he had of her awhile ago and there was definitely a huge difference.

"Oh, uh, it's probably just this new workout routine Kezie showed me." She shrugged it off, grabbing her purse and pulling it on her shoulder. "You ready to go?"

"Yeah, don't wanna be late," he mumbled, following after her. If there was anything he knew about his sister, he knew when she lied. Her foot would tap on the floor ever so slightly and her voice would raise just a bit more than normal. But he had no idea what she could possibly by lying about. It wasn't like her to keep secrets from him, let alone from Kez, no matter how upset they were at each other. So this secret must've been important.

Kaylen left to do press and Jamie was finally back from vacation so he stayed with Kallie at all times. "Weird being back here?" Kallie asks, Jamie hadn't been back in the paddock ever since her departure so it was probably just as reminiscent for him as well. "Definitely. What about you? You like being back?" He asked, following her and taking a seat on the floor next to her, leaning against the Mercedes garage.

"It's uh...it's hard. Every step I take I'm reminded of what I left behind. I really miss it." Kallie wiped a tear as it fell, Jamie setting his hand over hers in comfort. "You tell anyone yet?" He was the only one who knew about her secret, having been the one to accompany her at her appointments whenever he could. He tried to support her the best he could, but it was hard to watch his close friend's daughter suffer in silence. "No. What's the point? It won't change anything."

"You'll have support," Jamie points out.

"I have you," she argues, though it was a weak argument. "You know that's not enough, Kalliope. You need your sister, and your brother, and your mom. You can't fight alone." He argues, feeling her weaker hand squeeze his strong one. "Yes, I can. I don't need anyone but myself. So let's drop it, okay?" Jamie nods reluctantly, only dropping it because she was his boss. But if he was off duty, he would've continued the discussion.

"Did you eat today?" He asks, looking down at her.

Kallie shook her head reluctantly and he sighed, standing up, pulling her up in the process. "Come on. Let's get something to eat." She huffs, letting him drag her to the cafeteria. "What's the point? I'm just gonna throw it up." Jamie shoots her a pointed look, "it doesn't matter. You barely keep yourself up without feeling dizzy. You're eating something, that's final."

"You sound like my dad," she mumbled, a small smile crept on his face at the mention of his old friend.

Kaylen and Lewis sat in the driver's room, both already changed into their suits so they were just taking a minute to relax. "Hey, did you notice anything usual with my sister when you shared the hotel room in Portugal?" Lewis looks up from his phone, recalling how Kallie was always dizzy, and the time she threw up after dinner, not to mention all the times she left and lied about going sightseeing. But he also didn't want to expose whatever business she had going on. If Kaylen didn't know about it then it was clearly a secret.

"Uh, not really. Unless you count the numerous times she's tripped over her own feet and broken a lamp." Lewis shrugs, choosing to lie about the other odd behavior from the singer.

"No, that's a daily occurrence. I just noticed she's lost some weight, and when I asked her about it she said it was new workout routine from my sister but I called Kez and she knew nothing about it. I don't know, it's just weird. She normally doesn't lie to me." Kaylen shrugs, trying to not seem so bothered by it but it truly hurt that she was keeping secrets from him. He hadn't kept a secret from her since he was eight.

"It's not my place but if I were you, I would just give her time. Let her come to you when she feels ready. Just try to be there for her for whatever she's going through." Lewis advised, leaning over to pat his shoulder.

"Yeah, guess you're right. Thanks man."

A while later, Kallie walked into the garage, Jamie trailing behind her. Before Kaylen could pull on his helmet and get in the car, she pulled him to the side. "Come on, let's pray. Give me your hands." Kaylen held a surprised look, setting a hand in hers. "We're praying again?" He asked in confusion. "Yeah, I realized dad would be pretty disappointed in us if we didn't. We said we'd pray every race, let's not stop now." Kallie explained before her eyes land on Lewis, the man getting ready to pull on his helmet. "No, no, you too! Come on, Hamilton!"

Lewis gave a look of confusion, walking over and letting Kallie grab his hand. "What's goin' on?"

"A sacred prayer," Kaylen said before taking Lewis's hand and lowering his head, shutting his eyes. Kallie did the same, lowering her head and shutting her eyes. Lewis did the same thing, still a little confused as the two siblings spoke a prayer in their native tongue. The prayer ended, Kallie opening her eyes again to look at the two drivers. "Be careful out there. Both of you." She let's go of Lewis's hand, the man already missing the feeling of her hand in his.

