"Oh my gosh, I'm so nervous. I can't do this." Kallie ranted anxiously, fiddling with the rings on her fingers. Lewis was quick to assure her, taking her hands in his, "yes, you can. It's not your first red carpet, darling. You can do this. You race the fastest cars in the world for a living, this is nothing." Keziyah nods in agreement, rubbing her sister's arm in a comforting manner. "Exactly. You've been to the Grammy's before, this is the same thing, but you're here for yourself and not me this time." Kez says, getting a glare from Lewis as Kallie grew more nervous. "You aren't helping."

"Sorry, but we're here now. I'll go out first. Take a breather, calm yourself down. Pretend you're at a car launch or something." Kez smiles, patting her arm before someone pulled open the door for her. Kallie took a breath, leaning on her husband for comfort, he pulled her into his arms, whispering words of encouragement. "What if I don't win anymore?" She asked nervously, sitting back up as she calmed down. "Don't think like that. You will." Lewis said, brushing her hair down to prevent it from flying everywhere.

"Hope you're right." She exhaled, and Lewis climbed out, walking around the car to open the door for her. She took his hand with a smile, and he helped her step out, careful of her dress. "Where's mum at?" Kallie asked, looking around, not spotting Kaikara or Kaylen anywhere. "They'll be here soon, don't worry." Lewis assured, setting a hand on her back as Jamie and some others escorted them to the red carpet where Keziyah was waiting for them. The Weeknd was with her, as they were both nominated for their group songs on the album.

Kallie actually broke the record for most nominations, surpassing her sister's record of 7. So far, this was the first appearance Kallie was making for the album. All of her other awards from the different award shows had been accepted by Keziyah on her behalf. Kallie had just been focusing on the car with the team, but this weekend was completely focused on her album. She had already won 2 Grammys on the way to the show, for best music video with Kezie for Man Down, best R&B song for Like A Boy.

She was handed her two Grammy's to take pictures with on the carpet first. "This is crazy." She breathed out, admiring them with a grin. Lewis chuckles, pulling out his phone to take a picture of her. "I wanna take pictures with you first. Where's Neela?" Kallie looked around for the woman, and finally spotted her walking over, holding Kamari in her arms. "Neela, can you hold these? I wanna take pictures without them first."

"Of course. Go on." Neela took one and Kamari took the other one, admiring the gold with wide eyes.

Kalliope dragged her husband to the carpet, even if he insisted that she should take pictures by herself first. "Think I may go blind after this," he comments, seeing all the flashes of cameras. "Welcome to my world." She jokes, smiling at him as his moved his hand from her waist. He chuckles softly, moving out of the frame, "get some singles." Lewis pulled out his phone, snapping some of his pictures of her as she posed for the cameras.

Then Neela handed her the two Grammys for her to take pictures with. After those pictures, Keziyah ran into the frame, joining her sister with her own Grammy. "If anyone was going to beat my record, I'm glad it was you." She comments, putting an arm around her younger sister. "How sweet of you to admit." Kallie jokes, making Kezie shoot her a playful glare. Kez waved Abel over and he joined them, holding his own Grammy, including the one he won for best melodic rap performance for Hurricane, a song he featured on.

"You look wonderful, Kallie," he grinned, setting a hand on her back as they posed for pictures, him on her left and Kezie on her right. "Thank you. So do you." Kez glanced over to her left and noticed Neela checking her watch looking quite impatient. "Okay, we need to go, Neela is gonna kill you if you take anymore time." Kez said, talking to Kallie, who had to get ready for her performance as she was the show opener. She was gonna perform Like A Boy live for the first time.

"Got it." Kallie left the two and handed her two Grammy's to Lewis. "Make sure my mum and Kaylen find their seats, okay? I have to go change again." He nods and she pressed a quick peck to his lips before Jamie escorted her away. Kaikara and Kaylen got there a few seconds later and took pictures with Kezie and Kamari. Lewis waited beside Neela until Kezie called him over to take pictures with the family. He shook his head, "uh no thanks, I'm good right here."

"She will drag you by your hair if you don't." Neela warns, taking the Grammys from his hands and pushing him along.

