I'm definitely starting this tomorrow morning. There's more than enough characters to be able to and I've at least received two council members. I believe I'm still waiting on just a few more forms, so for any who haven't gotten all of them to me, don't fret too much! It'll be a pre-moon chapter to give a bit more time for forms.