"Thanks, Kal. Love you." Kaylen pressed a kiss to her head and walked to car.

"Good luck," Kallie offers a nod to Lewis, moving to stand by Jamie. "Thanks." The driver walks to his car, pulling on his helmet before climbing into the cockpit. "Glad to see you two getting along. Much different from the last time I saw you two on the track." Jamie comments, resting his hand on her shoulder. "It's progress, better than trying to send each other to the hospital." She shrugs, her eyes flickering to a monitor.

"I can see that." Jamie nods. He knew far more than he was letting on. Being friends with Jae-hyun, he knew all about Lewis's crush on Kallie. Jae-hyun was convinced that they were gonna get married one day. He even gave his blessing to Lewis without Kallie having any knowledge of this. It's not like she paid much attention to Lewis back then, other than secretly crushing on him. The only time they even talked was either a casual greeting or a small argument about the race. Guess Lewis liked being yelled at by a pretty girl. There was also the time they had talked at dinner when Kaikara invited him to celebrate with the family.

It ended up into another argument between the two after Lewis made a comment about Kallie's driving.

The race went good as expected, Kaylen had some trouble getting Charles off his tail but luckily they barely managed to avoid a crash. Lewis would take the win, Max taking P2 and Kaylen taking P3. Kalliope was waiting outside for Kaylen as he had the keys to the car. Normally Jamie would drive her but Kaylen wanted to get dinner and preferred to drive him. Suddenly she could hear loud footsteps and she turned around, immediately getting sprayed in the face with champagne, courtesy of Lewis and Kaylen.

"You're so dead!" Kallie took the bottle Jamie held in his hands for them to take back to the hotel and used it to spray down the two teammates. Lewis hooked his arm around her waist, pouring the rest of the bottle onto her with a laugh. "You're so paying for my hair appointment!" She exclaimed, Kaylen splashing the rest of the bottle onto her. Jamie just watched in amusement, one thing he didn't do was interfere into the champagne celebrations. It was the one thing he could not protect her from.

"No, it was Lewis's idea! He's paying. Your appointments are expensive, that's like pocket change to him!" Kaylen said, acting as if he wasn't a millionaire himself. "Why you throwin' me under the bus like that?" Lewis grins, reluctantly letting go of Kallie, the girl taking the towel Jamie offered her. "You act like you ain't a millionaire yourself," Kallie scoffs, playing shoving her brother.

"Yeah but technically I only have a quarter of what you have. I'm tryna stay a millionaire." Kaylen shrugs, wiping his face from the champagne.

"Whatever. Are we still on for dinner or what?" She asked, letting out a small laugh.

"Yeah, we're still down. We just had to celebrate with our favorite driver here." Kaylen smiled, pressing a kiss to her head. "Awe, you flatter me. You stole that line from Lando, didn't you?" She deadpanned. He giggles, nodding at her, "yeah, he's pretty good with flattering people."

"It's actually a bit concerning," Lewis adds.

"He's got a point."

Getting back from a very nice dinner, Kaylen stumbled into the room, he had a bit too much wine so Lewis and Kallie had to help him up. They dropped him on the bed and sighed in relief, "you'd think with the diet he's got, he wouldn't be that heavy." Kallie comments, looking down at her sleeping brother, the young driver mumbling in his sleep, probably about his ex that he missed. "Right?" Lewis chuckles, walking towards the door.

"Well, thanks for helping with that. You have a good night." She goes to shut the door but he stops her, a concerned look on his face, making her confused. "What's wrong?"

Lewis sighed, not sure how to ask this without sounding rude or insensitive. "I'm just gonna say it. Do you have an eating disorder?" Kallie's eyes widened slightly, completely baffled by the out of nowhere question. "Uh? No? Why are you asking that?" Lewis almost sighs in relief, only if it wasn't ED, it had to be something else, probably even worse. "Kay noticed you were losing weight, and so I assumed it had something with ED. It would explain the throwing up, and the dizziness."

If it were any other circumstances, Kallie would've been quite flattered that he paid attention to those details but right now she was a bit frustrated by this. It was nice to be worried but she did not need this man to figure out her secret. "Look, I appreciate that you're worried but I'm fine. As I said, it was too much champagne, and I just have low iron, I take pills for it. I am perfectly fine."

"Okay. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to intrude or anything. I was just concerned." He says, internally biting his tongue to call out her lying.

"Thank you, but you don't need to be. Have a good night."