Lewis joined them, standing on Kezie's right and putting a hand on her back as she held her daughter on her hip. "Let me take her." He said, noticing how she struggled a bit. Kez smiled gratefully, passing Kamari to him, the girl happy to be with her uncle. "Where is Aunt Kallie?" She asks, looking around as they walked into the venue, being escorted to their table. "She's gonna be up on that stage singing a song." Lewis said, pointing to the large stage for the girl to see.

"That's so lekker." She giggles, and Lewis chuckles at the slang she picked up from her time in South Africa with Kaikara. "Uncle Lew, aren't you supposed to be in Australia? Mum said you have a race there." She asked as he sat her down in the chair next to Kezie and himself. "I am, I have to leave tonight, but I wasn't gonna miss your Auntie's big moment." He answered, pushing her chair in so she didn't fall or wander around. He took a seat next to her, distracting the girl from trying to find where her mum was.

Kez had been chatting with a lot of her friends, trusting Lewis to watch her daughter and keep her safe. "Isn't that Auntie's ex boyfriend?" Kamari asks, pointing to someone next to their table. Lewis furrowed his brows, looking to his right and then he noticed Sean and Jhené sitting at the table right next to theirs. Sean smirked at him, waving at Kamari who just stared at him with raised brows. "Hey Mari," Sean called, clearly trying to antagonize Lewis.

"Mama said I'm not allowed to talk to him," Kamari says to Lewis. He nods, smiling at the girl, "that's probably best, he's a bit of a joke." Lewis looks around and calls over Kaylen who had been talking to Lil Nas X. His teammate quickly makes his way over upon noticing Sean. "Where is Neela? He can't be here, Kallie's got a restraining order." Lewis said. "Uh, hold on, let me find her," Kaylen said, and took off to search for the woman.

After a few seconds, Neela walked towards Sean's table, a ton of security with her, which drew a lot of attention. "Unless you want to be arrested for breaking the restraining order, I suggest you get up and leave peacefully." She stated. Sean scoffs, standing up and brushing off the security's hands. "This is some bullshit, man." He glared at Lewis who just smirked at him, waving him off.

Jhené just sighed, staying in her seat because she was invited, Sean was just her plus one. "I completely forgot about the order, I apologize. It won't happen again," she said towards the man who had clearly been in charge. "That's okay. You enjoy your night, Ms. Aiko." He smiled, leaving her alone as her boyfriend was the only one who had to leave. Neela glared at the woman before moving to sit at the table where Lewis and Kamari were. "I need a vacation." She comments tiredly before gulping down her glass of champagne.

"Mine wasn't long enough," Lewis huffs.

"Season isn't looking good, is it?" Neela questioned, aware that Mercedes weren't as confident in their car as before. "Not really. I don't think we're getting wins anytime soon." He shrugs, and honestly Kallie would've scolded him for being so hopeless. "Well, maybe they'll learn from their mistakes this year and make a better car for next year. Kallie's gonna need her best competitor when she wins." Neela stated.

"Trust me, everyone is so focused on their cars for next year, it's like this one is just a filler year to prepare for her return." Lewis chuckles, watching as Kamari played with his rings. "And she hasn't even announced it yet," Neela adds with a light laugh. Kez walked over, glancing at the table where Jhené sat, talking with someone else. "What happened? I saw someone being escorted out. Everyone okay?" She asked, sitting next to her daughter who was too distracted with the rings.

"Jhené brought Sean as a plus one so we had to escort him out because of the restraining order. But it's okay now, I handled it." Neela reassured just as Kaikara and Kaylen joined them at the table. "I can't stand her. She did that on purpose." Kez scoffs, glaring daggers at the model. "Calm down. Don't let that girl ruin our night. It's about your sister today, let's not forget that." Kaikara says towards her two children, seeing them glaring at Jhené.

Finally the show started, Kallie performed her song which got a standing ovation. She ended up winning song of the year for her song, Stay. It came time for the last nomination which was album of the year. Kallie was nominated for it, but so were many other amazing albums, such as Planet Her, Evermore, Sour, Montero, Happier Than Ever, etc. Lewis held her hand as the watched Lenny Kravitz announce the nominees.

"And the Grammy goes to.." He pulled open the envelope and smiled, "ELECTRIC, Kalliope."

"Seriously?" Kallie blinked, everyone cheering around her as she processed it. "You did it!" Kez exclaimed, going around the table to hug her sister. Kallie stood up from her seat and hugged Kezie excitedly. She pulled away to hug Lewis, the driver whispering praises into her ear. He pulled her into a quick kiss before Kezie ushered her on. Kez helped hold her dress so she didn't trip. Lenny took her hand, helping her up the steps and then Kezie returned to the table.

"Congratulations. You deserve it." Lenny handed her the Grammy with a proud smile. "Thank you." She grinned, sharing a quick embrace before turning to face the crowd as he moved to the side. Her eyes almost instantly landed on Lewis's, a proud look on his face, he couldn't stop smiling. "Wow. This is absolutely insane. I never thought I'd be up here by myself, it's a weird but good feeling. You know, I truly believe in my heart there is no best musician, best artist, best dancer, best actor, the creative arts are subjective and they reach people at a point in their lives when they need it most."

"It's like a song or an album is made and it almost has a radar to find the person when they need it the most. Electric is that album for me. It came to me at a time I needed it most. It helped me heal from all the tragedies and tough times I was put through. But I truly could not have put Electric together by myself. My partner, Lewis inspired this album before it was even thought of. He put it in my mind and guided me through it. He believed in my craft, and I am forever grateful to have him by my side. I love you so much."

Kallie blew him a kiss and he chuckled, easily growing flustered at her words. "I want to thank my sister, Keziyah, for producing and writing this album with me, I would not be in the music industry without her. A lot of people wouldn't, she is truly just a huge inspiration in her work. I feel so blessed to have been gifted with such an amazing sister. Please, let's give an applause for her, she's a legend." The whole crowd clapped and cheered for her, and Kez smiled, a tear rolling down her cheek.

"I want to thank my mum, my brother, my other producers Mark and Kylie, every single artist apart of this album whether it was singing or just playing an instrument, and most importantly, my father, who is watching over me everyday, guiding me through these difficult times. Every single artist who was nominated in this category, I love and appreciate you and your music so much. Truly, you are all so amazing and deserving of every praise. I honor you. Thank you so much. Have a good night."
Kallie bowed her head, the crowd breaking out into an applause for her.

She moved down the steps and made her way to Lewis even if they wanted her to go backstage for pictures, hugging him was more important to her. She set down the Grammy and wrapped her arms around him, pressing a peck to his lips. "I don't think I've ever been this proud of someone," he mumbled. She chuckled softly, a tear falling from her eye. "I have," she admits, and he pulls back with squinted eyes, "who do I have to fight?"

"Yourself."

"I think I can do that," he joked.

"Move over, it's my turn."

keziyah ✨️90 Days premiere week ✨️

I had so much fun spending time with my family and friends! Thank you to everyone who showed up to support me, and those who couldn't but sent their support 🙌🏽 I'm so appreciative for this platform I've been given, and all the friends I've made along the way. 90 Days is such an important film to me. It's something myself and my mother wrote together, and brought to life, with the help of Ryan Coogler, Will Poulter & Angela Bassett who put all their dedication and craft into making this film 🤍

90 Days will always have such a special place in my heart, right next to my other movies. It's where I fell in love, and found myself again after losing Chadwick and my dad in the previous years. This movie is dedicated to him, and my late father. I genuinely would not be here without these two, they were so important to me and my craft 💜 I especially want to thank my brother Lewis, for being one of my biggest support systems last year. He always brought me back to life, and I'm forever indebted to him 🤍

90 Days out in theaters June 15th. I hope you enjoy this movie as much as I did making it 🥰

"You good mate?" Lewis questions, glancing at his teammate who sat in next to him in the backseat, Angela and Hailey in the front of the car. Lewis had preferred to drive with Kaylen more often because he didn't want him to feel alone now that Kallie was no longer going to be attending the races. Which they both understood because Kallie was focused on getting back into shape for Formula 1 and working on JAGUAR II that she planned to release next year. She only went to the Monaco and Silverstone races so far.

"Ja, just going over everything Neela told me to say to announce the move. She's making sure it's completely kept under wraps so it doesn't get leaked before I announce it. I don't wanna screw it up." Kaylen explained, and he nods in understanding. His contract with Mercedes was up at the end of the season, and Toto wanted badly to resign him, but Sang had a talk with Kaylen and he ended up signing a contract with Maserati. Toto wasn't super happy with it, but he understood that Kaylen had done it to race in honor of his father, so that eased the decision by a lot.

Lewis was a bit upset to lose Kaylen as a teammate, but completely supported his decision to leave. "Just don't overthink it too much. Be truthful." He encouraged. His phone buzzed a few seconds later and he quickly checked it, smiling at the text he got from his wife.

"Why are you smiling at your phone so hard? Is it Kallie?" Kaylen snorted in amusement. Lewis rolled his eyes, the young driver was always mocking him about Kallie, especially since he was bored and single. Honestly, Lewis was praying that he'd find a boyfriend or girlfriend so he could leave him alone. "Yes, it is, Kallie. She said listen to Michael Jackson so you could calm down." He replied. Kaylen huffed, grabbing his headphones and putting some Michael on.

They arrived at the paddock shortly after and did their usual meetings, obviously not before Lewis had went to his driver's room to take a selfie for his wife. She loved it, obviously, as she spammed his phone with a hundred heart eye emojis. Then they had to do more meetings and a press conference. Kaylen was on the press conference with Carlos, Max, Lando, and George. And obviously, this is where Kaylen had planned to announce his departure with Mercedes, and his move to Maserati. "Before we get started, Kaylen Kumalo has something to announce."

Kaylen cleared his throat, and normally this stuff didn't make him nervous but he knew many people would really start to question his choices and he didn't want to accidentally get too defensive. "Yes, thank you. As many of you are aware, my contract with Mercedes expires at the end of the season. I have made the decision to part ways with Mercedes, and I will be joining the grid next year under Maserati." He announced. Only George was aware of this, so he wasn't as shocked at the other drivers.

"Did your sister owning Maserati impact your decision to join them?" Someone asked.

"Uh, it'd be lying if I said no. Her involvement definitely had an effect to my decision." Kaylen answered. "Hi Kaylen. I am quite curious for your reasoning to leave Mercedes, it's definitely a shock to see you go so early into your career. Did the poor results this year discourage you to renegotiate your contract?" Another journalist questioned.

Kaylen shook his head. "No, my decision had nothing to do with our results. I signed a contract long before this season started. My sister brought a new team into Formula 1 in honor of my late father who never had the chance to pursue a career here, that is why I chose to sign with Maserati. Sang Yeong-Su is also another reason for my decision. He is my father's younger brother, and a genius in his work, which only encouraged my choice. I've always wanted to work with my family, and with Maserati, I am able to do that."

His words definitely took the room into shock, nobody aware that Sang and Jae had any connection despite the speculations that were brushed off. "If Sang Yeong-Su is truly your uncle, why work with him now? Kalliope Kumalo never once acknowledged him during her time here in Formula 1. Is there a reason he is suddenly associating himself with your family?" Someone questioned, and Kaylen wasn't shocked that they brought Kallie into it. She was mentioned quite a lot in these questions.

"I can't personally speak for Kalliope, her choices and reasoning is very different from mine. I had my own problems with him, yes, but if Keziyah believes he is the only one able to lead the team like my father would've, I stand by her decision. I definitely can't speak for Sang, but I do believe that he has changed and wants to be apart of our family again. Ya know, everyone deserves a second chance. I just hope this second chance will do well in our favor." Kaylen answered, always careful with how he mentions Kezie and Kallie, or else he would've gotten a very unpleasant call from Neela.

"Kaylen, was this a difficult decision to leave Mercedes? You've had one of the best rookie years in Formula 1, right behind your sister Kalliope. Why would you want to risk leaving the team that gave you such a glorious start to your career?" Kaylen raised a brow, biting his tongue as he wanted to make a joke about if Toto was back there asking questions. "Uh, it was and wasn't difficult. I'm very appreciative of everything they gave me last year, but at the end of the day, it came down to money and family, and I chose family. It was a risk I was willing to take and I don't regret it."

"So, now that you have confirmed your seat with Maserati, is there anyone in particular that you think Toto Wolff should look at to replace you?" Kaylen pursed his lips, not expecting that question, but he wasn't gonna lie and say nobody was good enough to replace him. "If it was up to me, I would choose George to replace me. I think he's an amazing driver who deserves a good team and a good car to really show his skills cause he's one of the best drivers on the grid, at least in my opinion." George smiled, glancing at his best friend, "ah, thanks mate."

"Kaylen, do you know who the second driver for Maserati will be?" A woman in the back asked, and Kaylen took a liking to her because she was always so kind to Kallie and now to him. "Yes, I do, but it's really not my place to announce it. Whenever they wish to reveal themselves is their business. I would just say I'm extremely honored to have them as a teammate, and I can't wait to compete with them." Kaylen smiled, noticing how everyone sort of whispered discreetly to each other, probably thinking of names and and such.

"Kaylen, you've said before how Kalliope had swayed your decision to sign with Mercedes rather than Red Bull, did she also encourage you to sign with Maserati and if so, do you run everything by her before making a decision?" A man asked before sitting back down. Lando scoffed under his breath as the way the man was insinuating that Kallie, being a woman, helping with decisions for her younger less experienced brother emasculated him. Max, Carlos, and George also couldn't help but roll their eyes.

Kaylen chuckles lightly, rubbing his jaw with his fingers. "Uh, yes, she did help me make this decision, it was a family matter anyway. I'm not as experienced with contracts and such as my sisters are, and there's nothing wrong with admitting that. I can guarantee if they were my brothers helping me with the decision, you wouldn't have asked that, but you did, because they're women. If you're going to waste my time with these questions, don't bother showing up." Lando bite back a grin, but patted Kaylen's shoulder in support.

"I would also like to add something, if that's okay with you, Kaylen," Max spoke and Kaylen nods, allowing him to put his own response to the question. "There is absolutely nothing wrong with going to your family to make decisions, especially if they're more experienced with the situation. If you think their opinion isn't meaningful because they're a woman, then you are just stupid and shouldn't be able to speak to us," Max stated bluntly.

"Very well said," George adds, both Carlos and Lando nodding in agreement.

"Anymore relevant questions for me?" Kaylen smiles, looking around the room and a few hands went up.

"Are we almost there?!" Kaylen panicked, hitting the back of Lewis's seat. "I can't drive with you screaming in my ear!" Kallie exclaimed, glaring at him through the mirror. Lewis turned around and pushed Kaylen back in his seat, "you're panicking is making her panic, calm the hell down before I shove you onto the side of the road." Kaylen's eyes widened in shock at the threat and he quickly sat back, "my bad, my bad, don't kill me."

"Are we there yet?" Lando asks a few seconds later, making Lewis turn to glare at him. "You're lucky they were kind enough to let you come, so sit your impatient ass back down and shut your mouth." He scolded, and the McLaren driver sunk into his seat nervously. Kallie pulled into the parking garage and turned the car off. They all climbed out and went to the elevator. Kaylen pressed the floor to the hospital and they waited patiently--well Kallie and Lewis did. Lando and Kaylen couldn't stop pacing.

"Stop pacing, you're making me dizzy," Kallie scolds and they stop immediately, not wanting to be yelled at by Lewis.

They finally stopped at the hospital floor and walked down the tunnel, following Kallie who knew the hospital inside and out when Kai brought her to work when she was younger. They entered another elevator and Kallie quickly pressed the correct floor. "Don't you even think of pacing," Lewis glared at the two. They stopped at the right floor and Kallie stepped out, leading them down the hall. She knocked on the door and Sang pulled it open, allowing them inside.

They all walked inside, immediately spotting Soo Yun holding her newly born baby girl in her arms. "It's a tiny human," Lando awed, nudging Kaylen excitedly. "What's her name?" Lewis asked, holding onto Kallie who smiled at the sight in front of her. "Keziah Ae-Cha Yeong-Su." Soo Yun answered, making Kezie smile brightly. She still wasn't on the best terms with Sang, but she grew closer with Soo Yun over the year, and granted permission for them to name their daughter after her.

"A mini Kez," Lando giggles, sitting on the chair next to Kez who was sitting in Will's lap.

"Can I hold the child?" Kaylen asked. Soo Yun nods, and the driver walked over, carefully taking the baby into his arms. "The child? Really? You're acting like she's an alien." Lando deadpanned. "If she looks anything like Kez, she probably is," Lewis jokes, causing Kez to grin and flip him off. Will quickly put her hand back down before baby Jae would try to copy her. Kaikara walked in wearing her light pink colored scrubs as Soo Yun had asked her to deliver Keziah.

"Let me take him. Go to your wife." Kaikara says, and Sang smiled, handing off his first child to the woman.

"Can I hold the baby next?" Lando asked, watching as Kaylen was trying to encourage the baby to play football instead of become an F1 driver. "Fine. But don't encourage her to drive. If she's gonna be nepo baby, she better be a footballer. I don't want another Lance on the grid." Kaylen says, gently passing Keziah to Lando, the younger driver holding her carefully in his arms, smiling down at the child. "Don't listen to him, you're gonna be the best McLaren driver ever."

"What makes you think she's gonna be McLaren driver?" Sang scoffed in offense.

"You're right. She's totally a Red Bull girl," Lando grinned.

"No, no, if she's anything like Kezie, she'll be a Ferrari girl," Will adds.

Kalliope cleared her throat, "I'm gonna get some water. I'll be right back." The woman quickly leaves the room, confusing everyone who assumed she'd be fighting over who got to hold the baby next. Kezie went to stand up and go after her but Lewis stopped her, "I'll check on her, it's fine. You stay here." The Mercedes driver quickly rushed out, and he knew she wouldn't be at the cafeteria so he went to the only place he could think of. Keziyah's office.

He pushed the door open and flipped on the lights, finding Kallie sitting against the wall with tears streaming down her cheeks. He locked the door and sat down next to her, immediately pulling her into his arms. He knew why she was upset, she didn't need to explain. "What sucks the most is, I've wanted kids for so long. I was so jealous of Kez when she had Kamari, cause she didn't even want kids, yet she got blessed with two, meanwhile I can't even get pregnant." Kallie sniffles, wiping her eyes.

"You don't know that, Allison said there's always a possibility," Lewis says, rubbing her back gently.

"No, there's not. I haven't gotten my period in months, she told me last week. The cancer did too much damage." Kallie explained, staring at the floor as more tears streamed down her cheeks. Lewis brought her closer, pulling her onto his lap and letting her cry into his neck, his hand rubbing her back in a soothing manner. "It's gonna be okay, we'll get through this together, we always do. When the time comes and we're both ready, we'll start our own family, but we'll do that whilst providing love and a home to a child who doesn't have that."

"You want to adopt?" Kallie smiled softly, she had discussed that with Sean before since she was too early into her F1 career and didn't want to take pregnancy leave but he shut it down each time, claiming he wanted a child of his own blood.

"I'm open to anything, as long as it makes you happy." He smiled, pressing a small peck to her lips, the pads of his thumbs brushing away her tears. "What about a cat?" She grinned, and his smile dropped. "For the last time, we are not getting a cat." She rolled her eyes at him, crossing her arms over her chest, "so you are willing to adopt a real child, but adopting a cat is where you draw the line?" Normally he'd tell her to stop switching the subject onto cats, but this time he was actually glad it was taking her mind off the pregnancy situation.

"Yes, we do not need a cat. We already have Roscoe." He said stubbornly and she scoffed at his poor argument. "No, no, that's not fair. He's lonely. He needs a sibling. When we're at home, he just lounges around boredly. We bore him, Lewis. He needs a companion to keep him entertained and busy. Cats are great companions." She argued, setting her hands on his shoulders as he stared at her with an offended look. "Did you just say we bore him? That's just offensive. I'm not boring. We do activities with him all the time."

She sent him a pointed look, "for him, or you?" She questioned incredulously.

"I don't like when you're right." He frowned, making her pump her fist triumphantly. "So, does this mean we can get a cat?"

"No."
